KANNUR DISTRICT UNDER SECTION 13 OF THE KERALA SURVEY AND BOUNDARIES Aστ, 1961
NOTIFICATION
UNDER SECTION 6 OF THE KERALA SURVEY ANDBOUNDARIES ACT , 1961 1. It is hereby notified under section 13 of the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Act , 1961 ( Act 37 of 1961) that the survey of the undermentioned areas are now completed.

2. Unless the survey hereby notified in modified by a decree of a Civil Court under the provisions of section 14 of the said Act, the records of the survey shall be conclusive proof that the boundaries determined and recorded therein have been correctly determined and recorded .
Whereas the Government have directed the survey of lands comprised in survey numbers noted below it ishereby notified under sub - section ( 1 ) of section 6 of the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Act , 1961 , that survey operation will be started in the Village soon and the survey numbers of the Village noted belowwillbe demarcated and surveyed and that every persons claiming to be interested in the registered lands situated within or adjoining the Undermentioned lands are hereby invited to attend immediately either in person or by agent on the Surveyor employed in the locality and also from time to time when called upon for the purpose of pointing out the boundaries and supplying information in connection therewith.
Under sub- section (2) of section 6 of the said Act, this notification shall be held to be a valid notice to every person having any interest inthe undermentioned lands.
Under sub -section ( 3 ) of section 6 of the above saidAct, all the registered holders are hereby required:-
(a) to clear within 15 daysby cutting down or removing any trees,rees , jungle, fences , standing crops or other material obstru. ction, the boundaries or other lines the clearance ofwhich maybe necessary for the purpose of survey ; and
(b) to provide labour at such time and for such periods as may from time to time he required by furnishing flag holders and chainmen;and
(c) to provide suitable survey marks and otherwise to give such assistance in the survey as may be demanded under the said Act or the Rules made thereunder.
If any person fails to comply with these requisi- tions under clauses ( a) to ( c) mentioned above , the work will be got done by employing hired labour and the cost thereof will be recovered from the defaulters as provided in the Act and Rules made thereunder.

No. A.408/2007 KSTP LAC 1/07 . Whereas the Government of Kerala have in notification No. G. O. (Ms.) 16/87 dated 16-1-1987 appointed the Special Tahsildar , Land Acquisition, Kasaragod to perform the functions of a Collector under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 ( Central Act 1 of 1894);
And whereas it appearsto the Government of Kerala that the land specifiedspeci in the schedule below is needed or is likely to be needed for a public purpose, to wit for Kerala State Transport Project for the formation of Kasaragod-Kanhangad State Highway,
