Sealed tenders saperscribing the name of works are invited from Lorry Owners for the Transportation ofVarious Seeds , Coconut Seed nuts , Cattle manure, Planting materials produced in Farms , Plant Protection Chemicals , Plant Protection Equipaments , Agricultural Implements , Seeds , other necessary things to various Krishi Bhavans , SC/ST Colonies, Farms, approved nurseries etc. , during 2007-08 subject to the following terms and conditions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The rate of hire charges quoted should be for one kilometer for transporting the materials.
2. Hire charges will be paid only for the actual distance run by the vehicles with the materials lifted from various stations to the place of delivery.
The minimum quantity of materials to be transported in each trip will be as follows:- 3

(h) Rooted pepper cuttings-2500 Cover 4. The transportation should be arranged in such away as to deliver the items loaded in cach trip to officer which are adjacent to each other and preferably all Krishi Bhavang under one Asst. Director of Agriculture should be covered in a single load.
5. The rate quoted will be applicable for the financial year 2007-03 (from 1-1-2007to 31-3-2008). Claims for its enhancement will notbe allowed at any account .
6. Tender in the prescribed form should reach this office in sealed covers superscribing "Tender for hiring of lorries ", before 7-6-2007 at 1 " p. m.
7. The tenders will be opened at 3 p . m . on 7-6-2007 in the presence of those renderers who are present at that time . The rate offered by the lowest tenderer will be tentatively accepted subject to the approval by the competent authorities .
8. The teader forms can be had from this office upto 5 p . m. on 6-6-2007 at the following rate.
Original-Rs . 400+ VAT. Duplicate Rs . 200+ VAT.
9. The tender should be accompanied by a D. D. for Rs . 2,500 as EMD in favour of che Principal Agricultural Officer , Kollam drawable at SET Civil Station Branch, Kollam.
10. The tenderer in whose name the rate is confirmed will be responsible for transporting theplanting materials in various destinations as per the directions of the Principal Agricultural Officer , Kollam any damage or shortage to materials . without 11 . If any loss quantitative/ qualitative of the article is sustained in transit, the cost of the same will be released from the Lorry Owner.
12. The tenderer should see that planting materials reach the destination by the shortest distance and time. If the planting materials are damaged due to the delay in transport, the loss thus sustained to the department will be made good from the tenderer.
An agreement in stamp paper worth Rs. 50 to the effect that the transportation work will be carried out satisfactorily in accor- dance with the directions from the Principal Agricultural Officer should be executed by the tenderer. 13.
The power of accepting or rejecting the tender without citing any reason will be vested with the Principal Agricultural Officer, Kollam . 14.
No waiting charges willbe allowed for the vehicles. 15.
16. In case the last date fixed for receipt of the tender happens to be a holiday due to any reason, the tender will be received on the next working day at the stipulated time and opened on the same day.
17. More details if required canbe had trom the Principal Agricultural Officer, Stationed at theCivil Station, Kollam.
18. All the rules and regulations pertaining to other tender notifications are applicable in this case also.

1. സാധനങ്ങളോടുകൂടി ലോറി ഒരു കിലോമീറാർ ഓടുന്നതിനുള്ള നിരക്ക് കാണിച്ചിരിക്കണം...
2. കൊല്ലം ജില്ലയിലുള്ള വിവിധ ഫാമുകളിൽ നിന്നും മറ്റ് നിർദ്‌ദേശിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന സ്ഥല ങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും സാധനങ്ങളോടുകൂടി സഞ്ചരിച്ച് വിവിധ സ്ഥലങ്ങളിൽ ഇറക്കുന്നതുവരെയുള ദൂരത്തിന് മാത്രമേ വാടക നൽകുകയുള്ളും 3. ഒരു ലോറിയിൽ ഒരു സമയം കയറേണ്ട സാധനങ്ങ ളുടെ കുറഞ്ഞ അളവ് താഴെ ചേർക്കുന്നു:

