RECRUITMENT OF CANDIDATES TO THE POST OF GROUP-D

(PEONS, WATCHMEN, SWEEPERS AND PEONS [HOUSE KEEPING])

It is hereby notified that online applications are invited from eligible candidates who are qualified as on the last date fixed for submission of applications for direct recruitment of 95 Posts of Group-D (Peons, Watchmen, Sweepers and Peons [House Keeping]) on the establishment of the High Court of Karnataka, Bengaluru, through online link on http://karnatakajudiciary.kar.nic.in/ recruitment.asp

1. Method of Recruitment:

Selection of candidates will be made in accordance with the High Court of Karnataka Service (Conditions of Service and Recruitment) Rules, 1973,as amended from time to time and the High Court of Karnataka Service (Direct Recruitment by Selection) Rules, 1984, as amended from time to time.

2. Minimum Qualification:

Must have passed Tenth Standard or equivalent.

3. Scale of Pay :

Rs. 19,900/- to Rs.63,200/- with admissible allowances as per the High Court of Karnataka (Officers & Officials) Revised Pay Rules 2018.

4. Probation :

The applicant if appointed, shall be on probation initially for a period of two years or for extended period, if necessary.

5. Age limit:

(1) As on the last date of submission of Online Application, the applicants must have attained 18 years of age in respect of all categories and not attained the age of:

(a) 40 years in the case of a person belonging to Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe / Category-I of other Backward Classes.

(b) 38 years in the case of persons belonging to Category II-A / II-B / III-A / III-B of other Backward Classes; and

(c) 35 years in the case of others.

(2) Not withstanding anything contained in Rule 6(1) of the Karnataka Civil Services (General Recruitment) Rules, 1977

(೭೭೯)೭೮೦ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ ಮೇ ೨೩, ೨೦೧೯ ಭಾಗ ೫ i. in case of an applicant who is working or holding a post under the Government or a local authority or a Corporation established by a State Act or Central Act or established by the Government under a State Act or Central Act and owned or controlled by the Government the age is relaxed by the number of years during which he/she is or was holding such post or ten years whichever is less;

ii. in case of candidate who is an Ex-serviceman - the age is relaxed by three years plus the number of years of service rendered by him in the Armed Forces of the Union;

iii. in case of a candidate who is Physically Challenged - the age is relaxed by ten years;

iv. in the case of a candidate who is Widow - the age is relaxed by ten years;

(3) The minimum and maximum age limit shall be as on the last date fixed for applying online.

Method of Application and fee: The method of application shall be through online on the website http://karnatakajudiciary.kar.nic.in/recruitment.asp to be applied as per the instructions made available in the Annexure on the website. Applications submitted by any other mode other than online will not be considered.

(a) The candidates belonging to General Merit and other Backward classes (other than Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Category-I and Physically Challenged candidates), shall pay an Application Fee of `. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/ Category–I/ Physically Challenged, shall pay an Application Fee of `. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only) prescribed for the post, by any of the following mode of payment.

(i) Online Payment: On submission of online application, the candidates shall make the online payment of application fee by SBI online payment gateway mentioned in the online application.

Or

(ii) Challan Form: On submission of online application, the candidates shall download the challan through the SBI online payment gateway link mentioned in the online application in PDF format and shall remit the prescribed fee in any branch of SBI. (System need to support PDF reader-like Adobe Acrobat) (b) Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

To register / submit online applications: 3RD JUNE 2019 (till 11.59 PM)

Candidates Claiming Reservations : a) Candidates Claiming Reservations under Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe/Category – I / II A / II B / III A / III B shall possess the certificate in the form as prescribed by the Government of Karnataka and issued by the competent Authority at the time of submitting online application and produce the same whenever directed by the Authority without fail.

b) Candidates claiming reservation under Physically Challenged shall possess the Certificates issued by the Competent Authorities at the time of submitting online application and produce the same whenever directed by the Authority without fail.

c) Candidates claiming reservation under Ex-servicemen shall possess the Certificate of Release or Discharge from Armed Forces at the time of submitting online application and produce the same whenever directed by the Authority without fail.

d) Candidates claiming reservation under Kannada Medium quota shall possess certificate for having studied in Kannada Medium from 1 to 10th standard as prescribed in Notification No. DPAR 71 SRR 2001 dated 24.10.2002, duly signed and sealed by the Head Master of the School and countersigned by the concerned Block Education Officer at the time of submitting online application and produce the same whenever directed by the Authority without fail.

e) Candidates claiming reservation under Rural quota should have studied from 1st to 10th Standard in rural areas.

