M.B. Chandrashekar, the then Senior Civil Judge, now compulsority retired from service w.e.f the afternoon of 15.09.2017. It is certified as per Rule 118(A) (4) of K.C.S.Rs, that as on 15.09.2017, no Departmental Enquiry was pending against the said Officer, Subsequently, in a complaint alleging fraud committed by the Officer, the High Court has taken a decision on 17.03.2018 to close the complaint, providing that these proceedings to be reopened, if so necessary for any relevant subsequent event.
He shall be paid the pay and allowances admissible for the period of Earned Leave at his credit as per Rules, after the receipt of endorsement from the Accountant General (A&E), Karnataka Bengaluru.
