Whereas the Managing Partner, Edamon Sreelekshmi Cashew Company has deposited with this Courtrt a sum of Rs . 2,00,000 (Rupees Two lakhs only) as compensation for distributed to the dependants ofthe deceased Smt . Vasum thi who met with a fatal accident while employed under the Cashew Company and whereas it is reported that 1. Sri Sadanandan (Husband) Arupathpurayil, Pappannur, Edamon P. O.

are his only dependents as defined under Section 2 ( 1 ) (d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act any others claiming to be such dependants should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claims in writing before me and prove the same . If no such claims are received within the prescribed time limit the entire amount of compensation willwill be disbursed to the persons mentioned above . Claims preferred thereafter will notbe considered .
ഇടമൺ ശ്രീലക്ഷ്‌മി കാഷ കമ്പനിയിൽ ജോലി നോക്കിവരവെ അപകടമുണ്ടായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീമതി വസുമതിയുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് വർക്ക്മെൻസ് കോമ്പൻ സേഷൻ നൽകുന്നതിനായി 2,00,000 രൂപ ( രണ്ട് ലക്ഷം രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടി വച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു . അന്വേഷണം നടത്തിയതിൽ ടിയാളുടെ ആശ്രിതരായി 1. ശ്രീ , സദാനന്ദൻ ( ഭർത്താവ്) അറുപത്തുപുരയിൽ, പാപ്പന്നൂർ , ഇടമൺ പി.ഒ.
2. ശ്രീമതി മീനാക്ഷി ( മാതാവ്)
3. ശ്രീമതി സജിത (അവിവാഹിത മകൾ) $1 4. മാസ്ററർ സഞ്ജുമോൻ ( മൈനർ മകൻ) ടി എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളുവെന്ന് റിപ്പോർട്ട് ലഭിച്ചിരി ക്കുന്നു. ടിയാളുടെ ആശ്രിതരായി ആശ്രിതർ എന്ന് മേൽ വിവരിച്ച നിർവ്വചനത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നവരായി ആ രങ്കി ലു മുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടു ത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഈ ആഫീസിൽ രേഖാമൂലം ഫാജരായി അവകാശം തെളിയി ക്കേണ്ടതും അവധികഴിഞ്ഞുള്ള ഹർജികൾ പരിഗണിക്ക പ്പെടുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുരാകുന്നു.

N. Radhakrishnan who met with a fatal accident while employed under the Controlling Inspector in K.S.R. T.C. and whereas it is reported that
