The draft of the following rules, further to amend the Karnataka State Audit and Accounts Services (Recruitment) Rules, 2011, which the Government of Karnataka proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1) of section 3 read with section 8 of the Karnataka State Civil Services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act 14 of 1990), is hereby published as required by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the said Act, for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said will be taken into consideration after fifteen days from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.

Any objection or suggestion, which may be received by the State Government from any person with respect to the said draft before the expiry of the period specified above, will be considered by the State Government. Objections and suggestions may addressed to the Principal Secretary to Government, Finance Department, VidhanaSoudha, Bengaluru-560001.

DRAFT RULES

1. Title and Commencement:- (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka State Audit and Accounts Services (Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules, 2019.

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Amendment of Schedule-I:- In the Karnataka State Audit and Accounts Services (Recruitment) Rules, 2011, in the Schedule-I

(i) in the category of post "Assistant Controller" at serial number 5, in column 7, under the heading "For Direct Recruitment", for item (1), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"(1) Must be holder of Master's Degree in Commerce (M.Com) or must be holder of MBA (Finance) or MBA (Financial Management) or MBA/M.Com (International Business) or MBA/M.Com (Financial Analysis) or any other Master Degree's notified by U.G.C as equivalent to the above educational qualifications from an University established by Law in India or fellow of Chartered Accountant or ICWA."

(ii) in the category of post of "Audit Officer" at serial number 6, in column 7, under the heading "For Direct Recruitment" and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"For Direct Recruitment:- (1) Must be holder of Master's Degree in Commerce (M.Com) or must be holder of MBA (Finance) or MBA (Financial Management) or MBA/M.Com (International Business) or MBA/M.Com (Financial Analysis or any other Master Degree notified by U.F.C as equivalent to the above educational qualifications from an university established by Law in India or fellow of Chartered Accountant of ICWA; and

(2) Must successfully undergo training in operating accounting software like Panchatantara for Gram Panchayats and e.gov. financials for Municipalities or other equivalent software and also M.S Office during probationary period; and

(iii) in the category of post of "Accounts Assistants" at serial number 8, in column 7, under the heading "For Direct Recruitment", for item (1), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"(1) Must possess B.Com or B.B.M or B.B.A Degree, or possess any other equivalent qualification notified as such by U.G.C.

In pursuance of the Hon'ble Supreme Court order dated: 30.07.2015 and in accordance with the decision of the State Empowered Committee in the meeting dated: 16.01.2018, Notification and Notice Inviting Tender in respect of 8 'C' category mines was issued on 30.01.2018 as per the powers delegated vide Government orders cited at reference (2) & (3).

M/s JSW Steel Ltd who has quoted final price offer of 95.20% for the block M/s Mysore Minerals Limited ML No: 995 in Ubbalagundi village, Sandur Taluka, Ballari District to an extent of 32.89 hectares as finalised by CEC, was selected as a Preferred Bidder on 05.12.2018 under clause 8.1B(iii) of the Tender Document after following due procedure.

Since, the Director, Department of Mines and Geology invited the Tender, clarification was sought from the Government whether to further proceed to grant the lease as per Section 10B(7) of MMDR Amendment Act, 2015. In this regard, Government clarified that there is no need for further clarification since Government vide notification cited at reference (2) & (3) has delegated the powers.

೩೪೬೪ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ ೧೯, ೨೦೧೯ ಭಾಗ ೪ಎ Thereafter, M/s JSW Steel Limited has been declared as Successful Bidder vide reference (8) and Mine Development and

Production Agreement (MDPA) has been executed on 08.08.2019 after compliance to all statutory provisions.

After declaring as Successful Bidder, on execution of MDPA, M/s JSW Steel Limited has paid remaining 80% of the upfront payment being Rs. 6,09,06,812/- out of which Rs. 4,56,80,109/- (Rupees Four Crores Fifty Six Lakhs Eighty Thousand One Hundred Rs. 1,52,26,703/- has been remitted to Monitoring Committee towards SPV.

