Sealed competitive tenders are invited from the Companies registered in the Government for the supplying of one Number of Total Station Equip- ment (Leica Swiss make) in the Kerala Highway Research Institute . Application for tender form with copy of Dealership Certificate should be submitted to the Chief Engineer (Operations ) , DRIQ Board, PWD , Thiruvananthapuram and the Tender Schedule can be obtained directly from the Chief Engineer's Office at Rs . 700+ S . T. Tender forms will not be issued through post . Sale of tender forms will be started on 2-7-2007 and closed on 17-7-2007 at 1 p . m. The tender forms are transferable and the cost of the tender form is not refundable. not EMD equivalent to 2.5 % (Two and half perce- ntage) of the quoted amount in the form of Demand Draft taken in the name of the Chief Engineer (Operations) , DRIQ Board, P. W. D. , Thiruvana- nthapuram-695 033 payable at Thiruvananthapuram should be submitted along with the tenders. A preliminary agreement in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 shouldbe signed and submitted alongwith the tender. Form of preliminary agree- ment is also issued along with the tender form. Filled up tenders willbe received till 4 p . m. on 17-7-2007. Tenders willbe opened in the presence of the tenderers present at 4.30 p . m . on the same day.
