Whereas it has come to the notice of the Government that the Financial Establishment viz., Shri Shakthi Souhardha Sahakari Limited & Shri A.N.Kumar, President of Kumar Logistics is involved in the fraudulent transactions,
Whereas, it has come to the notice of the Government that the above mentioned Financial Establishment has failed to return the deposits after maturity or on demand by the depositors and to pay interest or other assured benefits or to provide the service against such deposits,
whereas, it has further come to the notice of the Government that the above mentioned Financial Establishment has acquired lands, Movable/Immovable property, cash & others from and out of the deposits collected from the depositors,
Wherefore, it is expedient that the above mentioned Financial Establishment has acted detrimental to the interest of the depositors with an intention to defraud them and it has become necessary to protect the interest of the depositors of aforesaid financial establishments,
Now therefore, Government in exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-section (2) of Section (3) of the Karnataka Protection of interest of Depositors in financial establishment Act, 2004 attach the properties belonging to Shri Shakthi Souhardha Sahakari Limited & Shri A.N.Kumar, President of Kumar Logistics shown in the Annexure-I.
Hence, all these properties, acquired by Shri Shakthi Souhardha Sahakari Limited & Shri A.N.Kumar, President of Kumar Logistics have been attached and is declared that said properties shall on publication of this order in the official gazette, shall forthwith, vest with the Competent Authority, who has been appointed by the Government, pending further orders from the special court.

NO: RD 09 GRC 2017, BENGALURU, DATED: 06.02.2019.
Whereas it has come to the notice of the Government that the Financial Establishment viz; M/s Hindusthan Infracon (India) Private Limited involved in the fraudulent transactions,
Whereas, it has come to the notice of the Government that the above mentioned Financial Establishment has failed to return the deposits after maturity or on demand by the depositors and to pay interest or other assured benefits or to provide the service against such deposits,
whereas, it has further come to the notice of the Government that the above mentioned Financial Establishment has acquired lands, Movable/Immovable property, cash & others from and out of the deposits collected from the depositors,
Wherefore, it is expedient that the above mentioned Financial Establishment has acted detrimental to the interest of the depositors with an intention to defraud them and it has become necessary to protect the interest of the depositors of aforesaid financial establishments,
Now therefore, Government in exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-section (2) of Section (3) of the Karnataka Protection of interest of Depositors in financial establishment Act, 2004 attach the properties belonging M/s Hindusthan Infracon (India) Private Limited shown in the Annexure-I.
Hence, all these properties, acquired by M/s Hindusthan Infracon (India) Private Limited have been attached and is declared that said properties shall on publication of this order in the official gazette, shall forthwith, vest with the Competent Authority, who has been appointed by the Government, pending further orders from the special court.

NO: RD 12 GRC 2018, BENGALURU, DATED: 07.02.2019. Whereas it has come to the notice of the Government that the Financial Establishment viz; M/s Maitreya Group of Companies is involved in the fraudulent transactions,
Whereas, it has come to the notice of the Government that the above mentioned Financial Establishment has failed to return the deposits after maturity or on demand by the depositors and to pay interest or other assured benefits or to provide the service against such deposits,
whereas, it has further come to the notice of the Government that the above mentioned Financial Establishment has acquired lands, Movable/Immovable property, cash & others from and out of the deposits collected from the depositors,೭೮ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ ೨೮, ೨೦೧೯ ಭಾಗ ೨ Wherefore, it is expedient that the above mentioned Financial Establishment has acted detrimental to the interest of the depositors with an intention to defraud them and it has become necessary to protect the interest of the depositors of aforesaid financial establishments,
Now therefore, Government in exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-section (2) of Section (3) of the Karnataka Protection of interest of Depositors in financial establishment Act, 2004 attach the properties belonging to M/s Maitreya Group of Companies shown in the Annexure-I.
Hence, all these properties acquired by M/s Maitreya Group of Companies, have been attached and is declared that said properties shall on publication of this order in the official gazette, shall forthwith, vest with the Competent Authority, who has been appointed by the Government, pending further orders from the special court.

It has come to the notice of the Government that the financial establishments viz., of M/s Ambidant Marketing Private Limited is involved in the fraudulent transactions and failed to return deposits to their depositors. Hence, the Government has decided to initiate action as per the provisions specified under the Karnataka Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishments Act, 2004 (Karnataka Act 30 of 2005).
It has reported that properties belonging to the said companies are spread over in various districts and depositors are scattered throughout the State of Karnataka and possibly in other States. In order to prevent duplication of efforts, necessity has arisen to authorize one Competent Authority to call for claims from all the depositors of M/s Ambidant Marketing Private Limited.
Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5(1) of The Karnataka Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishments Act, 2004 (Karnataka Act.30 of 2005), the Government of Karnataka hereby appoints the Assistant Commissioner, Bengaluru North Sub-Division, Bengaluru as the 'Competent Authority' in respect of M/s Ambidant Marketing Private Limited with immediate effect.

Whereas it has come to the notice of the Government that the Financial Establishment viz; M/s Vikram Investment Company, involved in the fraudulent transactions,
Whereas, it has come to the notice of the Government that the above mentioned Financial Establishment has failed to return the deposits after maturity or on demand by the depositors and to pay interest or other assured benefits or to provide the service against such deposits,
whereas, it has further come to the notice of the Government that the above mentioned Financial Establishment has acquired lands, Movable/ Immovable property, cash & others from and out of the deposits collected from the depositors,
Wherefore, it is expedient that the above mentioned Financial Establishment has acted detrimental to the interest of the depositors with an intention to defraud them and it has become necessary to protect the interest of the depositors of aforesaid financial establishments,
Now therefore, Government in exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-section (2) of Section (3) of the Karnataka Protection of interest of Depositors in Financial Establishment Act, 2004 attach the properties belonging to M/s Vikram Investment Company, shown in the Annexure-I.