This office once again sought clarification from Government with regard to grant and execution of mining lease by Director, Department of Mines and Geology in case of M/s Tungabhadra Minerals Pvt Ltd, ML No. 2366. In response, Government vide reference (9) reiterated the earlier clarification and directed this office to act as per the powers delegated vide order dated: 19.12.2015 & 23.01.2016 and also clarified that the Director, Department of Mines and Geology is Chairman of Ore Evaluation Committee and hence a decision is to be taken at the Committee level, accordingly this issue was discussed before the Ore Evaluation Committee on 30.12.2017 wherein it was decided that DMG may proceed with the execution of the lease deed after:

1) recording, present surface levels as per the Total Station Survey carried out by MECL/NITK which has been verified in presence of all the stakeholders including erstwhile lessee, successful bidder, MECL/NITK, KSRSAC, Forest and the technical officers of the DMG and

2) present surface levels of lease shall also be captured through a drone survey. This would ensure that the present surface levels are recorded in the presence of all stakeholders before present position/status of the area is disturbed. Accordingly, joint survey was conducted on 26.06.2019.

In the above backdrop, M/s JSW Steel Limited has fulfilled the conditions and is eligible for grant of mining lease for Iron Ore in Ubbalagundi village, Sandur Taluka, Ballari District over an CEC finalized extent of 32.89 hectares in respect of auctioned block of M/s Mysore Minerals Limited, ML No: 995 with the DGPS Coordinates as mentioned below and as per the sketch attached to this grant order under Section 10B(7) r/w Section 8A(2) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 2015 as amended on 12.01.2015 and Rule 10(5) of the Mineral (Auction) Rules, 2015 and as amended from time to time subject to compliance of the provisions of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, the Minerals (OAHCEM) Concession Rules, 2016, terms and conditions of Tender Document, MDPA/Lease Deed agreement and all other applicable Acts/Rules including the Forest (Conservation) Act, 1980, the Environmental Protection Act, 1986, EIA Notification, 2006 as amended from time to time and Rules made there under. This being the intimation to the Successful Bidder and the final execution deed is to be followed by this order.

This grant is subject to the following conditions:

i. The directions/conditions imposed in WP No. 562/2009 filed by Samaja Parivartana Samudaya & Others.

ii. Findings of Special Investigation Team, CBI or any other investigating agencies in the cases entrusted to respective agencies by Any Courts/Government/Any authority.

iii. The grantee shall comply all statutory, legal and any other mandatory conditions imposed by the Central/State Government or by the Commissioner/Director of Mines and Geology during execution of lease deed or any time during the currency of the lease.

iv. The Government of Karnataka reserves the right to withdrawal/ cancellation of this grant order and cancellation of lease deed executed pursuant to this order, once the investigating agencies submit there reports about the involvement of the present grantee. And the grantee not entitled to claim any equity in view of this grant order.

v. Mining activity is prohibited in and around 1 KM from core zone and 2KM from buffer zone of the protected monuments respectively and shall restrict the mining activity as referred in the ASMR Act, 2010 from ancient historic monuments notified by the Archeological Department and as amended from time to time.

vi. Compliance to the conditions stipulated in the FC and EC Clearances.

vii. During the Survey & Demarcation (S&D), it was observed that 4.74 Hectare within the leasehold is found to be nonforest area and hence, the grantee shall obtain necessary consent/permission from the concerned before commencing mining operations in the said area.

viii. As per the decision of Ore Evaluation Committee, joint survey was conducted by the joint team and the present levels and mine scenario has been captured by the drone survey. The present levels as mentioned in the Mahazar forwarded by the

Points with earlier M/s MECL Topographical Plan and is found that, 0.1 Meter to 0.5 Meter of variation in Z-Value. For the difference the Survey team took the opinion of the M/s MECL in the field and the MECL expressed that, variation in the Z-Value may be due to change in earlier and present DGPS instruments.

Shall at all times co-operate with the Ore Evaluation Committee for the purpose of determination of the ore that has been removed from the said area by the erstwhile lessee.

No. RD 627 KAMGRARA 2017, BENGALURU, DATE: 30-05-2019.

