SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Water Purification System with its Accessories (3 Nos .) for the use of Government Analyst's Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram , Regional Analytical Laboratory , Ernakulam and Kozhikode for supply of the above places .
The tender should be superscribed Tender No. 3 /2007-08 /GAL for the purchase of Water Puri- fication System with its Accessories and addressed to the Chief Government Analyst , Government Analyst's Laboratory , Thiruvananthapuram - 37 . So as to reach the Chief Government Analyst on or before 4 p . m . on 29-6-2007 . Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opend at 11 a. m . on 30-6-2007 the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives wł o may be present at that time .
Intending tenderers may sent an application to the Chief Government Analyst for obtaining the requisite tender forms on which the tenders should be submitted . Application for tender forms should be accompanied by cash remittance or money order of Rs . 788 ( Including VAT) which is the price fixed for tender forms . This is not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p . m . on 28-6-2007 . Cheques , Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . The tender forms will not be sent by V.P.P. Duplicate forms , if required will be issued at Rs . 450 per copy .
തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെൻറ് ലബോറട്ടറിയിലേയും എറണാകുളം , എന്നീ റീജിയണൽ അനലിറ്റിക്കൽ ലേയും ആവശ്യത്തിനായി അതാത് നൽകത്തക്കവിധം വാട്ടർ കോഴിക്കോട ലബോറട്ടറികളി സ്ഥ‌ലങ്ങളിൽ പ്യൂരിഫിക്കേഷൻ സിസ്ററവും അതിനോടനുബന്ധിച്ചുളള ഉപകരണ ങ്ങൾക്കുംവേണ്ടി മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊളളുന്നു . ദർഘാസുകളിൽ ടെണ്ടർ നമ്പർ 3 / 2007-08 / ജി . എ . എൽ . എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി ചീഫ് ഗവൺമെൻറ് അനലിസ്ററ് , ഗവൺമെൻറ് അനലിസ്ററ് ലബോറട്ടറി , തിരുവനന്തപുരം - 37 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 29-6-2007 പകൽ 4 മണിക്കോ അതിനുമുൻപോ നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് . സ്വീകാര്യമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ നൽകിയവരുടെയോ അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയവരു സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ 30-6-2007 പകൽ 11 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .
ദർഘാസ് ഫാറം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ അസ്‌സലിന് 788 രൂപയും കോപ്പി കൂടി ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ കോപ്പി ഒന്നിന് 450 രൂപയും മണിയോർഡറായോ നേരിട്ടോ ഗവൺമെൻറ് അനലിസ്ററ അടച്ച് ലബോറട്ടറി , തിരുവനന്തപുരം - 37 - ന് രേഖാമൂലം അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില അടച്ചുകഴിഞ്ഞാൽ മടക്കി കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല . ദർഘാസ് വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് നിർത്തിവയ്ക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഡ്രാഫ്ററായോ പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡറായോ സ്വീകരി ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിൽപ്പന 28-6-2007 ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില ചെക്കുകളായോ ക്കുന്നതല്ല . കൂടാതെ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം വി.പി.പി. ആയി നൽകുന്നതല്ല .
