Karicode CVCIS Ltd. No. 343 ( U /L) was ordered for Liquidation vide order read as I paper above and the liquidator took charge of the affairs of the Society on 23-5-1994. The claim Notice was published in the Kerala Gazette dated 14-2-1995 . No claim are seen preffered in response to the notification . Statutory audit completed. The audit of the accounts of thethe society during the Liquidation period has been conducted by Project Officer (Goir), Kollam from 24-5-1994 to 18-10-2006 .

Liquidator of the society has reported that all the realisable assets have been realized and the entire Government dues have been cleared and balance interest of Rs . 6439. 64 have been waived as per G.O. (Rt. ) No. 333/03 / 1D dated 28-3-2003 read as 2nd above.

The proposal of the LIC II , Kollam to write off the assets amountingto Rs. 7441.69to forfeit the liabilities amounting to Rs . 12,035.35 and set off Assets against liabilities amounting to Rs . 602.92, in respect of the society received under reference 3rd cited and recommended by the Project Officer (Coir) , Kollam vide reference 4th cited have been accepted as per Section 73 (2) (j ) of the KGS Act 1969 under reference read as 5th above .

The final General Body meeting under Rule 1969 (9) of the KCS Act & Rule 1969 was conducted on 18-10-2004 at Project Office (C) , Kollam . None Balance outstanding of working capital loan was Rs. 11750.79 (Principal ) and Rs. 5431.33 (Interest) Total Rs . 17182.12.
As per G.O. (Rt .) No. 467/ 88 /ID dated 14-4-1988, the following liabilities against the members of the society has beenhas been written off.

Int . of WCL Rs. 5431.33 of the members attended the meeting even though vide publicity have been issued in this regard. Hence it is decided vide resolution No. 1 dated 5-11-2004 of the Liquidator to close the Admission register and to recommend to the Director of Coir Development for the cancelletion of registration of the society . A surplus fund of Rs . 695.17 has been donated to Necravil QVOS Ltd. No. 158 ( U/L ) for clearing Goverment dues as per order read as 8th paper above .

Rs. 18,379.47 The Project Officer (C) , Kollam vide reference as 10th cited has recommended the proposal of the Liquidator of the society for the final winding up and to cancel the registration number of the Karikode CVCS Ltd. No. 343 (U/L) under reference 9th cited.
ORDER
The claim notice was published in the Kerala Gazette on 6th May 2003 and no claim is seen filedby any one before liquidator . No fixed assests has seen in the ownership of the society. The furniture sold in public auction on 24-5-1975by observing all the formalities and collected Rs . 394 and ST . ofRs . 15.62 .
Central Share
Collected the share amount ofRs. 987 deposited in the central society.
Write off sanctions for the advance due by Rs. 16,927,70 has been issued by DCD , Thiruvanan- thapuram vide Order No. CS6/4605 /91 dated 22-6-2003.
In the circumstances stated above, the proposal of the Liquidation Inspector (C) , Kollam (Liquidator of the society) for final winding up of Karikode CVOS Ltd. No. 343 (U/ L) duly reco- mmended by the Project Officer ( C) , Kollam is hereby accepted and I do here by order that , the affairs of the society is finally wound up and its registration cancelled under Section 74 of the KCS Act of 1969. The LIC II, Kollam (Liquidator of the society) will keep the records and register of the society under safe custody in the office of the Liquidator for a period of 3 years from the date of this order and after the expiry of the period . he may destroy the records with prior permission of the Director of Coir Development .
No claim is seen filed by creditors before liqui- dation till date and about 3 years have been elapsed since Liquidaton of the Society . The members were less interested the affairs of the society and the last General Body Meeting has been conducted on 18-12-2002 and decided to recommended for cance llation of registration of the society.

In the circumstances stated above the proposal of the Liquidation Inspector ( Coir) , North Parur for final winding up of Cherai CVCS Ltd. No. 761 (under certificate) duly recommended by the Project Officer ( Coir), North Parur is hereby accepted and Ido hereby order that the affairs of the society is finally wound up and its registration is cancelled under section 74 of KCS Act 1969. The Liquidation inspector of the society will keep the records anda registers of the society under safe custody in the Offic of the Liquidator for a period of 3 years from the date ofthis order and after the expiry of the period, he may destroy the records with prior written permission ofthe undersi undersigned.

(Sd.) Directorof Cois Development As per reference read Ist above the Cherai CVCS Ltd. No. 761 was ordered for liquidation and the first liquidator took charge on the affairs of the society on 27-3-1972 . The claim notice was published in the Gazette on 6th May 2003 .

OF THEKERALA KHADI AND VILLAGE INDUSTRIES BOARD THIR UVANANTHAPURAM The audit of the society his completed upto 27-3-1972 ile as on the date of ist liquidator taken charge . An amount of Rs . 1197.32 was pending as audit fees .

The society has availed aworkingworking capital loan of Rs. 15,000 1Rupees fifteen thousand only) from Government and repaid only Rs . 1218 in principal anti Rs . 1127.50 towards interest (Total Rupees 2345.50 only).
The Chorodu Panchayath Clay Workers Indus- trial Co -operative Seciety Ltd. No. KVIND (D) 12 is defunct for a few years . The said Seciety made default in repayment of Board loan to the tune of Rs . 5,93,454 with interest and penal interest, which comes to a huge amount . Apart from this the society made default in the payment of EPF amount also . In the circumstances , the Project Officer as per the letter read above recommended for the liquidation of the Society . Hence the following orders are issued with immediate effect .
ORDER

In exercise of the powers conferred on me under Suh section ( 1) of Section 72 of the Kerala Co- operative Societies , Act and Rules 1969, I do here by appoint Sri T. Syamkuinar , Senior Co- operative Inspector, District Khadi and Village Industries Office, Kozhikode as liquidator to the Chorodu Panchayath Clay Workers Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd. No. KVIND
The liquidator should complete the liquidation process and clear the liabilities of the society with in one month . He should take action on a war foot basis to complete the liquidation process with in the stipulated period of time.
