The following is the list of successful candidates in the Eligibility Test held by the Kerala Public Service Commission on 12-2-2005 for UD Typist/ Confidential Assistant of AIT & ST Department (Category No. 192/2002) for recruitment by transfer as Sales Tax Inspector/Assistant Sales Tax Officer/ Agricultural Income Tax Inspector / Check Post Inspector /Intelligenc Inspector/Junior Superintendent in the Agricultural Income Tax and Sales Tax Department in which they are employed in the prescribed ratio according to their seniority inthepost.
The name are arranged in the order of the Register Number allotted to them for the Eligibility Test and the arrangement does not , in any way indicate the respective rank of the candidates on the hasis of the Eligibility Test. This list is published on 21-10-2005 .
According to the existing procedure , re - valuation of answer scripts is not allowed . But answer scripts will be re - cheaked to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistake in the totalling of marks to the various answers if the prescribed fee of Rs . 10 (Rupees Ten only) is remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State by chalan under the Head of Account "0051 -PSC- 105- State PSC-99 -Examination Fee" . The application for re-checking together with the original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee should be produced with the applications for rechecking. Such applications addressedessed to the Deputy keretury (Exams) -I, Office of the Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom P. The fee once remitted will not be refunded. In the case of candidates who send applications for re-checking within the prescribed time limit enclosing the chalan receipts as stated above , the marks awarded by the examiner for the several questions will be rechecked and if it is found that the examiner has omitted to award marks to a question or a sub- division of a question, the paper will be got re-checked and discrepancies, rectified by the examiner . The candidates who have secured 35 (Eighty five) marks and above are included in the Main List of this Short List . The cut off marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates included in the Supplementary Lists.
Note:-( 1 ) Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is purely provisional , subject to absolute scrutiny of applications . Inclusion in the Short List does not confer any right on the candidates to be called for interview and subsequent inclusion in the Ranked List.

(3) Candidates included in the Short List are directed to send self attested copies of documents to prove their claims made inthe application i . e. , Qualification , Date ofBirth, Community and other benefits , if any. they are entitled to District Officer , Kerala Public Service Commission , Idukki , within 15 days from the date of publication of this notification. The Register Numbers of those candidates who do not produce required documentscuments within the prescribed time limit and whose applications are found otherwise defective will be deleted from the Short List without further notice . the
The candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes included in the Short List are required to produce Non Creamy Layer Certificates as per G. O. (P) No. 36/ 2000/SC/ ST /DD dated 27-5-2000 shall produce the same at the time of interview. Those in thethe Main List who fail to produce the required Non Greamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of community and willbe considered as open competition candidates . The Register Numbers of candidates , who are liable to produce Non -Creamy Layer Certificates and included in the Supplementary Lists of Backward Classes, and who fail to produce the Non -Creamy Layer Certificates shall be deleted from the Short List without further notice.
The date, time and place of interview will be intimated in due course.

Application for rechecking received from candidates whose scripts have been invalidated will not be considered, Candidates whose Register Numbers are not included in the Short List are advised to refer Notification No. ERVIIA2931 /05 /EW dated 21-10-2005 for the Register Numbers of invali- dated answer scripts and the reasons thereof.
The fee once remitted will not be refunded .
In the case of candidates who send applications for re- checking within the prescribed time limit enclosing chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded for all the questions will be re-checked and the discrepancies if any, willbe rectified. The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the Objective Type Test ( OMR ) held on 31-7-2004 and Physical Efficiency Test conducted by the Kerala Public Service Commission for selection to the Police Constable, (KAP III) post of Armed on Women Police Battalion Rs. 3050-5230 in the Police Departmem arranged in the order of merit . The Ranked List is brought into forceforce with effect from 10-6-2005. The ranked list shali cease to be in force after one year from the date of finalisation of the Ranked List or after one month from the date of commence- ment of training in respect of the last batch advised from the Ranked List within a period of one year from the date of finalisation of the Ranked List whichever is later.
Candidates from the list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time if applicable against vacancies reported to the Commission during the of the list. As the advice for appointment depends pendency on the occurrence of vacancies, there is nо guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment . Entries are based on the Communities specifiedby the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents . The following are the Register Numbers of candidates who are found provisionally eligible to be called for interview for selection to the post of Mechanic(Electrical ) on Rs . 2750-4625 in the Health Services Department in Ernakulam District(Category No. 131/2004) onthe basis ofthe OMR Test held on 16-4-2005.
3. Candidates whose Register numbers are included in the Short List are directed to send self attested copies of documents to prove their claims made in the application i.e. , qualification, date of birth, commu- nityand other benefits, if any to which they are entitled, to the District Officer , Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Ernakulam within 15(fifteen) days from the date of publi- cation of this notification . The register numbers of those candidates who do not produce the required documents within the prescribed time limit and whose applications are found otherwise defective will be deleted from the Short List without further notice .
The Register Numbers are arranged in their sequence and the arrangement does not in any way indicate their respective rank on the basis of the Test.
Alphabet 'E' shall be prefixed to all Register numbers to indicate Ernakulam District.

Accordingto the existing procedure , revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed . But answer scripts will be rechecked if the prescribed fee of Rs . 10 (Rupees ten only) is remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State by chalan under the Head of Account 0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee". The original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee should be produced with the application for application rechecking. Candidates whose Register Numbers are included in the Short List will be allowed a period of one month's time to apply for rechecking with effect from the date of publication of either the Short List or the Ranked List. The candidates can avail only one chance either after the publication of the Short List or after the publication of Ranked List . But candidates whose Register Numbers are not included in the short list should submit the application for rechecking within one month from the date of publication of the Short List . They are not entitled to a chance for re - checking after the publication of the ranked list .
