AUCTION - CUM-TENDER NOTICES

The sealed tenders will be opened after the auction sale and the highest bid amount ofthe auction sale/sealed tender will be accepted for the sale of the Water Tender KEV- 2838 in normal cases . But the undersigned will have full power to cancel the auction and the sealed tender even without recording any particular reason.
attached A Water Tender KEV 2838 to Fire and Rescue Station , Kundara will be sold in auction on 7-9-2007 at 11.00 hours at the premises of Fire and Rescue Station , Kundara by the Divisional Officer , Fire and Rescue Services , Southern Division , Thiruvananthapuram under the following conditions:
The highest bidder on whose favour , the auction is knocked down or sealed tender is accepted should remit 25% of the bid amount on the spot and the balance amount plus admissible Sales Tax ( VAT) within 15 days on receipt of confirmation orders .
The intending bidders should deposit an Barnest MonMoncyofofRs. 1,000 (Rupees One thousand only) before the commencement of the auction . The Earnest Money of the highest bidder will be adjusted to the bid amount and that of the others willbe refunded on the spot .
If the highest bidder fails to follow the above conditions , auction - cam-scaled tenders will be arranged again and 25% of the bid amount and Earnest Money Deposit will be forfeited to Government Account from the highest bidder . Any loss as a result of such re- auction - cum -sealed tender to department, will also be realised from the defaulted bidder under Revenue Recovery Act in force.
Those who wish to participate in the auction sale/submit sealed tenders can inspect the vehicle at Fire and Rescue Station, Kundara during office hours on any working days with the permission of the Station Officer , Fire and Rescue Station, Kundara ,
Sealed tenders are also invited along with auction sale. Sealed tenders should be accompanied with DemandDraft for Rs . 1,000 ( Rupees One thousand only) drawn in favour of Divisional Officer , Fire and Rescue Services , Southern Division, Thiruvanantha puram- 1 payable at State Bank of Travancore, Vellayambalam Branch , Thiruvananthapuram and the same will be accepted up to 12.00 hours on 6-9-2007. The top of the cover containing the sealed tenders should be superscribed as " Sealed tender for the purchase ofof WaterWater Tender KEV 2838 " . Those who have submitted sealed tenders can also participate in the auction sale, But it is not compulsory to participate in the auction sale for those who have already submitted sealed tender .

An industrial Water Tender KCT 7693 attached toFire and Rescue Station , Alappuzha will be sold in auction on 27-9-2007 at 11 hours at the premises of Fire and Rescue Station, Alappuzha by the Divisional Officer , Fire and Rescue Services , Southern Division , Thiruvananthapuram under the following conditions:
The intending bidders should deposit an Earnest Money of Rs . 1,000 ( Rupees One Thousand only) before the commencement of the auction. The carnest money of the highest bidder will be adjusted to the bid amount and that of the others will be refunded on the spot.
ലേലാത്താടൊപ്പം മുദ്ര പതിച്ച രടഞ്ഞുകളും ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു . മുദ്രപത്തിച്ച ടെണ്ടറുകൾ 6-9-2007 , 12 മണിവരെ നേരിട്ടോ തപാൽ വഴിയോ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ് . 12 മണിക്കുശേഷം തപാലിൽ വരുന്ന ടെണ്ടറുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . മുദ്രപതിപ്പിച്ച റൗണ്ടറുകൾ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളുന്ന കവകവറിന്റെ പുറത്ത് ഫയർ ആൻറ് വാട്ടർ ട സ്ക്യൂ സർവ്വീസസ് വകുപ്പുവക കെ. ഇ.പി. 2838 വാങ്ങുന്നതിനുള്ള ടെണ്ടർ" എഴുതിയിരിക്കണം . ആഫീസർ , ഫയർ ആൻറ" മാസ സതേൺ ഡിവിഷൻ, ഗവൺമെൻറ ഹൗസിംഗ " ഡിവിഷണൽ സർവ്വീസസ് , ബോർഡ് 2.5 ° , ചെങ്കൽചൂള , തിരുവനന്തപുരം -1 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കു ണ്ടതാണ് . പരസ്യലേലത്തിനുശേഷം ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുളള ടെണ്ടറുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതും ലേലത്തിൽ விதிை จะตายกาวรี ലഭിച്ച തുകയോ ഏതാണ് കൂടുതൽ എന്ന്തൽ എന്ന് പരിശോധിച്ചശേഷം ആ തുകയ്ക്ക് താൽക്കാലികമായി ക്കുന്നതുമാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ നൽകിയവർക്കും ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാവുന്നതാണ് . ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നവർ ടെണ്ടർ നൽകിയിരിക്കണമെന്ന നിർബന്ധമില്ല."

