ವಿಷಯ :- ಹಾಸನ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಕಂದಾಯ ಘಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ 2019 ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಲಿ ಇರುವ ಗ್ರಾಮಲೆಕ್ಕಿಗರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನೇರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮೂಲಕ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಆದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆದೇಶ ನೀಡುವ ಕುರಿತು. ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ :- 1. ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಸಮಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 15-06-2019, 21-06-2019, 22-07-2019.
2. ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಸಮಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 08-07-2019. 3. ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಸಮಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 25-07-2019. 4. ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಸಮಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 03-08-2019. 5. ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಸಮಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಜ್ಞಾಪನ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 22-10-2019.
ಹಾಸನ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಕಂದಾಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಲಿ ಇರುವ 32 ಗ್ರಾಮಲೆಕ್ಕಿಗರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೇರನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮೂಲಕ ಭರ್ತಿಮಾಡುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಸೇವೆಗಳು (ರೆವಿನ್ಯೂ ಸಬೊರ್ಡಿನೇಟ್ ಬ್ರಾಂಚ್)(ಕೇಡರ್ ಅಂಡ್ ರೆಕ್ರ್ಯೂಟ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್)(ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 2008 ಮತ್ತು 2009 ಗಳನ್ವಯ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ (1) ರ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಅದರಂತೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ಸ್ವೀಕೃತವಾದ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನಾಧರಿಸಿ, ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಯಿಂದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಮೆರಿಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ 32 ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ (3) ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ನಿಗದಿತ ಅವಧಿಯೊಳಗೆ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳು ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆಯಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ 32 ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಅಂತಿಮ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸಿ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ (4) ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ದಿನಾಂಕ: 06-08-2019 ರಂದು ನಡೆದ ಕೌನ್ಸೆಲಿಂಗ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹಾಜರಾಗಿ ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅದರಂತೆ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ(5)ರಲ್ಲಿ 08 ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದೇಶಗಳಂತೆ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1977 ಹಾಗೂ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಸೇವೆಗಳು (ರೆವಿನ್ಯೂ ಸಬೊರ್ಡಿನೇಟ್ ಬ್ರಾಂಚ್) (ಕೇಡರ್ ಅಂಡ್ ರೆಕ್ರ್ಯೂಟ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್) (ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 2008 ಮತ್ತು 2009 ಗಳನ್ವಯ ಮೆರಿಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ವರ್ಗವಾರು ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿರುವ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ 11 ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಗ್ರಾಮಲೆಕ್ಕಿಗರ ಹುದ್ದೆಯ ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿಯ 21400-500-22400-550-24600-600-27000- 650-29600-750-32600-850-36000-950-39800-1100-42000 ರಂತೆ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳಿಗೊಳಪಡಿಸಿ ಹಾಸನ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಕಂದಾಯ ಘಟಕದ ಗ್ರಾಮಲೆಕ್ಕಿಗರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ. ಹಾಗೂ ಅವರುಗಳ ಹೆಸರಿನ ಮುಂದೆ ಕಾಣಿಸಿರುವ ವೃತ್ತಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಥಳನಿಯುಕ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ಷಷ 1. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಈ ಆದೇಶ ತಲುಪಿದ 10 ದಿನಗಳೊಳಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ತಹಸೀಲ್ದಾರರ ಸಮಕ್ಷಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು. ತಪ್ಪಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವಾ (ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) 1977ರ ನಿಯಮ 18 ರನ್ವಯ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಹಾಗೂ ಸದರಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿನ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
2. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಅನರ್ಹರೆಂದು ಕಂಡು ಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ, ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡದೆ ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. 3. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ವೈದ್ಯರಿಂದ ಪಡೆದ ದೈಹಿಕ ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ವಾಸಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಗಣ್ಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಂದ ನೀಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ನಡತೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸುವುದು.
4. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತಪ್ಪು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಅಥವಾ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಎಂದು ಕಂಡು ಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಹವರ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಹಾಗೂ ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ಶಿಸ್ತು ಕ್ರಮ ಜರುಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
5. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾದ 2 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯು ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣೆ ಅವಧಿ (Probation Period) ಆಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ (1) ಅಕೌಂಟ್ಸ್ ಲೋಯರ್ (2) ರೆವಿನ್ಯೂ ಲೋಯರ್ (3) ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಸಾಕ್ಷರತಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ (Computer Literacy Test) ಮತ್ತುಭಾಗ ೨ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ನವೆಂಬರ್ ೨೮, ೨೦೧೯ ೬೮೩
(4) ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ (SSLC ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಥಮ ಅಥವಾ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಭಾಷೆಯಾಗಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ) ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗುವುದು.
ತಪ್ಪಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೆಲಸ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳು ತೃಪ್ತಿಕರವಾಗಿರದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ಸೇವೆಯಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದು ಹಾಕಲಾಗುವುದು.
6. ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೊಳಿಸಲಾದ ಸ್ಥಳ/ಕಛೇರಿಯನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಸ್ಥಳ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ಒತ್ತಡ ತಂದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
7. ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಇಲಾಖಾ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರ ಮೂಲಕ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು, ಅಂತಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಇಲಾಖೆಯಿಂದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ದೃಡೀಕರಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. 8. ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಅವರನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಿರುವ ವೃತ್ತ/ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ವಾಸ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
9. ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸುತ್ತೋಲೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: ಕಂಇ 54 ಬಿಎಸ್‌ಸಿ 2007, ದಿನಾಂಕ: 27-03-2007 ರನ್ವಯ ಅಂತರ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆಗೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಐದು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಸನ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
10. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಸೇವೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಿ ಭಾರತ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ರೀತ್ಯಾ "ನಿಷ್ಠೆಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ವಚನ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವುದು."
11. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದೇಶ ನಂ. FD/SPL/04/PET/05, ದಿನಾಂಕ: 31/03/2006 ರಂತೆ ಹೊಸ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ವೇತನ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
12. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವೆ (ನಡತೆ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1966 ಹಾಗೂ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವೆ (ವರ್ಗೀಕರಣ, ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ, ಮೇಲ್ಮನವಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1957 ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾಲಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗುವ ಇತರೆ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಬದ್ಧರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
13. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು `. 1000/- ಭದ್ರತಾ ಠೇವಣಿಯನ್ನು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಉಳಿತಾಯ ಪತ್ರದ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರರಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರರು ಈ ಮೊತ್ತಕ್ಕೆ ಭದ್ರತಾ ಮುಚ್ಚಳಿಕೆ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಆಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು.
14. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಜೇಷ್ಠತೆಯು ಆಯ್ಕೆಪಟ್ಟಿಯ ಕ್ರಮದನುಸಾರವಾಗಿಯೇ ಇರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಹಾಗೂ ತದನಂತರ ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹೊರಡಿಸುವ ಕಾನೂನು ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಹಾಸನ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಕಂದಾಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಲಿ ಇರುವ 32 ಗ್ರಾಮಲೆಕ್ಕಿಗರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೇರನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮೂಲಕ ಭರ್ತಿಮಾಡುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಸೇವೆಗಳು (ರೆವಿನ್ಯೂ ಸಬೊರ್ಡಿನೇಟ್ ಬ್ರಾಂಚ್) (ಕೇಡರ್ ಅಂಡ್ ರೆಕ್ರ್ಯೂಟ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್) (ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 2008 ಮತ್ತು 2009 ಗಳನ್ವಯ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ (1) ರ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಅದರಂತೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ಸ್ವೀಕೃತವಾದ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನಾಧರಿಸಿ, ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಯಿಂದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಮೆರಿಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ 32 ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ(3) ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ನಿಗದಿತ ಅವಧಿಯೊಳಗೆ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳು ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆಯಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ 32 ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಅಂತಿಮ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸಿ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ (4) ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ದಿನಾಂಕ: 06-08-2019 ರಂದು ನಡೆದ ಕೌನ್ಸೆಲಿಂಗ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹಾಜರಾಗಿ ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ಷಷ 1. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಈ ಆದೇಶ ತಲುಪಿದ 10 ದಿನಗಳೊಳಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ತಹಸೀಲ್ದಾರರ ಸಮಕ್ಷಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು. ತಪ್ಪಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವಾ (ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) 1977ರ ನಿಯಮ 18 ರನ್ವಯ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಹಾಗೂ ಸದರಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿನ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
2. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಅನರ್ಹರೆಂದು ಕಂಡು ಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ, ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡದೆ ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
3. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ವೈದ್ಯರಿಂದ ಪಡೆದ ದೈಹಿಕ ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ವಾಸಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಗಣ್ಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಂದ ನೀಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ನಡತೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸುವುದು.
4. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತಪ್ಪು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಅಥವಾ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಎಂದು ಕಂಡು ಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಹವರ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಹಾಗೂ ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ಶಿಸ್ತು ಕ್ರಮ ಜರುಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
5. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾದ 2 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯು ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣೆ ಅವಧಿ (Probation Period) ಆಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ (1) ಅಕೌಂಟ್ಸ್ ಲೋಯರ್ (2) ರೆವಿನ್ಯೂ ಲೋಯರ್ (3) ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಸಾಕ್ಷರತಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ (Computer Literacy Test) ಮತ್ತು (4) ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ (SSLC ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಥಮ ಅಥವಾ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಭಾಷೆಯಾಗಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ) ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗುವುದು.
ತಪ್ಪಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೆಲಸ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳು ತೃಪ್ತಿಕರವಾಗಿರದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ಸೇವೆಯಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದು ಹಾಕಲಾಗುವುದು.
6. ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೊಳಿಸಲಾದ ಸ್ಥಳ/ಕಛೇರಿಯನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಸ್ಥಳ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ಒತ್ತಡ ತಂದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
ಭಾಗ ೨ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ನವೆಂಬರ್ ೨೮, ೨೦೧೯ ೬೮೫7. ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಇಲಾಖಾ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರ ಮೂಲಕ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು, ಅಂತಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಇಲಾಖೆಯಿಂದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ದೃಡೀಕರಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
8. ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಅವರನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಿರುವ ವೃತ್ತ/ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ವಾಸ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
9. ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸುತ್ತೋಲೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: ಕಂಇ 54 ಬಿಎಸ್‌ಸಿ 2007, ದಿನಾಂಕ: 27-03-2007 ರನ್ವಯ ಅಂತರ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆಗೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಐದು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಸನ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
10. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಸೇವೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಿ ಭಾರತ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ರೀತ್ಯಾ "ನಿಷ್ಠೆಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ವಚನ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವುದು."
11. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದೇಶ ನಂ. FD/SPL/04/PET/05 ದಿನಾಂಕ: 31/03/2006 ರಂತೆ ಹೊಸ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ವೇತನ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
12. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವೆ (ನಡತೆ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1966 ಹಾಗೂ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವೆ (ವರ್ಗೀಕರಣ, ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ, ಮೇಲ್ಮನವಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1957 ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾಲಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗುವ ಇತರೆ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಬದ್ಧರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
13. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು `. 1000/- ಭದ್ರತಾ ಠೇವಣಿಯನ್ನು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಉಳಿತಾಯ ಪತ್ರದ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರರಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರರು ಈ ಮೊತ್ತಕ್ಕೆ ಭದ್ರತಾ ಮುಚ್ಚಳಿಕೆ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಆಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು.
