The tenders for pre - qualification and execution of the following work is invited from financially sound and well experienced registered " A" Class Contractors /Firms of Kerala Public Works Depart ment / Irrigation who have successfully completed at least one similar work costing more than 40% (Forty percentage ) of the estimate PAC of work during the last five years . The application for tender schedule should supported by certificate of prior experience in work as mentioned above obtained from agreement authority and tender schedule will be issued only to those who satisfy this condition . Tenders should be submitted so as to reach the undersigned on or before the date and time prescribed for the work as belowby Registered Post/ Speed Post . The receipt in Form T. R. 5 towards the purchase of tender schedule should be enclosed along the tender documents .

കേരള ഗവർണ്ണർക്കുവേണ്ടി നിരത്തുകളും പാലങ്ങളും, ദക്ഷിണമേഖല , തിരുവനന്തപുരം സൂപ്രണ്ടിം ഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ ചുവടെ ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്ന പ്രവൃത്തിക്ക് പരിചയസമ്പന്നരും സാമ്പത്തികശേഷിയുള്ളവരും ഈ പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ 40 % -ൽ കുറയാത്ത തുകയ്ക്കുളള ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു പണി (ഒറാപ്പണി ) കഴിഞ്ഞ അഞ്ചുവർഷത്തിനകം ചെയ്തുതീർത്തിട്ടുളള വരുമായ കരാറുകാർ , എന്നിവരിൽ സമാനമായ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ നിന്നും മുൻയോഗ്യതാ നിർണ്ണയത്തിനും പ്രവൃത്തി ഏറെറടുത്ത് നടത്തുന്നതിനുമുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ പ്രത്യേകം മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകളിൽ രജി‌സ്ട്രേഡ് തപാൽ സ്‌‌പീഡ" പോസ്റാ മുഖാന്തിരം കൊള്ളുന്നു. ടെണ്ടർ പ്രമാണം വാങ്ങുമ്പോൾ ലഭിക്കുന്ന 1 മീററർ വ്യാസമുളള പൈൽ ഫാറം ടി . ആർ , 5 പ്രകാരമുള്ള രസീത് ടെൻഡറ നോടൊപ്പം ഉൾക്കൊള്ളിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .

ദർഘാസ് ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥൻ ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ 4,000 രൂപയും മൂല്യ വർദ്‌ധിത നികുതിയും അടച്ച് അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം മുൻപരിചയം സംബന്‌ധിച്ച എഗ്രിമെൻറ് അധികാരികളുടെ സർട്ടിഫിക്കററുകൂടി ഹാജരാക്കിയാൽ മാത്രമേ ദർഘാസ് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുകയുള്ളു .