The candidates shall possess Rural Study Certificate in the format prescribed in Government Order No. DPAR 96 SRR 2005 dated 10.08.2005, duly attested by the Head of the School and countersigned by the concerned Block Education Officer and General Merit candidate claiming reservation under rural quota shall also possess certificate in Form – 1 obtained from concerned Tahsildar as per Government Order No. DPAR 8 SRR 2001 dated 13.02.2001, certifying that they do not fall under the creamy layer prescribed by Government of Karnataka at the time of submitting online application and produce the same whenever directed by the Authorty without fail.

f) Candidates claiming reservation under Persons Displaced from Projects quota shall possess certificate issued by the Competent Authority as per Government of Karnataka Order No. DPAR 23 SRR 99 dated 23.11.2000 and produce the same whenever directed by the Authority without fail.

g) Candidates claiming reservation under Local Cadre shall possess Eligibility Certificate (under Article 371-J) issued by the Competent Authority on or before the last day of applying online as prescribed under The Karnataka Public Employment (Reservation in Appointment for Hyderabad-Karnataka Region) (Issue of Eligibility Certificates) Rules, 2013.

h) Candidates who are in service of Union of India / State Governments and their undertaking should possess "No Objection Certificate" issued by the concerned Authority while submitting the online applications and furnish at the time of verification of documents.

10. Candidates called for the Document Verification/Viva-Voce shall produce the necessary original documents with regard to Educational Qualification (SSLC or Equivalent examination certificate to show the Date of Birth), Caste, reservations claimed with regard to Rural / Physically Challenged / Ex – Servicemen / Kannada Medium / Displaced from Projects / Widow and reservation claimed for Local Cadre for verification. On verification, if the information so furnished by the applicant in the application is found to be false, then their candidature is liable for rejection and also they are liable for criminal prosecution for furnishing false information.

11. The candidates shall furnish three certificates of Character i.e., one issued from the Principal of the Institution / College in which he/she last studied with study details and other two Certificates from respectable persons not being related to him / her and who is well acquainted with him at the time of verification of documents.

12. Candidates called for Viva-Voce will have to appear for the same at their own cost.

13. The recruitment to the post of Group-D is made for posting either at High Court of Karnataka Principal Bench at Bengaluru or Benches at Dharwad / Kalaburagi.

14. If any applicant attempts to obtain extraneous support by any means for candidature from any officials or non-officials, he/she will not be eligible for appointment.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಉಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಇಲ್ಲಿ, 95 ಗ್ರೂಪ್-ಡಿ (ಜವಾನರು, ಕಾವಲುಗಾರರು, ಸ್ವೀಪರ್‌ಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಹೌಸ್ ಕೀಪಿಂಗ್ ಜವಾನರು) ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕದವರೆಗೂ ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಉಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್ http://karnatakajudiciary.kar.nic.in/recruitment.asp ಮೂಲಕ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದೆಂದು ಅಧಿಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ೧. ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯ ವಿಧಾನ :

ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಲಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಮಾಡಲಾದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಉಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ಸೇವಾ (ಸೇವಾ ಮತ್ತು ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 1973 ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಲಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಮಾಡಲಾದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಉಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ಸೇವಾ (ಆಯ್ಕೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ನೇರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 1984 ಇವುಗಳ ಅನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

೨. ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ :

ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ. ಅಥವಾ ತತ್ಸಮಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಭ್ಯಾಸ ಆಗಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

೩. ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ :

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಉಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ (ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು ನೌಕರರ) ಪರಿಷ್ಕøತ ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ ನಿಯಮ 2018ರ ಅನುಸಾರ ರೂ.19,900/- ರೂ.63,200/- ಮತ್ತು ಇತರೆ ಭತ್ಯೆಗಳು.

