The tender should be superscribed with tender number and name of the item , each in separate sealed cover addressed to the Director, Ground Water Department, Jalavijnana Bhavan, Ambalamukku, Kowdiar P.O. , Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala State , Pin- 695 003. Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders willbe opened on 3-7-2007 at 3 p. m. in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. Sale of tender forms will start with effect from 13-6-2007 at 11 a . m. and willbe closed at 12 Noon on 3-7-2007 . The tenders should reach the undersigned on or before 2 p . m. on 3-7-2007.

Intending tenderers may give application to the Director , Ground Water Department, Jalavijnana Bhavan, Ambalamukku , Thiruvananthapuram , Kerala State , Pin-695 003 to obtain the requisite tender forms . Application for the tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance/Money Order in favour oftheDirector,Ground Water Department , Ambalamukku, Kowdiar P.O. , Thiruvananthapuram- 695 003 at the price fixed for a tender form/ set of forms and it is not refundable under any circumstances . Cheques/ Drafts or Postal orders will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . No tender forms will be sent by V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms , if required will be issued on payment . An Earnest Money Deposit of 1 % of the total value has to be submitted along with the tender offer.

An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 (Rupees Fifty only) should be submitted with cach tenderer form. Stamp paper will be supplied outside Kerala with tender form on payment of Rs . 75 (Rs. 50 for stamp paper and Rs . 25 for postal and incidental charges ) which may be remitted by money order along with the cost of tender forms .

AllGovernment rules prevailing will be applicable to the tender. Due to any reason if the tender opening day is declared as a holiday, the tenders will be opened on the next working day . The Director is empowered to cancel tender without assigning reasons there of.

ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിന്റെ വില ഒരാക്കമായോ മണിയോർഡറായോ ( തിരിച്ചു നൽകുന്നതല്ല ) അടച്ച് ഒറിജിനൽ നിർമ്മാതാക്കൾ / അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത ഏജൻറുമാർ വിതരണക്കാർ എന്ന് തെളിയിക്കുന്ന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് സഹിതം ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടാൽ ഡയറക്ടർ , ഭൂജല വകുപ്പ്, അമ്പലംമുക്ക് , തിരുവനന്തപുരം -3 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ കാര്യാ ലയത്തിൽനിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് , ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല . പൂരിപ്പിച്ച അസ്‌സൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ ഓരോ വകകൾക്കും പ്രത്യേകം പ്രത്യേകം കവറുകളിൽ മുദ്രണം ചെയ്ത് ഓരോ കവറിലും ദർഘാസ് നമ്പരും ഏത* വകകൾക്ക് ഉള്ളതാണെന്നും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി ഡയറക്‌ടർ , ഭൂജല വകുപ്പ് , അമ്പലംമുക്ക് . കവടിയാർ പി . ഒ . , തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്നഎന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 3-7-2007 - ന് ഉച്ചതിരിഞ്ഞ് 2 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി എത്തി ക്കേണ്ടതാകുന്നു. താമസിച്ചുകിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുക‌ൾ 3-7-2007 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് സന്നിഹിതരായ ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകത പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറന്നു പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതാണ് .

ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 13-6-2007 - ന് രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് തുടങ്ങി 3-7-2007 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ഓരോ ദർഘാസിനൊടൊപ്പം 50 രൂപയുടെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഒരു പ്രാഥമിക എഗ്രിമെൻറ് സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ള കമ്പനികളിലേക്ക് മുദ്രപ്പത്രം നൽകുന്നതിന് 75 രൂപ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻറ വിലയോടൊപ്പം നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് . മണിഓർഡറായി ഇതിൽ പോസ്‌റൽ ചാർ‌ജ്ജിനാണ് . ചെക്കുകൾ , പോപോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡറുകൾ , ബാങ്ക് ഡ്രാഫ്ററുകൾ 25 രൂപ മുതലായവ അയയ്ക്കു ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിൻറെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ വി , പി. പി .പി. ആയി ന്നതല്ല . നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി അടങ്കൽ തുകയുടെ 1 % ദർഘാസിൻറെ കൂടെ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവുംകൂടാതെ റദ്ദുമാക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അധികാരം ഡയറക്‌ടറിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ് . ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന ദിവസം അവധിയായി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കപ്പെട്ടാൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം ടെണ്ടർ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും .

The Government of India has received a credit from the International Development Association and a Loan 4749 - IN from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development in various currencies towards the cost of Hydrology Project-II and it is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for which this Invitation for Bids is issued .

2. The Director, Ground Water Department for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala now invites separate sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of.

In the event of the date specified for bid receipt and opening being declared as a closed holiday for purchaser's office, the due date for submission ofbids and opening of bids will be the following working day at the appointed times.
