ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೂ ಕಂದಾಯ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1964ರ ಕಲಂ 68ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ (5)ನೇ ಉಪಪ್ರಕರಣದಿಂದ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ, ಸದರಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ (1)ನೇ ಉಪ-ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದ 26.03.2018ರ ದಿನಾಂಕದ ಆರ್‌ಡಿ 26 ಎಲ್‌ಜಿಎ 2018ರ ಕ್ರಮಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಅನುಸೂಚಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಭಾಗವು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಉಪಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ವ್ಯವಹರಣೆಗಳ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ, ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಇವರ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿದ ತರುವಾಯ, ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿನ ಅಥವಾ ಅದರ ಮೇಲಣ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಹಾಗೂ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳು ಕೊನೆಗೊಳ್ಳತಕ್ಕದ್ದೆಂದು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಘೋಷಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸ್ವತ್ತಾಗಿರುವ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಅನುಸೂಚಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸ್ವತ್ತಿನ ಭಾಗವು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಉಪಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಕಂಡುಬಂದಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಪ್ರಯುಕ್ತ ಮೈಸೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ, ತಿ.ನರಸೀಪುರ ತಾಲೂಕು, ತಿರುಮಕೂಡಲು ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸ.ನಂ. 2 ಹಾಗೂ ಸ.ನಂ.2ರ ಬಾಜು ಜಮೀನನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಗರ ನೀರು ಸರಬರಾಜು ಮತ್ತು ಒಳಚರಂಡಿ ಮಂಡಳಿರವರಿಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೂ ಕಂದಾಯ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1964ರ ಕಲಂ 68ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ (1)ನೇ ಉಪಪ್ರಕರಣದಿಂದ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಸದರಿ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸ್ವತ್ತಿನ ಸದರಿ ಭಾಗವು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಉಪಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಮತ್ತು ಸದರಿ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಹಾಗೂ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳು ಕೊನೆಗೊಳ್ಳತಕ್ಕದೆಂದು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಘೋಷಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಹಕ್ಕಿನ ಜೊತೆಗೆ, ಸದರಿ ಸ್ವತ್ತಿನ ಸದರಿ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿಯುಳ್ಳ ಅಥವಾ ಹಕ್ಕುಳ್ಳ ಅಥವಾ ಈ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಅನ್ಯಥಾ ಬಾಧಿತನಾಗುವ / ಪ್ರತಿಕೂಲ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಾಗುವ ಸಂಭವವಿರುವ ಇತರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಅಥವಾ ಯಾವುದೇ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯು ಈ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದ ತೊಂಬತ್ತು (90) ದಿನಗಳೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಸದರಿ ಉದ್ದೇಶದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅಂತಹ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿಯು ಅಥವಾ ಹಕ್ಕಿನ ಸ್ವರೂಪವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿಕೂಲ ಪರಿಣಾಮವು ಸಂಭವಿಸಿರಬಹುದಾದ ರೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಅಂತಹ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿ ಅಥವಾ ಹಕ್ಕಿನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಷ್ಟ ಪರಿಹಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಕ್ಲೇಮು ಮಾಡಲಾದ ಮೊಬಲಗು ಮತ್ತು ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಲಿಖಿತ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಮತ್ತು ಸದರಿ ಮುಕ್ತ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳನ್ನು ಸದರಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪಬಂಧಿಸಿರುವಂತೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

In exercise of powers conferred under section 14-B of the Karnataka Town and Country Planning Act. 1961 and rule 3 of the Karnataka Town and Country Planning (Benefit of Development Rights) Rules. 2016 the following Area mentioned in the schedule below is required by The Commissioner, Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagar Palike, N.R.Square (Public Authority) for "Construction of Elevated Corridor by integrating Ejipura Main Road – Inner Ring Road Junction, Sony World Junction and Kendriya Sadana Junction along 100ft. Inner Ring Road, Koramangala, Bengaluru" (Road, Parks or any public purpose defined in the Act) for implementing the proposals of the Approved Master Plan (RMP-2015) or proposals of the Local Authority. It is hereby informed to the land owners and interested persons whose lands are required for the public purpose to appear and submit their claims along with the copies of the relevant documents viz. (i) Sale/partition/other deeds of title, (ii) Up-to-date RTC's (iii) Mutation Copy (iv) Tax paid receipts (v) conversion order of Non agriculture purpose (vi) Revenue sketch (vii) Akar Bhand, etc..., in person in the place and dates as

Development Rights to the Commissioner, Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagar Palike, N.R.Square Bengaluru-560002 (Public Authority) as per The Karnataka Town and Country Planning (Benefit of Development Rights) Rules, 2016.

The land owners shall receive twice the area of land surrendered in lieu of monetary compensation as Development Rights (Notional land) and one time the building area surrendered as estimated by the value of the building area surrendered divided by the market value of the land on which the building is constructed. The Notional land can be utilized by factorizing with the market value at the originating plot and receiving plot. The Notional land is eligible for FAR and used as additional built up area at the receiving plot as per the terms and conditions prescribed in the rules.

