The undersigned authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason thereof. All others conditions stipulated in the Kerala State Stores Purchase Manual are applicable to this tender also .
Sealed competitivo tanders are invited for the supply of Refrigerators with the following specifi cations and water purifier to the Central Medical Store attached to the Directorate of Insurance Medical Services , Thiruvananthapuram. The number and date of opening of the tonder should be superscribed on the envelop containing the duly filled tender.

ഇൻഷ്വറൻസ് മെഡിക്കൽ സർവ്വീസസ് വകുപ്പിൻ കീഴിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന പ്യൂരിഫെയറും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച മതസാടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു . കാഘാസിൻറെ പേര്" , നമ്പർ , തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതി എന്നിവ പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസ് ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള കവറിൻ്റെ പുറത്ത് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ താണ്.

പ്രതിജാറുകൾക്ക് അനുയോജ്യമായ വോട്ടേജ സ്റബിലൈസർ , സ്ററാൻഡ് എന്നിവ ഇതോപ്പം വിതരണം ചെയ്യേ " .
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വില (നികുതിൾപ്പെടെ) : " സൽ 150 രൂപ . പകർപ്പ്- 223 രൂപ .
Tender forms can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on payment of cost by cash money order from 10-6-2007 . An amount of Rs . 50 ( Rupees Fifty only) is to be paid extra for tender form hy part Earnest Money Deposit of 1 % of the total cost will have to be produced in the form of Demand Draft taken in favour of the Director of Insurance Medical Services along with the filled tender form . Tenders without EMD willbe summarily rejected . Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who may be present at the appointed date and time .
The equipment should have warranty / guarantee for atleast year . The prices quoted should he inclusive of all taxes , duties and transportation handling charges to the destination . More information and conditions governing the supply can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on all working hours .
ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും 10.6-2007 മുതൽ പ്രവൃത്തി സമയങ്ങളിൽ ലഭ്യമാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിൻറെ വില പണമായോ മണ് ഓർഡറായോ ഒടുക്കാവുന്നതാണ " . തപാൽ മുഖാന്തി ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ 50 രൂപ് തപാൽ ചാർജ് വിലയോടൊപ്പം അധികം നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് തുകയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം നിരതദ്രവ്യമാ ഡയറക്ടറുടെ പേരിൽ എടുത്ത ഡിനാൽ ഡോ mon ദർഘാസിനോടാപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . നിരത ( വ്യം കൂടാത സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന നിരുപാധികം നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ് തീയതിയിൽ ദർഘാസ് നൽകിയ വ്യകതിയുടെയോ നിർദേശിക്കുന്ന " നിശ്ചിത ടൊയാ സാന്നിധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് Last date and time of sale of tender forms- 30-7-2007 , p.m.
എല്ലാ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്ന ഉപകരണത്തിന് കുറഞ്ഞത് ഒരു വർഷത്ത ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന നികുതിയും ഉൾപ്പെടെയായിരിക്കണം . വാറൻ ഗ്യാരൻറി ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം ,

യാതൊരു കാരണവും കൂടാതെ ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനും നിരാകരിക്കുന്നതിനും 28일 അധികാരം വകുപ്പദ്ധ്യക്ഷനിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ് . ഗവൺമെൻറിൻ 0000000 പർച്ചേസ് മാനുവലിലുള്ള എല്ലാ വ്യവസ്‌‌ഥകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.
