The last date fixed for the receipt of tender No. 91/06-07/MCTCR dated, 22-3-2007 for the supply of One C -arm Image Intensifier for the Department ofRadiotherapy , Medical College , Thrissur is extended upto 26-6-2007 ar lla . m . The tender will be opened at 3 p.m. on the same day. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 4 p.m. on 25-6-2007 . Cost of tender form is Rs . 1,125 and cost of duplicate copy is Rs . 565. Money Order will be accepted only upto 21-6-2007 . Rs . 50 should be sent additionally if needed by post . All other conditions remain unchanged.

തൃശ്‌ശൂർ മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജിലെ റേഡിയോ തെറപ്പി ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെൻറിലേക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ ഒരു സി . ആം ഇമേജ് ഇൻറൻസിഫയർ സപ്ലൈ ചെയ്യുന്നതി നായി 22-3-2007 - ൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ 91 /06-07/ 1സി ടി സി ആർ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന ธา มาน 26-6-2007 രാവിലെ 11 മണിയിലേക്ക് ദീർഘിപ്പിച്ചതായി ഇതിനാൽ അറിയിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു . ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേദിവസം ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ സാന്നി ഓ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് 25-6-2007 , 4 മണി വരെ മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽനിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻെറ വില 1,125 രൂപ , ഡ്യൂപ്പപ്പിക്കേററ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില 565 രൂപ, ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനുള്ള മണിയോർഡറുകൾ 21-6-2007 ഉച്ചതിരിഞ്ഞ് 4 മണി വരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം തപാലിൽ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ 50 രൂപ ചേർത്ത് അയയ്‌ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . മാറു നിബന്ധനകൾക്ക് മാറ്റമില്ല .
