ಅನ್ವಯ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸುವ ಕುರಿತು.
2015 ರ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಹಕ್ಕು ಕಾಯ್ದೆ (2005ರ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 22) ಯ ಪರಿಚ್ಛೇದ 5(1) ರಂತೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಆಡಳಿತ ನ್ಯಾಯಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಆಡಳಿತ ವಿಭಾಗಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಸಹಾಯಕ ವಿಲೇಖನಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು (ಆಡಳಿತ), ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಆಡಳಿತ ನ್ಯಾಯಮಂಡಳಿ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಇವರನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ (ಆಡಳಿತ) ಮತ್ತು ನ್ಯಾಯಂಗ ವಿಭಾಗಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಸಹಾಯಕ ವಿಲೇಖನಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು (ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗ), ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಆಡಳಿತ ನ್ಯಾಯಮಂಡಳಿ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಇವರನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ (ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗ) ಎಂದು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮೇಲೆ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾದ ಪರಿಚ್ಛೇದ 5(1) ರಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗುವ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾನೂನಿಗನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಅಥವಾ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ವಿಲೇವಾರಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಅವರು ಹೊಂದಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಂದ ಕೋರಲಾದ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯು ತಿರಸ್ಕøತವಾದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಹ ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರು ಪರಿಚ್ಛೇದ 19ರನ್ವಯ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಲಾದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು-09, ರವರಿಗೆ ಮೇಲ್ಮನವಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಹಕ್ಕುಳ್ಳವರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
2005ರ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಹಕ್ಕು ಕಾಯ್ದೆ, ಪರಿಚ್ಛೇದ 19 ರಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ, ಮಾನ್ಯ ವಿಲೇಖನಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಆಡಳಿತ ನ್ಯಾಯಮಂಡಳಿ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಇವರನ್ನು "ಮೇಲ್ಮನವಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ" ಎಂದು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

In the event of refusal to give the information sought for by a public, such of the applicant is entitled to make an appeal to the Registrar, Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal, 7th Floor, Kandaya Bhavana, K.G.
