Sealed competitive tenders superscribing the name of the works are invited by the undersigned for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala from the 'C' Class and above for PWD registered contractors for the following works.

of the Tender forms and other conditionstions be obtained from the office of the undersigned on application and on payment of the cost of the tender forms either in cash or money order (not refunda- ble) upto 1 p.m. on 11-7-2007 scaled tenders shouldbe submitted before 3 p . m on the samsame day and this willbe opened by the undersigned , or his depute on the same day at 3.30 pm. in the presence of the tenderers attending at that time . In case due to some reasons, the proposed tenders of any work is materializing on the scheduled dite i.e, 11-7-2007 such tender will be accepted and opened at the same time as mentioned above on 18-7-2007. not If the due date happens to be holiday, the tender forms will be received on the next working day at the same time.
The tender forms are not transferable . The EMD noted against the works shouldbe paid along with the tender forms by Demand Draft (cheques will not be acceptable) in favour of the undersigned payable at any Nationalized Bank at Mannarkkad. Incomplete tender or tenders without EMD are liable to be rejected. The undersigned resume the right to reject any tender without assigning any reason and change the estimate amount marginally thereof. All the conditions prevailing in the Kerala PublicWorks Department are applicable to this tender also .
മണ്ണാർക്കാട് ഡിവിഷനിൽ താഴെപട്ടികയിൽ വിവരി ക്കുന്ന പ്രവൃത്തികൾക്ക പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിലെ வேவணி അംഗീകൃത കരാറുകാരിൽനിന്നും മൽസര സ്വഭാവമുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു . 11-7-2007-m ഉച്ചയക്ക് 1 മണി വരെ സഘാസുകൾ ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്‌റാം ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് .
ഓരോ പ്രവൃത്തികൾക്കും പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ പേര് ആലേഖനം ചെയ്‌ത മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകളിൽ പ്രത്യേകം ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ 22 3 ภา വരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേ ദിവസം ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3.30 -ന് ഹാജരുളള കരാറുകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ മണ്ണാർക്കാട് ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്ററ് ഓഫീസറോ അദ്ദേഹം അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ‌ഥനോ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . ടെണ്ടർ നടത്തുന്ന പൊതു അവധിയായി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ

പ്രവൃത്തി ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറങ്ങൾ 5-7-2007 മുതൽ ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ അന്വേഷിച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കു ന്നതാണ് .