In exercise of powers conferred under section 14-B of the Karnataka Town and Country Planning Act. 1961 and rule 3 of the Karnataka Town and Country Planning (Benefit of Development Rights) Rules. 2016 the following Area mentioned in the schedule below is required by The Commissioner, Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike, N.R.Square (Public Authority) for Widening and Formation of 30.00 Mtr wide road from Kundalahalli (Old Airport Road) to Gunjur Palya via BWSSB Treatment Plant ಭಾಗ ೩ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ ೭, ೨೦೧೯ ೧೬೯ (Road up to Gunjur Palya Main Road) as per RMP-2015 (Road, Parks or any public purpose defined in the Act) for implementing the proposals of the Approved Master Plan or proposals of the Local Authority. Development Rights to the Commissioner, Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike, N.R.Square Bengaluru-560002 (Public Authority) as per The Karnataka Town and Country Planning (Benefit of Development Rights) Rules, 2016.

The land owners shall receive twice the area of land surrendered in lieu of monetary compensation as Development Rights (Notional land) and one time the building area surrendered as estimated by the value of the building area surrendered divided by the market value of the land on which the building is constructed. The Notional land can be utilized by factorizing with the market value at the originating plot and receiving plot. The Notional land is eligible for FAR and used as additional built up area at the receiving plot as per the terms and conditions prescribed in the rules.

In exercise of powers conferred under section 14-B of the Karnataka Town and Country Planning Act. 1961 and rule 3 of the Karnataka Town and Country Planning (Benefit of Development Rights) Rules. 2016 the following Area mentioned in the schedule below is required by The Commissioner, Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike, N.R.Square (Public Authority) for Construction of Road Under Bridge at LC-131 Near Kadugodi (332/100 Km) Between Devanganthi- Whitefield Stations as per RMP-2015 and as per site Condition (Road, Parks or any public purpose defined in the Act) for implementing the proposals of the Approved Master Plan or proposals of the Local Authority. It is hereby informed to the land owners and interested persons whose lands are required for the public purpose to appear and submit their claims along with the copies of the relevant documents viz. (i) Sale/partition/other deeds of title, (ii) Up-to-date RTC's (iii) Mutation Copy (iv) Tax paid receipts (v) conversion order of Non agriculture purpose (vi) Revenue sketch (vii) Akar Bhand etc., in person in the place and dates as indicated in the address below and state their respective interest in such land.

The land owners / interested parties of the scheduled properties whose lands are to be acquired shall give an option for Grant of Development Rights to the Commissioner, Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike, N.R.Square Bengaluru-560002 (Public Authority) as per The Karnataka Town and Country Planning (Benefit of Development Rights) Rules, 2016.

The land owners shall receive twice the area of land surrendered in lieu of monetary compensation as Development Rights (Notional land) and one time the building area surrendered as estimated by the value of the building area surrendered divided by the market value of the land on which the building is constructed. The Notional land can be utilized by factorizing with the market value at the originating plot and receiving plot. The Notional land is eligible for FAR and used as additional built up area at the receiving plot as per the terms and conditions prescribed in the rules.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರ – ಚಿಕ್ಕಪೇಟೆ ಸಂಚಾರ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣಾ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿ.ಬಿ.ಎಂ.ಪಿ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಕಾಟನ್‌ಪೇಟೆ ಮುಖ್ಯ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಟೆಂಟರ್ ಶ್ಯೂರ್ ಯೋಜನೆ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪಡಿಸುವ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಯನ್ನು ತ್ವರಿತವಾಗಿ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡು ಹಂತ ಹಂತವಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಶಾಂತಲಾ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್‌ನಿಂದ ಬ್ರಿಯಾಂಡ್ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್‌ವರೆಗೂ ಕಾಟನ್‌ಪೇಟೆ ಮುಖ್ಯ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಕೈಗೆತ್ತಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ವೇಳೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಸುಗಮ ಸಂಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಅಡಚಣೆಯಾಗದಂತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗೆ ಅನುವು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಈ ಭಾಗದ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಚಾರವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಬಂಧಿಸಿ ನಿರ್ಬಂಧಿಸಲಾದ ಸಂಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ಸಂಚಾರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಡುವುದು ಅವಶ್ಯಕವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಕಲಂ 115 ಮೋಟಾರ್ ವಾಹನ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 1988 ಹಾಗೂ ಕಲಂ 3 ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಟ್ರಾಫಿಕ್ ಕಂಟ್ರೋಲ್ ಆಕ್ಟ್ 1960 ರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನನಗೆ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ ಟಿ. ಸುನೀಲ್ ಕುಮಾರ್, ಐಪಿಎಸ್, ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಕಮೀಷನರ್, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರ ಆದ ನಾನು ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡಂತೆ ಸಂಚಾರ ಮಾರ್ಗ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಯ ಮಾರ್ಪಾಡುಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿರುತ್ತೇನೆ.