4. 20400 ലോഡിലും കയറ്റുന്ന സാധനങ്ങൾ , (പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ കൃഷി ആഫീസറുടെ നിർദേശ പ്രകാരം അടുത്തടുത്ത് സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്ന കൃഷിഭവനുകളിൽ ഇറക്കുവാൻ കൃഷി അസിസ്‌റാൻറ " പാടുളളു. ഒരു ഡയറക്‌ടറുടെടെ അധീനതയിൽ വരുന്ന എല്ലാ കൃഷി ഭവനുകളിലേക്കുമുള്ള സാധനങ്ങൾ ഒരു ലോഡിൽത്തന്നെ കയറേണ്ടതാണ്.
5. അംഗീകരിച്ച വാടക നിരക്കിന് 2007-08 സാമ്പ ത്തികവർഷം മുഴുവൻ അതായത് 1-4-2007 മുതൽ 31-3-2008 വരെ (പ്രാബല്യമുണ്ടായി രിക്കും. ഒരിക്കൽ അംഗീകരിച്ച നിരക്ക് യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും വർദ്‌ധിപ്പി ക്കുന്നതല്ല.
6 . ടെണ്ടറുകൾ നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ഫാറത്തിൽ മുദ്രവച്ച കവറിൽ അടക്കം ചെയ്ത്പുറത്ത് വാടകയ്ക്ക് കൊടുക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള എന്ന് എഴുതി 7-6-2007 പകൽ ഒരു อาไอ ด മുൻപായി കൊല്ലം പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ കൃഷി ആഫീസിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കണം .
7. ടെണ്ടറുകൾ 7-5-2007 വൈകുന്നോം 3 മണിയ്ക്ക് അപ്പോൾ ഹാജരുള്ള ടെണ്ടറുകൾ നൽകിയവരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതും ഏററവും കുറഞ്ഞ നിരക്ക് കാണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ആളിൻറ ടെണ്ടർ മേലധികാരികളുടെ അംഗീകാരത്തിന് വിധേയമായി അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നതുമാണ്.
8. ടെണ്ടർ ഫാറങ്ങൾ ഈ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും 6-6-2007 പകൽ 5 മണി വരെ താഴെ പറയുന്ന നിരക്കിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് .

11. വിവിധ കേന്ദ്രത്തിൽനിന്നും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന തൈകളും മററു സാധനങ്ങളും കൂടാതെ എത്തിച്ചുകൊടുക്കുവാൻ ടെണ്ടറു കാരൻ ബാദ്ധ്യസ്‌ഥനാണ് . കുറവുവരികയോ കടുസംഭാദിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്താൽ അതിൻറ വില ടെണ്ടറുകാരനിൽനിന്നും ഈടാക്കു ന്നതാണ് .
12. ഈ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും അറിയിക്കുന്ന സമയ പരിധിയ്ക്കുള്ളിൽത്തന്നെ നടീൽവസ്തുക്കൾ എത്തിക്കേണ്ട സ്ഥലത്ത് എത്തിച്ചിരിക്കണം . നഴ്‌സറികളിൽ നിന്നും പിഴുതെടുക്കുന്ന എത്തിക്കുന്നതിലുണ്ടാകുന കാലതാമസംമൂലം ഉണങ്ങിനശിച്ച് സർക്കാരിന് നഷ്ടമുണ്ടായാൽ അപ്രകാരമുണ്ടാകുന്ന നഷ്ടം ടിയാനിൽനിന്നും ഈടാക്കുന്നതാണ് .
13. കരാറുകാരൻ ഈ ജോലി തൃപ്തികരമായും നിർദ്ദേശാനുസരണവും നടത്തിക്കൊളളാമെന്ന് സമ്മതപത്രം 50 രൂപ മുപ്പിതത്തിൽ എഴുതി തരേണ്ടതാണ് .
14. യാതൊരു കാരണവും കൂടാതെ ടെണ്ടറുകൾ നിരാകരിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അധികാരം കൊല്ലം (പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ കൃഷി ആഫീസർക്ക് ഉണ്ടായിരി ക്കുന്നതാണ് .
15. സാധനങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്ന ലോറിക്ക് വെയിറ്റിംഗ് ചാർജ് അനുവദിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
16. ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ടെണ്ടറുകൾ സ്വീക രിക്കുന്നതിന്മിന് നിശ്ചചയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന 5 അവസാന തീയതി ആഫീസ് അവധിയായി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുന്നപക്ഷം തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം അതേസമയം സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ് .
