Itis hereby notified for the information of the public that the produces as per the schedule below, collected by Final Thinning in 1962 , 1963 , 1964, 1965 Teak Plantations , Ayiranalloor this Division will be sold in tions , Ayiranalloor in Anchal Range of public tender/ auction at the site at the time and place mentioned in the schedule by the Divisional Forest Officer , Punalur or any other officer duly authorised by him subject to the conditions published in Kerala Gazette No. 50 dated 19-12-2006 Page Nos . 432 to 437 by the Chief Conservator of Forests (P ) vide Letter No. Pro . ( 5 ) 5427/06 dated 18-11-2006 .
In case the date of auction happens tobe a holiday, the sale willbe conducted in the next working day at the time and place mentioned in the notification . If the tender /auction could not be conducted on the notified date due to any other reason or if all the produce put for the tender/ auction could not be sold on the above notified date, the same shallbe conducted on 27-7-2007 at the same time and place mentioned in the notification . In addition to the above , the produce delivered at the dumping depots tili the date of tenderjanction will also be included in the auction. More details can be had either from Range Office , Anchal or the office of the undersigned during working hours or in the Kerala Forest Website www.keralaforest . Org .
Tender form canbe had from the office of the undersigned till 1 p.m. on the day before the auction date on payment of Rs . 100+ VAT . The last date and time of receipt of tender is at 3 p.m. on the day before the auction date .

( 5 ) 5427 / 06 -ാം നമ്പരിൽ 19-12-2006. ഗസറ്റ് നമ്പർ 50.ലെ 432 മുതൽ 437 വരെ പേജുകളിൽ വിവരിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസ് /ലേല വ്യവസ്ഥകൾക്ക വിധേയമായി പുനലൂർ ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്ററ് ഓഫീസറോ ടിയാൻ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന മറുദ്യോഗസ്ഥനോ പട്ടികയിൽ പറയുന്ന സ്ഥലത്തും സമയത്തുവച്ച് പരസ്യമായി ദർഘാസ് ലേലം ചെയ്ത് വിൽക്കുന്നതാണ് .
ദർഘാസ്/ലേല ദിവസം പൊതു അവധിയായി വന്നാൽ അടുത്ത പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസം പ്രസ്തുത സ്ഥലത്തും സമയത്തും വച്ച " ദർഘാസ് ലേലംലം നടത്തുന്നതായിരിക്കും . പൊതു ഒഴിവല്ലാതെ മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും കാരണത്താൽ ദർഘാസ്ലേലം നടത്താൻ കഴിയാതെ വന്നാലോ ദർഘാസ് ലേലത്തിൽ വച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങൾ എല്ലാം ലേല ദിവസം വിൽക്കാൻ കഴിയാതെ വന്നാലോ 27-7-2007 - ന് രാവിലെ 10.30- ന് ദർഘാസ് ലേലം നടത്തുന്നതായിരിക്കും . മേല് പ്പറഞ്ഞ ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങൾ കൂടാതെ ഡമ്പി. ഗം ഡിപ്പോയിൽ ദർഘാസ്ലേലത്തിന് മുൻപായി ഇറക്കുന്ന ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങൾ കൂടി ലേലത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതാണ് .
