Sealed tenders are invited for supplying and installing the following machinary and equipments for fruit processing unit at Orange and Vegetable Farm, Nelliampathy . The tender should be super- scribed "Tender for the supply and installation of machinary and equipments for fruit processing unit at Orange and Vegetable Farm, Nelliampathy" and addressed to Assistant EExecutive Engineer (Agri . ), Malampuzha . Last date of receipt of tender is at 3 p.m. on 13-6-2007 , Late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened at 3.30 p . m. on 13-6-2007 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives present at that time.

Tender forms can be obtained from Assistant ExecutiveEngineer (Agri. ) , Malampuzha on payment ofRs . 700+ S.T . in cash , Cost of tender form is not refundable. The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender form will be closed at 1 p.m. on 13-6-2007 A Preliminary agreement in the form given intender form is to be executed inKerala stamp paper ofvalue Rs . 50. An earnest money deposit at one percent of the cost of items tendered shall accompany with the tender. Further details if required can behad from the office of the undersigned during working hours .

നെല്ലിയാമ്പതി ഓറഞ്ച് ആൻറ് വെജിററബിൾ ഫാമിലെ പഴസംസ്‌കരണ ശാലയിലേക്ക് പറയുന്ന സാമഗ്രികൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്ത് ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്ന തിനുവേണ്ടി മുദ്രവച്ച ടെണ്ടറുകൾ കേരള ഗവർണ്ണർക്കു അസിസ്ററൻറ" എക്‌സി വേണ്ടി മലമ്പുഴ ക്യൂട്ടീവ് എൻജിനീയർ (കൃഷി ) ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറങ്ങൾ ഈ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും എല്ലാ പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ വൈകുന്നേരം 5 മണിവരെ രേഖാമൂലമായ അ യിൻമേൽ വില സ്വീകരിച്ച" നൽകുന്നതാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില 700 രൂപ + വിൽപ്പന നികുതി പുറമെ , 13-6-2007 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് | മണിക്ക് ടെണ്ടർഫാറം വിൽപ്പന അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. ഫാറത്തിന്റെ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല . ടെണ്ടർ മുഴുവനായോ ഭാഗികമായോ യാതൊരു കാരണവും കാണിക്കാതെ തിരസ്‌കരിക്ക അസിസ്ററൻറ് ന്നതിനോ റദ്ദാക്കുന്നതിനോ എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ ( കൃഷി ) അധികാര മുണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ് .

ഓരോ ടെണ്ടറിനോടൊപ്പം മൊത്തം ടെണ്ടർ തുകയുടെ 1 % -ത്തിൽ കുറയാത്ത സംഖ്യയ്ക്കുള്ള നിരതദ്രവ്യം 50 രൂപ മുഖവിലയുള്ള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടിയും ടെണ്ടറിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 13-6-2007 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിവരെ , യഥാസമയം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ടെണ്ടറുകൾ 13-6-2007 വൈകുന്നേരം 3.53.30.000 സന്നിഹിതരായിട്ടുളള ടെണ്ടർകാരുടെയോ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള വ്യകതിയുടെയോ സാന്നി ദ‌ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും , അന്നേദിവസം ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ അവധിയായാൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത ദിവസം ടെണ്ടറുകൾ സുതുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . ടെണ്ടറുകൾ നൽകുന്ന കവറിനുപുറത്ത് ടെണ്ടറിന്റെ നമ്പരും പേരും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതാണ് . ഈ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ഉത്തരവ് കട്ടി നിശ്ത ദിവസത്തിനകം സാധനങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്ത് ഉറപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .

கேத സർക്കാരിൻറ സ്‌റേറാർ"റേറാർ പർച്ചേസ് നിയമങ്ങളെല്ലാം ഈ ടെണ്ടറിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും .

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Rates quoted should be for supplying and fixing the machineries and equipments at "Orange and Vegetable Farm", Nelliampathy.

2. The rates should be inclusive of all taxes , ceses etc. which are or may become payable the supplier under existing or future laws or rules of the country of origins or supply during the course of execution of content .

6. Since machineries and equipments are for establishing a single fruit processing unit and most of them are related and other , tenders quoted all items will be preferred.

7. Clearly stated the ISI Certification for machinery and equipment if any, and copies of such certificate shouldbe attached .

8. The tenders should furnished detailed speci- fication of item quoted and leaflets showing the constructional features and performance at 9. The tenders should furnish documentary evidence of his reputation in the field of supplying and fixing machineries and equip- ments for supplics executedby him during the last two years or no with addresses of parties to when supply effected.

10. The successful tenders should guarantee for the satisfactory performance of machinery and equipments for a period of 2 years .

11. The tenders should have adequate after sale service for prompt repair and servicing of equipment/machinery supplied . Their arran- gement also should be sanctioned to give after sale service .

12. The EMD of 1% of the total cost of articles tendered be furnished along with each tender The EMD furnished along with cach tender shall be in formrm given below.

(b) Treasury Savings

(d) Fixed deposits with Nationalized/ Scheduled bank in the name of Assistant Executive Engineer (Agri.) Malampuzha or in the name of depo sitor with due endorsment their in to Assistant Executive Engineer (Agri.) Malampuzha will also be accepted provided the period is not less than six months.

tlic 14. The Assistant Executive Engineer (Agri.1 , Malampuzha reserves the right to cancel contract at every time during the time of contract without giving notice or assigning reasons .

15. Payment up to 50 % can be made after satisfactory supplying the machinery and equipment. Final payment will be made after installation and commissioning of the machinery and equipment . In case of unavoidable belated payment no calim from the supplier for any interestinterest will be enter- tained by the department.

16. Supply and installation shouldbe completed within 2 months of receipt of firm supply order.