ലേലം/ദർഘാസ നിബന്ധനകൾ ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തിക്കിട്ടുന്നയാൾ ലേ ലംഘിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ടിയാൻ അടച്ച തുക സർക്കാരിൽ മുതൽ കൂട്ടുന്നതും വാഹനം പുനർലേലം ചെയ്യുന്നതു മായിരിക്കും . പുനർലേലത്തിൽ എന്തെങ്കിലും നഷ്ടം സംഭവിച്ചാൽ ആയത് മുൻ ലേലക്കാരനിൽ നിന്നു. ഈദം ക്കുന്നതും കൂടുതലായി കിട്ടുന്ന തുകയ്ക്ക് മുൻലേല കാർന് അവകാശമില്ലാത്തതുമാണ് . നിരതദ്രവ്യമില്ലാത്ത ടെണ്ടറുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ലേലം /ടെണ്ടർ നൽകു വാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ വൈകുന്നേരം 5 മണി വരെ ഫയർ ആൻറ് ഓസ്ക സ്റോഷനിലെ സ്‌റോഷൻ ആഫീസറുടെ അനുവാദത്തോടെ വാഹനം പരിശോധിക്കാവുന്നതാണ് . എന്നാൽ കാരണമൊന്നും കാണിക്കാതെ ലേലം ഭാഗികമായോ നിർത്തിവയ്ക്കുന്നതിന് ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന് അധികാരം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കും .

ഏറ്റവും കൂടിയകൂടിയ തുകയ്ക്ക് ലേലം വിളിക്കുന്ന ആളിന്റെ /ടെണ്ടർ നൽകുന്ന ആളിന്റെ പേരിൽ ലേലം താൽക്കാലികമായി ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്നതും ടിയാൻ ഉടൻ തന്നെ ലേലത്തുകയുടെ 25 % അദയ്ക്കേണ്ടതും ബാക്കി തുകയും വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയും ലേലം സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തി ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിച്ച് 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടത മാണ് . ലേലം ടെണ്ടർ സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നയാളിൻറ ഒഴികെയുള്ളവരുടെ നിരതദ്രവ്യം ലേലം കഴിഞ്ഞാലുടൻ മടക്കിക്കൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ് .
ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ലേലം/ദർഘാസ" സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തിക്കിട്ടുന്നയാൾ ലേല നിബന്ധനകൾ ലംഘിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ടിയാൻ അടച്ച തുക സർക്കാരിൽ മുതൽ കൂട്ടുന്നതും വാഹനം പുനർലേലം ചെയ്യുന്നതും ആയിരിക്കും , പുനർലേലത്തിൽ എന്തെങ്കിലും നഷ്ടം മുൻലേലക്കാരനിൽനിന്നും ഈടാക്കുന്നതും കൂടുതലായി കിട്ടുന്ന തുകയ തുകയ്ക്ക് മുൻലേലക്കാരൻ" അവകാശമില്ലാത്ത തു മാ ണ് . നിരതദ്രവ്യമില്ലാത്ത ടെണ്ടറുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ലേലം / ടെണ്ടർ നൽകുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ വൈകുന്നേ 5 മണി വരെ ആലപ്പുഴ ഫയർ ആൻറ് റെസ സ്‌റേഷനിലെ സ്‌റോഷൻ ആഫീസറുടെ അനുവാദ ത്തോടെ വാഹനം പരിശോധിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്' . എന്നാൽ കാരണമൊന്നും കാണിക്കാതെ ലേലം ഭാഗികമായോ പൂർണ്ണമായോ നിർത്തിവയ്ക്കുന്നതിന് താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരി ക്കുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന് അധികാരം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കും.
