In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 9 and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 ( Central Act 53 , of 1952) read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 ofthe Notaries Rules, 1956, the Government of Kerala hereby re -appoint Sri T. Sasidharan Unnithan, Advocate, Chithranjali , 7th Mile , Kadampanad South (P.O. ) , Poruvazhy, Kollam District as a Notary for a further period of five vears with effect from 17-4-2007 in the area comprising Kunnathoor Taluk in the Revenue District of Kollam with Register No. 3/99/KLM .

Prabhasankar , Advocate, 15/81, Court Road , Sulthanpet , Palakkad -678 001 as a notary for a further period of five years with effect from 20-1-2007 and his area of practice is extended to the entire Revenue District of Palakkad w. c. f. 2-3-2007 and upto 19-1-2012 with Register No. 11 /97 /PLKD .