೪. ಸೇವಾ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿ :

ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ನೇಮಕಗೊಂಡ ಪಕ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಕವಾಗಿ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಅವಧಿಗೆ ಅಥವಾ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದ್ದರೆ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಬಹುದಾದ ಅವಧಿಗೆ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

೫. ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗಾಗಿ ವಯೋಮಿತಿ :

(೧) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲಾದ ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕದಂದು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರವರ್ಗದವರು ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 18 ವರ್ಷದವರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಗರಿಷ್ಠ ವಯೋಮಿತಿ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡಂತೆ ಇರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು:

(ಎ) ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ ಅಥವಾ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡ ಅಥವಾ ಇತರೇ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ಜಾತಿಗಳ ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ-1ಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಪಕ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಗರಿಷ್ಠ 40 ವರ್ಷ ವಯಸ್ಸು ಮೀರಿರಬಾರದು.

(ಬಿ) ಇತರೇ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗಗಳ ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ `2ಎ' ಅಥವಾ `2ಬಿ' ಅಥವಾ `3ಎ' ಅಥವಾ '3ಬಿ'ಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಗರಿಷ್ಠ 38 ವರ್ಷ ವಯಸ್ಸು ಮೀರಿರಬಾರದು; ಮತ್ತು

(ಸಿ) ಇತರೇ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು 35 ವರ್ಷ ವಯಸ್ಸು ಮೀರಿರಬಾರದು.

(೨) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಿವಿಲ್ ಸೇವೆಗಳು (ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1977ರ ಅನುಸಾರ 6(1)ನೇ ನಿಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಏನೇ ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾಗ್ಯೂ ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸದರಿ ನಿಯಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಗರಿಷ್ಟ ವಯೋಮಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೆಳಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿರುವಷ್ಟರ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಸಡಿಲಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

(ಎ) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು, ರಾಜ್ಯ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ ಅಥವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿತವಾದ ಅಥವಾ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಅಥವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮದಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮೂಲಕ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿತವಾದ ಮತ್ತು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಧೀನದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಅಥವಾ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ ಅಥವಾ ನಿಗಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಪಕ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ಯಾವುದೇ ಹುದ್ದೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ ಅವಧಿ ಅಥವಾ 10 ವರ್ಷ ಇವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದು ಕಡಿಮೆಯೋ ಅಷ್ಟು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ವಯೋಮಿತಿಯ ಸಡಿಲಿಕೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಹರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

(ಬಿ) ಮಾಜಿ ಸೈನಿಕರಿಗೆ, ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸಶಸ್ತ್ರ ಪಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಅವಧಿಯ ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಮೂರು ವರ್ಷಗಳು ವಯೋಮಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಡಿಲಿಕೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ.

(ಸಿ) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ದೈಹಿಕ ಅಂಗವಿಕಲತೆ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಹತ್ತು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ವಯೋಮಿತಿ ಸಡಿಲಿಕೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ.

(ಡಿ) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ವಿಧವೆಯಾಗಿರುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಹತ್ತು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ವಯೋಮಿತಿ ಸಡಿಲಿಕೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ.

(೩) ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಮತ್ತು ಗರಿಷ್ಠ ವಯೋಮಿತಿಯು ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕವನ್ನು ಆಧರಿಸಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

೬. ಖಾಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ವರ್ಗೀಕರಣ :

* ಚಿಹ್ನೆ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸೂಚಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ವೃಂದಗಳ 07 ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳು

(ಅಂದರೆ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ 371-(ಜೆ) ಅನುಚ್ಛೇದದಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ

ಹೈದರಾಬಾದ್-ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ)

* ಚಿಹ್ನೆ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸೂಚಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

೭. ಅರ್ಜಿ ಮತ್ತು ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ವಿಧಾನ : ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ವಿಧಾನವು ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್‌ನ ಅನುಬಂಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ಇರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಈ ಮುಂದಿನ ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್‌ನ http://karnatakajudiciary.kar.nic.in/recruitment.asp ಮೂಲಕ ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಮೂಲಕವಲ್ಲದೆ ಇತರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿಧಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

(ಎ) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು (ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ / ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ – I ಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಹಾಗೂ ದೈಹಿಕ ಅಂಗವಿಕಲತೆ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ) ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ನಿಗದಿ ಪಡಿಸಿದ ರೂ.200/- ಗಳ (ಎರಡು ನೂರ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರ) ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ/ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ - I ಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಮತ್ತು ದೈಹಿಕ ಅಂಗವಿಕಲತೆ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ರೂ.100/- ಗಳ (ನೂರು ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರ) ಅರ್ಜಿ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು, ಈ ಮುಂದಿನ ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿಧಾನಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಂದಾಯ / ಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು:

