2003 ಮತ್ತು 2009ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ವಿಧಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸೇವಾ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳ ನಿಯಮ 7(1) ಮತ್ತು (iii) ರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಶ್ರೀ ಕೆ.ಆರ್. ಧರ್ಮಪ್ಪ, ಸಹಕಾರ ಸಂಘಗಳ ಸಂಯುಕ್ತ ನಿಬಂಧಕರು (ನಿವೃತ್ತ), ಇವರನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ: 27.09.2018ರ ಅಪರಾಹ್ನದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ವಿಧಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ ಮಾನ್ಯ ವಿರೋಧ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕರು ಇವರ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಇಚ್ಛಿಸುವವರೆಗೆ ಅಥವಾ ಹಾಲಿ ವಿಧಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ ಮಾನ್ಯ ವಿರೋಧ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕರ ಅಧಿಕಾರಾವಧಿ ಮುಗಿಯುವವರೆಗೆ ಇವೆರಡರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದು ಮೊದಲೋ ಅಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೆ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ವಿಧಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ ಮಾನ್ಯ ವಿರೋಧ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕರ ಆಪ್ತ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಯಾಗಿ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಸದರಿಯವರ ವೇತನವನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಷರತ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ನಿಬಂಧನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ಬಂದ ನಂತರ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲು ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕ್ರಮ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು.