ಕಾಟನ್‌ಪೇಟೆ ಮುಖ್ಯ ರಸ್ತೆ: ಶಾಂತಲಾ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಬ್ರಿಯಾಂಡ್ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್‌ವರೆಗೆ ಉತ್ತರದಿಂದ ದಕ್ಷಿಣದ ಕಡೆಗೆ

ಸಂಚರಿಸುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರೀತಿಯ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಸಂಚಾರವನ್ನು ನಿಷೇಧಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

➢ ಕಾಟನ್‌ಪೇಟೆ ಮುಖ್ಯ ರಸ್ತೆ ಮೂಲಕ ಬ್ರಿಯಾಂಡ್ ವೃತ್ತ, ಮೈಸೂರು ರಸ್ತೆ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಸಂಚರಿಸುವ ವಾಹನಗಳಿಗೆ ಪರ್ಯಾಯ

ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ: ಈ ವಾಹನಗಳು ಟ್ಯಾಂಕ್‌ಬಂಡ್ ರಸ್ತೆ - ಶಾಂತಲಾ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್ - ಬಲ ತಿರುವು – ಗುಬ್ಬಿ ತೋಟದಪ್ಪ ರಸ್ತೆ – ಖೋಡೆ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್ – ಎಡ ತಿರುವು - ಪ್ಲಾಟ್‌ಫಾರ್ಮ್ ರಸ್ತೆ – ಕೆ.ಬಿ. ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್ – ಮೈಸೂರು ಡೀವಿಯೇಷನ್ ರಸ್ತೆ – ಮಾಗಡಿ ರಸ್ತೆ ಹುಣಸೇಮರ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್ – ಎಡ ತಿರುವು - ಬಿನ್ನಿಮಿಲ್ ವೃತ್ತ - ಬಾಳೆ ಮಂಡಿ - ಸಿರ್ಸಿ ವೃತ್ತ - ಬಲ ತಿರುವು ಪಡೆದು ಮೈಸೂರು ರಸ್ತೆ ಸೇರಿ ಮುಂದೆ ಸಂಚರಿಸಲು ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

➢ ಕಾಟನ್‌ಪೇಟೆ ಮುಖ್ಯ ರಸ್ತೆ ಬ್ರಿಯಾಂಡ್ ವೃತ್ತ, ಸಿಟಿ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆ ಮತ್ತು ಚಾಮರಾಜಪೇಟೆ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಸಂಚರಿಸುವ ಲಘು

ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನಗಳಿಗೆ ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ. ಈ ವಾಹನಗಳು ಖೋಡೆ ವೃತ್ತ – ಆನಂದರಾವ್ ಮೇಲು ಸೇತುವೆ - ಶೇಷಾದ್ರಿ ರಸ್ತೆ – ಕನಕದಾಸ ವೃತ್ತ - ಬಲ ತಿರುವು - ಪ್ರೀಡಂ ಪಾರ್ಕ್ ರಸ್ತೆ - ಸಾಗರ್ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್ – ಅಭಿನಯ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್ – ಚಿಕ್ಕಪೇಟೆ ವೃತ್ತ - ಸುಲ್ತಾನ್ ಪೇಟೆ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್ – ಎ.ಎಸ್.ಆರ್. ಸ್ಟ್ರೀಟ್ – ಮೈಸೂರು ರಸ್ತೆ ಸೇರಿ ಮುಂದುವರೆಯಲು ಅನುವು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಅಂತೆಯೇ ಕಲಂ 116 ಮೋಟಾರ್ ವಾಹನ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 1988 ಹಾಗೂ ಕಲಂ 4 ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಟ್ರಾಫಿಕ್ ಕಂಟ್ರೋಲ್ ಆಕ್ಟ್ 1960 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಸಂಚಾರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಬೇಕಾದ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಸೂಚನಾ ಫಲಕಗಳನ್ನು ಸೂಕ್ತ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಳವಡಿಸಲು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿರುತ್ತೇನೆ.

ಈ ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯು ದಿನಾಂಕ: 8-01-2019 ರಿಂದ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳ್ಳುವವರೆಗೆ ಜಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವಂತೆ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿರುತ್ತೇನೆ.

ಈ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ನಾನು ಈ ದಿವಸ ಅಂದರೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 8-01-2019 ರಂದು ನನ್ನ ಸಹಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮುದ್ರೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿರುತ್ತೇನೆ.

Whereas, it has come to the notice of the Government that the above mentioned Financial Establishment has failed to return the deposits after maturity or on demand by the depositors and to pay interest or other assured benefits or to provide the service against such deposits,

whereas, it has further come to the notice of the Government that the above mentioned Financial Establishment has acquired lands, Movable/ Immovable property, cash & others from and out of the deposits collected from the depositors,

Wherefore, it is expedient that the above mentioned Financial Establishment has acted detrimental to the interest of the depositors with an intention to defraud them and it has become necessary to protect the interest of the depositors of aforesaid financial establishments,

Now therefore, Government in exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-section (2) of Section (3) of the Karnataka Protection of interest of Depositors in Financial Establishment Act, 2004 attach the properties belonging to M/s Ambidant Marketing Private Limited shown in the Annexure-I.

Hence, all these properties, acquired by M/s Ambidant Marketing Private Limited have been attached and is declared that said properties shall on publication of this order in the Official gazette, shall forthwith, vest with the Competent Authority, who has been appointed by the Government, pending further orders from the special Court.