Whereas the draft of the Notification No RD 627 KAMGRARA 2017, Dated : 22-09-2017 regarding altering the limits of Basavapattana village of Gubbi Taluk and Tumakuru District and constituting a new revenue village called Kadegowdanahatti was published as required by section 6 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 (Karnataka act No.12 of 1964) in the Karanataka Gazette No. 1753 Part IV-A dated : 02-11-2017 inviting objections or suggestions from all the persons likely to be affected thereby within thirty days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

And Whereas, the said Gazette was made available to the public on 24-02-2018 and Whereas no objections and suggestions are received.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 (Karnataka act No.12 of 1964) the Governm ent of Karnataka hereby makes the following notification, namely:-

SCHEDULE-I

Land bearing survey numbers specified in column (2) of the table below and areas specified in column (3) thereof shall be excluded from the limits of said village of Gubbi Taluk and Tumakuru District to form a new revenue village called as Kadegowdanahatti of Gubbi Taluk and Tumakuru District. The new survey numbers which will form part of this new village are as specified in column (4) thereof.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೂಕಂದಾಯ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1964 ರ (1964 ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 12) 6 ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಗತ್ಯಪಡಿಸಲಾದಂತೆ ತುಮಕೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಗುಬ್ಬಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಬಸವಾಪಟ್ಟಣ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸರಹದ್ದುಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾರ್ಪಡಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಕಾಡೇಗೌಡನಹಟ್ಟಿ ಎಂಬ ಕಂದಾಯ ಗ್ರಾಮವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವ ಕುರಿತು ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಆರ್‌ಡಿ 627 ಕಂಗ್ರಾರ 2017 ದಿನಾಂಕ: 22-09-2017 ರ ಮೂಲಕ ಕರಡು ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಅದರಿಂದ ಬಾಧಿತರಾಗಬಹುದಾದ ಎಲ್ಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಂದ ಅದನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಮೂವತ್ತು ದಿನಗಳ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಸಲಹೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 02-11-2017 ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿರುವುದರಿಂದ;

ಮತ್ತು ಸದರಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 24-02-2018 ರಂದು ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಯಾವುದೇ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆ / ಸಲಹೆಗಳು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ವೀಕೃತವಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ, ಈಗ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೂಕಂದಾಯ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1964 ರ (1964 ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 12) 5 ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಮುಂದಿನ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ, ಎಂದರೆ:-

ಅನುಸೂಚಿ-1

ತುಮಕೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಗುಬ್ಬಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಬಸವಾಪಟ್ಟಣ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸರಹದ್ದಿನಿಂದ ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಕೋಷ್ಟಕದ (2) ನೇ ಕಾಲಂನಲ್ಲಿ ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ (3) ನೇ ಕಾಲಂನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಸರ್ವೆ ನಂಬರುಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣದ ಜಮೀನುಗಳನ್ನು ಬೇರ್ಪಡಿಸಿ ತುಮಕೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಗುಬ್ಬಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಕಾಡೇಗೌಡನಹಟ್ಟಿ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರಿನ ಹೊಸ ಕಂದಾಯ ಗ್ರಾಮವನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಹೊಸ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಭಾಗವಾಗುವ ಹೊಸದಾದ ಸರ್ವೆ ನಂಬರುಗಳು ಅದರ (4) ನೇ ಕಾಲಂನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಇವೆ:

North: Boundary of Dasappanahalli village	South: Boundaries of Madhenahalli & Sanabanahalli villages

The survey numbers and areas remaining in the Thalekoppa village specified in column (2) shall be assigned new survey numbers in the said village specified in column (4).

ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: ಕಂಇ 1058 ಕಂಗ್ರಾರ 2017, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ದಿನಾಂಕ: 30-05-2019.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೂಕಂದಾಯ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1964 ರ (1964 ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 12) 6 ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಗತ್ಯಪಡಿಸಲಾದಂತೆ ತುಮಕೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಗುಬ್ಬಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ತಾಳೇಕೊಪ್ಪ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸರಹದ್ದುಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾರ್ಪಡಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಹನುಮೇಹಟ್ಟಿ ಎಂಬ ಕಂದಾಯ ಗ್ರಾಮವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವ ಕುರಿತು ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಆರ್‌ಡಿ 1058 ಕಂಗ್ರಾರ 2017 ದಿನಾಂಕ: 22-01-2018 ರ ಮೂಲಕ ಕರಡು ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಅದರಿಂದ ಬಾಧಿತರಾಗಬಹುದಾದ ಎಲ್ಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಂದ ಅದನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಮೂವತ್ತು ದಿನಗಳ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಸಲಹೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 01-03-2018 ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿರುವುದರಿಂದ;

ಮತ್ತು ಸದರಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 30-06-2018 ರಂದು ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಯಾವುದೇ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆ / ಸಲಹೆಗಳು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ವೀಕೃತವಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಅನುಸೂಚಿ-1

ತುಮಕೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಗುಬ್ಬಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ತಾಳೇಕೊಪ್ಪ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸರಹದ್ದಿನಿಂದ ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಕೋಷ್ಟಕದ (2) ನೇ ಕಾಲಂನಲ್ಲಿ ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ (3) ನೇ ಕಾಲಂನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಸರ್ವೆ ನಂಬರುಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣದ ಜಮೀನುಗಳನ್ನು ಬೇರ್ಪಡಿಸಿ ತುಮಕೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಗುಬ್ಬಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಹನುಮೇಹಟ್ಟಿ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರಿನ ಹೊಸ ಕಂದಾಯ ಗ್ರಾಮವನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಹೊಸ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಭಾಗವಾಗುವ ಹೊಸದಾದ ಸರ್ವೆ ನಂಬರುಗಳು ಅದರ (4) ನೇ ಕಾಲಂನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಇವೆ:

ತುಮಕೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಗುಬ್ಬಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಹನುಮೇಹಟ್ಟಿ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರಿನ ಹೊಸ ಕಂದಾಯ ಗ್ರಾಮವನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸದರಿ ಹೊಸ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಚೆಕ್ಕುಬಂದಿ ವಿವರಗಳು ಕೆಳಗಿನಂತಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು, ಎಂದರೆ:-

ಪ ೂರ್ವಕ್ಕೆ: ತಾಳೇಕೊಪ್ಪ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಗಡಿ	ಪಶ್ಚಿಮಕ್ಕೆ: ಮಠ ಮತ್ತು ಹೂವಿನಕಟ್ಟೆ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳ ಗಡಿ
ಉತ್ತರಕ್ಕೆ: ದಾಸಪ್ಪನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಗಡಿ	ದಕ್ಷಿಣಕ್ಕೆ: ಮಾಧೇನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಣಬನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳ ಗಡಿ

Whereas the draft of the Notification No RD 628 KAMGRARA 2017, Dated : 22-09-2017 regarding altering the limits of Lingammanahalli village of Gubbi Taluk and Tumakuru District and constituting a new revenue village called Lingammanahallipalya was published as required by section 6 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 (Karnataka act No.12 of 1964) in the Karanataka Gazette No. 1754 Part IV-A dated : 02-11-2017 inviting objections or suggestions from all the persons likely to be affected thereby within thirty days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

And Whereas, the said Gazette was made available to the public on 24-02-2018 and Whereas no objections and suggestions are received.

1964) the Governm ent of Karnataka hereby makes the following notification, namely:-

SCHEDULE-I

Land bearing survey numbers specified in column (2) of the table below and areas specified in column (3) thereof shall be excluded from the limits of said village of Gubbi Taluk and Tumakuru District to form a new revenue village called as Lingammanahallipalya of Gubbi Taluk and Tumakuru District. The new survey numbers which will form part of this new village are as specified in column (4) thereof.

ತುಮಕೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಗುಬ್ಬಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಲಿಂಗಮ್ಮನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸರಹದ್ದಿನಿಂದ ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಕೋಷ್ಟಕದ (2) ನೇ ಕಾಲಂನಲ್ಲಿ ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ (3) ನೇ ಕಾಲಂನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಸರ್ವೆ ನಂಬರುಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣದ ಜಮೀನುಗಳನ್ನು ಬೇರ್ಪಡಿಸಿ ತುಮಕೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಗುಬ್ಬಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಲಿಂಗಮ್ಮನಹಳ್ಳಿಪಾಳ್ಯ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರಿನ ಹೊಸ ಕಂದಾಯ ಗ್ರಾಮವನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಹೊಸ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಭಾಗವಾಗುವ ಹೊಸದಾದ ಸರ್ವೆ ನಂಬರುಗಳು ಅದರ (4) ನೇ ಕಾಲಂನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಇವೆ:

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೂಕಂದಾಯ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1964 ರ (1964 ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 12) 6 ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಗತ್ಯಪಡಿಸಲಾದಂತೆ ತುಮಕೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಗುಬ್ಬಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಕಟ್ಟಿಗೇನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸರಹದ್ದುಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾರ್ಪಡಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ತೋಟಸಾಗರ ಎಂಬ ಕಂದಾಯ ಗ್ರಾಮವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವ ಕುರಿತು ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಆರ್‌ಡಿ 925 ಕಂಗ್ರಾರ 2017 ದಿನಾಂಕ: 22-12-2017 ರ ಮೂಲಕ ಕರಡು ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಬಾಧಿತರಾಗಬಹುದಾದ ಎಲ್ಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಂದ ಅದನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಮೂವತ್ತು ದಿನಗಳ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಸಲಹೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 25-01-2018 ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿರುವುದರಿಂದ;

ಮತ್ತು ಸದರಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 23-05-2018 ರಂದು ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಯಾವುದೇ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆ / ಸಲಹೆಗಳು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ವೀಕೃತವಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಅನುಸೂಚಿ-1

ತುಮಕೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಗುಬ್ಬಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಕಟ್ಟಿಗೇನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸರಹದ್ದಿನಿಂದ ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಕೋಷ್ಟಕದ (2) ನೇ ಕಾಲಂನಲ್ಲಿ ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ (3) ನೇ ಕಾಲಂನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಸರ್ವೆ ನಂಬರುಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣದ ಜಮೀನುಗಳನ್ನು ಬೇರ್ಪಡಿಸಿ ತುಮಕೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಗುಬ್ಬಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ತೋಟಸಾಗರ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರಿನ ಹೊಸ ಕಂದಾಯ ಗ್ರಾಮವನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಹೊಸ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಭಾಗವಾಗುವ ಹೊಸದಾದ ಸರ್ವೆ ನಂಬರುಗಳು ಅದರ (4) ನೇ ಕಾಲಂನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಇವೆ:

ಕ್ರ.ಸಂ.	ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಬೇರ್ಪಡಿಸುವ ಕಟ್ಟಿಗೇನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಹಳೆಯ ಸರ್ವೆ ನಂಬರುಗಳು	ತ ೂೕಟಸಾಗರ ಎಂಬ ಹೊಸ ಕಂದಾಯ ೆ ಗ್ರಾಮಕ್ಕೆ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಲಾಗುವ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣ		ತೋಟಸಾಗರ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರಿನ ಹೊಸ ಕಂದಾಯ ಗ್ರಾಮಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆಗೊಳ್ಳುವ ಕಾಲಂ(2) ರಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದ ಸರ್ವೆ ನಂಬರುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾದ ಹೊಸ ಸರ್ವೆ ನಂಬರುಗಳು

Whereas the draft of the Notification No RD 851 KAMGRARA 2017, Dated : 08-12-2017 regarding altering the limits of Malekallahalli village of Gubbi Taluk and Tumakuru District and constituting a new revenue villages called Gangapattana and Mallenahalli was published as required by section 6 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 (Karnataka Act No.12 of 1964) in the Karanataka Gazette No. 2354 Part IV-A dated : 11-01-2018 inviting objections or suggestions from all the persons likely to be affected thereby within thirty days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

And Whereas, the said Gazette was made available to the public on 23-05-2018 and Whereas no objections and suggestions are received.

