ಸದರಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ನೇಮಕಗೊಂಡ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಈ ಆದೇಶ ತಲುಪಿದ 15 (ಹದಿನೈದು) ದಿನಗಳೊಳಗೆ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು, ಕಾಲೇಜು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ, ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಭವನ, 2ನೇ ಮಹಡಿ, ಅರಮನೆ ರಸ್ತೆ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಇವರಲ್ಲಿ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಆಯುಕ್ತರು, ಕಾಲೇಜು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಇವರು ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ಜ್ಯೇಷ್ಠತೆಯ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲಿಂಗ್ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗೆ ಸ್ಥಳನಿಯುಕ್ತಿ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ನೀಡುವುದು.

ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಪೂರ್ವಾನುಮತಿ ಪಡೆಯದೆ ನಿಗಧಿತ ಅವಧಿಯೊಳಗೆ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ವಿಫಲರಾಗುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆದೇಶವು ತಾನಾಗಿಯೇ ಅನೂರ್ಜಿತವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು :

1. ಇದು ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ನೇರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಸೇವೆಗಳು (ಕಾಲೇಜು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ) (ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) (ವಿಶೇಷ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 2014 ರ ನಿಯಮ 9ರ ಉಪ-ನಿಯಮ (2) ಮತ್ತು (3) ರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಓದಿಕೊಂಡಂತೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರ (ಜ್ಯೇಷ್ಠತೆ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 1957 ರ ನಿಯಮ 5ರ ಅನುಸಾರ ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ : 04-02-2017 ರ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿರುವ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಜ್ಯೇಷ್ಠತೆಯು ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

2. ದಿನಾಂಕ:04-02-2017 ರ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಇನ್ನುಳಿದ ಅರ್ಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗಳು ತೃಪ್ತಿಕರವಾಗಿ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಂಡ ನಂತರ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಅಂತಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಅರ್ಹತೆ / ಜ್ಯೇಷ್ಠತೆಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಬಾಧೆಯಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾದ ದಿನಾಂಕವನ್ನಾಧರಿಸಿ ಜ್ಯೇಷ್ಠತೆಯನ್ನು ಕ್ಲೇಮ್ ಮಾಡುವ ಹಕ್ಕುಳ್ಳವನಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

3. ನೇಮಕಗೊಂಡ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಸ್ಥಳನಿಯುಕ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರ ಸಮಕ್ಷಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯವರದಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಮೂಲ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಥಳನಿಯುಕ್ತಿ ಅವರ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಅರ್ಹತೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾನದಂಡಗಳನ್ನು ತೃಪ್ತಿಕರವಾಗಿ ಪಾಲಿಸಿರುವ ಷರತ್ತಿಗೊಳಪಟ್ಟಿದೆ.

4. ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ಸ್ಥಳನಿಯುಕ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾರ್ಥ ಅವಧಿಯನ್ನು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ತೃಪ್ತಿಕರವಾಗಿ ಪೂರೈಸುವ ಷರತ್ತಿಗೊಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

5. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾರ್ಥ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಕೌಂಟ್ಸ್ ಹೈಯರ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಜನರಲ್ ಲಾ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯ ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷಾ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

6. ನೇಮಕಗೊಂಡ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್ ಕೋರ್ಸ್‌ಗೆ (ಬುನಾದಿ ತರಬೇತಿ) ಹಾಜರಾಗುವುದು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

7. ಸಹಾಯಕ ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಾಪಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಇರುವ ಓರಿಯಂಟೇಷನ್ ಮತ್ತು ರೆಫ್ರೆಶರ್ ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ತರಬೇತಿಯನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. 8. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಸ್ಥಳನಿಯುಕ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರದ ವೇತನ, ಭತ್ಯೆ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಅರ್ಹರಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

9. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕಾರ್ಯವರದಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಹಾಗೂ ಸ್ಥಳನಿಯುಕ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಲು ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಭತ್ಯೆ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಅರ್ಹರಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

10. ಮೇಲೆ ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯಥಿಯು ದಿನಾಂಕ : 01-04-2006ರ ನಂತರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸೇವೆಗೆ ಸೇರಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಅವರು ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ಹೊಸ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಯೋಜನೆ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

11. ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾರ್ಥ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. 12. ಸದರಿ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯು ಮಾನ್ಯ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಉಚ್ಛ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪೀಠಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಆಡಳಿತ ನ್ಯಾಯಮಂಡಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿರುವ ರಿಟ್ ಅರ್ಜಿ / ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾನ್ಯ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಗಳು ನೀಡುವ ಅಂತಿಮ ತೀರ್ಪಿನ ಪಾಲನೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

8. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಸ್ಥಳನಿಯುಕ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರದ ವೇತನ, ಭತ್ಯೆ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಅರ್ಹರಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