೧. ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಸಂದಾಯ : ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಮೇಲೆ, ಅರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದಂತಹ ಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಆಫ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಪೇಮೆಂಟ್ ಗೇಟ್‌ವೇ ಮೂಲಕ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಸಂದಾಯ ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

೨. ಚಲನ್ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಸಂದಾಯ : ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಮೇಲೆ, ಅರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದಂತಹ ಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಆಫ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಪೇಮೆಂಟ್ ಗೇಟ್‌ವೇ ಮೂಲಕ PDF ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚಲನ್‌ನ್ನು ಡೌನ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಆಫ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಶಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. (ನೀವು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸುವ ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ Adobe Acrobat Readerನ ಸಪೋರ್ಟ್ ಹೊಂದಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು) (ಬಿ) ಒಮ್ಮೆ ಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲೂ ಹಿಂತಿರುಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

೮. ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕ :

ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ನೊಂದಣಿಗಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ 3ನೇ ಜೂನ್ 2019 (ರಾತ್ರಿ 11.59 ರವರೆಗೆ)

ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಅಥವಾ ಚಲನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಸಂದಾಯ ಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ 6ನೇ ಜೂನ್ 2019 (ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್‌ಗಳ ಕೆಲಸದ ವೇಳೆಯಲ್ಲಿ) ೯. ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಕೋರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು :

ಎ) ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ / ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡ / ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ- I / II ಎ / II ಬಿ / III ಎ / III ಬಿ ಪ್ರವರ್ಗಗಳಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಕೋರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಕ್ಷಮ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವು ನೀಡಿರುವ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಂದಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವು ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಾಗ ತಪ್ಪದೆ ಹಾಜರು ಪಡಿಸುವುದು.

ಬಿ) ವಿಕಲಚೇತನ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೋರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಕ್ಷಮ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವು ನೀಡಿದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಂದಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವು ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಾಗ ತಪ್ಪದೆ ಹಾಜರು ಪಡಿಸುವುದು.

ಸಿ) ಮಾಜಿ ಸೈನಿಕ ವರ್ಗದ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಕ್ಲೇಮು ಮಾಡುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮಿಲಿಟರಿ ಸೇವೆಯಿಂದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಲಾದ ಅಥವಾ ವಿಮುಕ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಂದಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವು ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಾಗ ತಪ್ಪದೆ ಹಾಜರು ಪಡಿಸುವುದು.

ಡಿ) ಕನ್ನಡ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವಂತಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು 1 ರಿಂದ 10ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯವರೆಗೆ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಾಸಂಗ ಮಾಡಿದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಸಿಆಸುಇ 71 ಸೆನೆನಿ 2001 ದಿನಾಂಕ 24.10.2002 ರನ್ವಯ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮುಖ್ಯೋಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯರ ಸಹಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯವರ ಮೇಲುರುಜು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಂದಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವು ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಾಗ ತಪ್ಪದೆ ಹಾಜರು ಪಡಿಸುವುದು.

ಇ) ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವಂತಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು 1 ರಿಂದ 10ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯವರೆಗೆ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಡುವ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಾಸಂಗ ಮಾಡಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆದೇಶ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಸಿಆಸುಇ 96 ಸೆನೆನಿ 2005 ದಿನಾಂಕ 10.08.2005 ರನ್ವಯ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮುಖ್ಯೋಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯರ ಸಹಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯವರ ಮೇಲುರುಜುವಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಿಗದಿ ಪಡಿಸಿದ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವಂತಹ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಅರ್ಹತೆಯ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮೇಲುಸ್ತರಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿಲ್ಲದಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆದೇಶ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಸಿಆಸುಇ 8 ಸೆನೆನಿ 2001 ದಿನಾಂಕ 13.02.2001 ರನ್ವಯ ನಮೂನೆ-1 ರಂತೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ್‌ರವರಿಂದ ಪಡೆದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಸಹ ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಂದಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವು ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಾಗ ತಪ್ಪದೆ ಹಾಜರು ಪಡಿಸುವುದು.