SCHEDULE-I

Land bearing survey numbers specified in column (2) of the table below and areas specified in column (3) thereof shall be excluded from the limits of said village of Gubbi Taluk and Tumakuru District to form a new revenue village called as Gangapattana of Gubbi Taluk and Tumakuru District. The new survey numbers which will form part of this new village are as specified in column (4) thereof.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೂಕಂದಾಯ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1964 ರ (1964 ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 12) 6 ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಗತ್ಯಪಡಿಸಲಾದಂತೆ ತುಮಕೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಗುಬ್ಬಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಮಳೆಕಲ್ಲಹಳ್ಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸರಹದ್ದುಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾರ್ಪಡಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಗಂಗಪಟ್ಟಣ ಮತ್ತು ಮಲ್ಲೇನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಎಂಬ ಕಂದಾಯ ಗ್ರಾಮವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವ ಕುರಿತು ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಆರ್‌ಡಿ 851 ಕಂಗ್ರಾರ 2017 ದಿನಾಂಕ: 08-12-2017 ರ ಮೂಲಕ ಕರಡು ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಅದರಿಂದ ಬಾಧಿತರಾಗಬಹುದಾದ ಎಲ್ಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಂದ ಅದನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಮೂವತ್ತು ದಿನಗಳ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಸಲಹೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 11-01-2018 ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿರುವುದರಿಂದ;

ತುಮಕೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಗುಬ್ಬಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಮಳೆಕಲ್ಲಹಳ್ಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸರಹದ್ದಿನಿಂದ ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಕೋಷ್ಟಕದ (2) ನೇ ಕಾಲಂನಲ್ಲಿ ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ (3) ನೇ ಕಾಲಂನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಸರ್ವೆ ನಂಬರುಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣದ ಜಮೀನುಗಳನ್ನು ಬೇರ್ಪಡಿಸಿ ತುಮಕೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಗುಬ್ಬಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಗಂಗಪಟ್ಟಣ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರಿನ ಹೊಸ ಕಂದಾಯ ಗ್ರಾಮವನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಹೊಸ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಭಾಗವಾಗುವ ಹೊಸದಾದ ಸರ್ವೆ ನಂಬರುಗಳು ಅದರ (4) ನೇ ಕಾಲಂನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಇವೆ:

ಮಲ್ಲೇನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಎಂಬ ಹೊಸ ಕಂದಾಯ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಚೆಕ್ಕುಬಂದಿ ವಿವರ.

Whereas the draft of the Notification No RD 853 KAMGRARA 2017, Dated : 08-12-2017 regarding altering the limits of Halegubbi village of Gubbi Taluk and Tumakuru District and constituting a new revenue village called Kodithota was published as required by section 6 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 (Karnataka act No.12 of 1964) in the Karanataka Gazette No. 2357 Part IV-A dated : 11-01-2018 inviting objections or suggestions from all the persons likely to be affected thereby within thirty days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

And Whereas, the said Gazette was made available to the public on 23-05-2018 and Whereas no objections and suggestions are received.

SCHEDULE-I

Land bearing survey numbers specified in column (2) of the table below and areas specified in column (3) thereof shall be excluded from the limits of said village of Gubbi Taluk and Tumakuru District to form a new revenue village called as Kodithota of Gubbi Taluk and Tumakuru District. The new survey numbers which will form part of this new village are as specified in column (4) thereof.

Whereas the draft of the Notification No RD 635 KAMGRARA 2017, Dated : 22-09-2017 regarding altering the limits of Kattigenahalli village of Gubbi Taluk and Tumakuru District and constituting a new Revenue village called Kattigenahalli Gollarahatti was published as required by section 6 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 (Karnataka Act No.12 of 1964) in the Karnataka Gazette No.1756 Part IV-A dated : 02-11-2017 inviting objections or suggestions from all the persons likely to be affected thereby within thirty days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

And Whereas, the said Gazette was made available to the public on 24-02-2018 and Where as, no objections and suggestions are received.

