In exeraise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 5 of the Notaries Act , 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub- rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules , 1956, the Government of Kerala heroby re-appoint Sri M. S. Bhavadas , Advocate, Rose land, Puthur, Palakkad as a Notary for a further period of five years with effect from 26-2-2007 in the area comprising in the Revenue District of Palakkad with Register No. 2/99/PLKD .