ಎಫ್) ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಂದ ನಿರ್ವಸಿತರಾದ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಿರಿಸಿದ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವಂತಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆದೇಶ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಸಿಆಸುಇ 23 ಸೆನೆನಿ 99 ದಿನಾಂಕ 23-11-2000ರನ್ವಯ ನಿಗದಿತ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಂದಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಹಾಗೂ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಯ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸದರಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

ಜಿ) ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ವೃಂದ (ಅನುಚ್ಛೇದ 371-ಜೆ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಹೈದರಾಬಾದ್-ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪ್ರದೇಶ)ದಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೋರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ (ಹೈದರಾಬಾದ್-ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪ್ರದೇಶ ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳು) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 2013ರ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗೊತ್ತುಪಡಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕ ಅಥವಾ ಅದಕ್ಕೂ ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿಯೇ ಸಕ್ಷಮ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವು ನೀಡುವ ಯುಕ್ತ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

ಹೆಚ್) ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವಾಗ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ / ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಅವುಗಳ ಅಧೀನ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವಂತಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವು ನೀಡಿರುವ ``ನಿರಾಕ್ಷೇಪಣಾ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ''ಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಹಾಗೂ ನಂತರದ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಗಳ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸದರಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

೧೦. ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆಯಲಾದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಗಾಗಿ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ ಅಂದರೆ ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ. ಅಥವಾ ತತ್ಸಮಾನ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿ, ಜಾತಿ, ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಅವಶ್ಯಕ ಮೂಲ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ / ಅಂಗವಿಕಲ / ಮಾಜಿ ಸೈನಿಕ / ಕನ್ನಡ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ / ಯೋಜನಾ ನಿರಾಶ್ರಿತರು / ವಿಧವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ವೃಂದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೋರುವವರು ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಮೂಲ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಅರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒದಗಿಸಿರುವ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯು ಸುಳ್ಳೆಂದು ಕಂಡುಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ ಆತನ/ಆಕೆಯ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಕೆಯು ರದ್ದಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ತಪ್ಪು ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಕ್ರಿಮಿನಲ್ ವ್ಯವಹರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಜರುಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

೧೧. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಯ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ನಡತೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಅವು ಯಾವುವೆಂದರೆ ಅವನು/ಅವಳು ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿ ವ್ಯಾಸಂಗ ಮಾಡಿದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಿಂದ ವಿದ್ಯಾಭ್ಯಾಸದ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನೊಳಗೊಂಡ ಒಂದು ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ ಮತ್ತೆರಡು ನಡತೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಪರಿಚಯವಿರುವ / ಸಂಬಂಧಿಯಾಗಿರದ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಂದ ಪಡೆದು ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

೧೨. ಮೌಖಿಕ ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆಯಲಾಗುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ಖರ್ಚಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಜರಾಗತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

೧೩. ಗ್ರೂಪ್-ಡಿ (ಜವಾನರು, ಕಾವಲುಗಾರರು, ಸ್ವೀಪರ್‌ಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಹೌಸ್ ಕೀಪಿಂಗ್ ಜವಾನರು) ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿನ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಪೀಠದಲ್ಲಾಗಲೀ ಅಥವಾ ಧಾರವಾಡ ಅಥವಾ ಕಲಬುರಗಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಪೀಠಗಳಲ್ಲಾಗಲೀ ನಿಯೋಜಿಸಬಹುದು.

೧೪. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಕೆಯ ಸಂಬಂಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಅಥವಾ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯೇತರ ಮೂಲಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಬಾಹ್ಯ ಬೆಂಬಲವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಮಾಡಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅನರ್ಹಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

Whereas, the above named Petitioners have instituted the above petition under the Section 276 of the Indian Succession Act to grant Probate to the Will dated: 17-09-2017 in relation to the schedule properties. The Petitioners have sought for permission of this Hon'ble Court for granting probate.

If anybody having objections, claims over the properties mentioned in the schedule properties hereby warned to appear before this Hon'ble Court at 11-00 AM on 20th day of June 2019 in forenoon to showcase against cause against the petition failing which wherein the matter will be heard and determined as exparte.