Land bearing survey numbers specified in column (2) of the table below and areas specified in column (3) thereof shall be excluded from the limits of said village of Gubbi Taluk and Tumakuru District to form a new revenue village called as Kattigenahalli Gollarahatti of Gubbi Taluk and Tumakuru District. The new survey numbers which will form part of this new village are as specified in column (4) thereof.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೂಕಂದಾಯ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1964 ರ (1964 ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 12) 6 ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಗತ್ಯಪಡಿಸಲಾದಂತೆ ತುಮಕೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಗುಬ್ಬಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಕಟ್ಟಿಗೇನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸರಹದ್ದುಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾರ್ಪಡಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿಗೇನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಗೊಲ್ಲರಹಟ್ಟಿ ಎಂಬ ಕಂದಾಯ ಗ್ರಾಮವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವ ಕುರಿತು ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಆರ್‌ಡಿ 635 ಕಂಗ್ರಾರ 2017 ದಿನಾಂಕ: 22-09-2017 ರ ಮೂಲಕ ಕರಡು ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಅದರಿಂದ ಬಾಧಿತರಾಗಬಹುದಾದ ಎಲ್ಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಂದ ಅದನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಮೂವತ್ತು ದಿನಗಳ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಸಲಹೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 02-11-2017 ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿರುವುದರಿಂದ;

ಮತ್ತು ಸದರಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 24-02-2018 ರಂದು ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಯಾವುದೇ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆ/ಸಲಹೆಗಳು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ವೀಕೃತವಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

No. RD 1057 KAMGRARA 2017, BENGALURU, DATE: 30-05-2019.

Whereas the draft of the Notification No RD 1057 KAMGRARA 2017, Dated : 22-01-2018 regarding altering the limits of Ungra village of Gubbi Taluk and Tumakuru District and constituting a new revenue village called Gaddehalli was published as required by section 6 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 (Karnataka Act No.12 of 1964) in the Karanataka Gazette No. 169 Part IV-A೩೫೩೨ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ ೧೯, ೨೦೧೯ ಭಾಗ ೪ಎ dated : 01-03-2018 inviting objections or suggestions from all the persons likely to be affected thereby within thirty days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

And Whereas, the said Gazette was made available to the public on 30-06-2018 and Whereas no objections and suggestions are received.

SCHEDULE-I

Land bearing survey numbers specified in column (2) of the table below and areas specified in column (3) thereof shall be excluded from the limits of said village of Gubbi Taluk and Tumakuru District to form a new revenue village called as Gaddehalli of Gubbi Taluk and Tumakuru District. The new survey numbers which will form part of this new village are as specified in column (4) thereof.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೂಕಂದಾಯ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1964 ರ (1964 ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 12) 6 ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಗತ್ಯಪಡಿಸಲಾದಂತೆ ತುಮಕೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಗುಬ್ಬಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಉಂಗ್ರ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸರಹದ್ದುಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾರ್ಪಡಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಗದ್ದೆಹಳ್ಳಿ ಎಂಬ ಕಂದಾಯ ಗ್ರಾಮವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವ ಕುರಿತು ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಆರ್‌ಡಿ 1057 ಕಂಗ್ರಾರ 2017, ದಿನಾಂಕ: 22-01-2018 ರ ಮೂಲಕ ಕರಡು ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಅದರಿಂದ ಬಾಧಿತರಾಗಬಹುದಾದ ಎಲ್ಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಂದ ಅದನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಮೂವತ್ತು ದಿನಗಳ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಸಲಹೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 01-03-2018 ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿರುವುದರಿಂದ;

ತುಮಕೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಗುಬ್ಬಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಉಂಗ್ರ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸರಹದ್ದಿನಿಂದ ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಕೋಷ್ಟಕದ (2) ನೇ ಕಾಲಂನಲ್ಲಿ ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ (3) ನೇ ಕಾಲಂನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಸರ್ವೆ ನಂಬರುಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣದ ಜಮೀನುಗಳನ್ನು ಬೇರ್ಪಡಿಸಿ ತುಮಕೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಗುಬ್ಬಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಗದ್ದೆಹಳ್ಳಿ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರಿನ ಹೊಸ ಕಂದಾಯ ಗ್ರಾಮವನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಹೊಸ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಭಾಗವಾಗುವ ಹೊಸದಾದ ಸರ್ವೆ ನಂಬರುಗಳು ಅದರ (4) ನೇ ಕಾಲಂನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಇವೆ:
