Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Bread to the Hospitals attached to Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2007-08.
Approximate quantity of Bread required for the year 2007-08 (up to 31-7-2008)-25425Kg.
Tenders should be superscribed "Supply of Bread" addressed to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram . The last date of the receipt of tenders will be at 3 p. m . on 31-7-2007. The late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p.m. on 31-7-2007 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College , Thiruvananthapuram obtain tender forms in which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender should be accompanied by cash remittance of Rs . 440 (including tax) which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances . The tender form is not transferable . Sale of tender forms willbe closed at 1 p.m. on 31-7-2007. Cheques, Postal Order etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms. Those who wish to purchase tender forms by post shall send an additional amount of Rs . 50 by Money Order to cover postal charges . Duplicate tender form if required willwill bebe issuedissued at Rs . 220 per copy.
Intending tenderers should deposit an amount of 1% of the total cost quoted rate as Earnest Money Deposit by Demand Draft in favour of the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvanantha- puram together with an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50. The rate quoted shall remain firm for acceptance till 31-7-2008 . The Principal , Government Ayurveda College , Thiruvanantha- puram will have powers accept or reject any tenders without assigning any reason. to

2007-08 വർഷത്തേക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ ബ്രഡ് വിതരണം ചെയ്യാൻ തയ്യാറുള്ളവരിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ഒർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .
2007-08 " "-25425 Kg . (Approximate) വരുന്ന ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻെറ വില :
440 ഡ്യൂഡിക്കേററ് -220 രൂപ .
ദർഘാസുകൾ തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെപൊളിൻ മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ പ്രത്യേകം കവറിലാക്കി സിൽ ഭയം 31-7-2007 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3 മണിവരെ സമർപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ് . അന്നു mam ഉച്ചയ'ക്കുശേഷം 3.30 - ന് ദർഘാസുകൾ നിയമാനുസരണം തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . യാരത്താരു കാരണവശാലും ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു. ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 31-7-2007 1مروع മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്ന താണ് . ഫാറങ്ങൾ തപാൽമാർഗ്ഗം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിൻറെ വിലയേക്കാൾ 50 രൂപ കൂടുതൽ മണിയോർഡറായി അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാകുന്നു. ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന വില നിരക്കുകൾ 31-7-2008 വരെ അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നതിൽ മാറാം വരുത്താൻ പാടില്ലാത്ത താകുന്നു.
പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം സാധന ങ്ങളുടെ മൊത്തം വിലയുടെ 1 % (ഒരു ശതമാനം ) നിരത ദ്രവ്യത്തിന് തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ வேலினு എടുത്ത ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റും 50 രൂപയുടെ കേരള സംസ്ഥാന മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഒരു എഗ്രിമെഹറും ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ട താണ് . ഏതൊരു ടെണ്ടറും കാണിക്കാത നിരസിക്കാനോ മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കാനോ ഉള്ള അധിക തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും . 0106117

and Each renders should be superscribed addressed to the Principal , Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram separately. Th last date of the receipt of tenders will be at 3p . m. on 1-8-2007. The late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at3.30 p . m . on 1-8-2007 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .

The rate quoted shall remain firm for acceptance till 31-7-2008.
The Principal , Government Ayurveda College , Thiruvananthapuram will have powers to accept or rejectany tendersby tenders without assigning any reason.
തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ കോളേജിനോട് അനുബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള ഫാർമസിയിൽ 2007-08 വർഷ താളിലേക്ക് 31-7-2008 വരെ ചുവടെ കാണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന സാധനങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യാൻ തയ്യാറുളളവരിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .

ഓരോ ദർഘാസുകളും തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൻറ വിലാസത്തിൽ പ്രത്യേകം കവറിലാക്കി സീൽ ചെയ്ത" 1-8-2007 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3 മണിവരെ സമർപ്പിക്കാവുന്ന താണ് . അന്നുതന്നെ ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 3.30 -ന് ദർഘാസുകൾ നിയമാനുസരണം തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ദർഘാസ് 20000300 കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 1-8-2007 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ് , ഫോറങ്ങൾ തപാൽ മാർഗ്ഗം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിൻറെ വിലയേക്കാൾ 50 രൂപ കൂടുതൽ മണിയോർഡറായി അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാ കുന്നു . അങ്ങാടി മരുന്നുകളുടെ വിലയെന്ന് ഉദ്ദേശി ക്കുന്നത് ഡയറക്‌ടറേറ്റ് ഓഫ് എക്കണോമിക്‌സ് ആൻറ് സ്ററററിസ്ററിക്സ് 2007-08 വർഷത്തി ലേക്ക് കണക്കാക്കി നൽകുന്ന വിലയായിരിക്കും . ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന നിരക്കുകൾ 31-7-2008 അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നതിൽ മാറ്റം വരുത്താൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു .
പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ഒർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം സാധന ങ്ങളുടെ മൊത്തം വിലയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം നിരതദ്രവ്യ ത്തിന് തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ പേരിൽ എടുത്ത ഡ്രാഫ്റ് 50 രൂപയുടെ കേരള സംസ്ഥാന മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ദാഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഒരു എഗ്രിമെൻറും സോൾവൻസി സർട്ടിഫിക്കററും ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ടെറും കാരണം കാണിക്കാതെ ഏതൊരു നിരസിക്കാനോ മാററിവയ്ക്കാനോ ഉള്ള അധികാരം തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തത മായിരിക്കും .
