Tender forms can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on payment of its costby cash/money order from 1-6-2007 . An amount of Rs . 50 is to be paid extra for tender form by post. Earnest money deposit of 1% of the total cost will have to be produced in the form of Demand Draft taken in favour of the Director of Insurance Medical Services along with the filled tender form.

( 11) Hypoxic Guard: It is to ensure that O at common gas outlet should not fall below 19 %. The Hypoxic guard should shutt off NO proportionately and ensure a continuous minimum flow of Oxygen of 250 ml of O , to the patient . That is even if fresh gas flow is reduced to I litre minimum flow of 250 ml this should be Oxygen.
