Those in the Main List who fail to produce the required Non Greamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of community reservation and willbe considered as open competition candidates . The Register Numbers of candidates , who are liable to produce Non -Creamy Layer Certificates and included in the Supplementary Lists of Backward Classes, and who fail to produceproduce the Non- Greamy Layer Certificates shall be deleted from the Short List without further notice.
The date, time and place of interview will be intimated in due course .

I (Special Recruitment from among SC/ST) Category No. 131/2005) on Rs . 4000-6090 (PR) in the Kerala Public Service Commission/Government Secretariat/Advocate General's Office (Ernakulam) Fund Audit Department Office of the Vigilance Tribunal (Thiruvananthapuram) and Enquiry Commissioner and Special Judges (Thrissur and Thiravananthapuram) notified in the Gazette dated 31 10-2005 arranged in the order ofmerit. The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 30-12-2006 . The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or tilf the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, ifapplicable , against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendeney of the list .
