TENDER NOTICE
28th June 2007.
No. 11/2007-08 .
Sealed tenders superscribed as tender No. 11 /2007-08 for the supply of Quick Set Superior quality colour ink required in the Printing Department, for the year 2007-08 (Running contract or as a whole) is invited by the undersigned. The tenders alongwith samples should reach this office on or before 23-7-2007 at I p . m. and the same willbe opened at 4 p. m . on the same day in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. Tenders shall be submitted in the prescribed form which can be hard from the office of the undersigned on cash payment of Rs . 700+ 4% VAT for original form and Rs . 400 + 4 % VAT for duplicate . Cheques , Demand Drafts, Postage Stamps , Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sent by V. P. P. However the tender forms will be supplied to the firms by registered post subject to a cash paymentby Money Order inclusive of postal charges of Rs . 32. The tender forms are not transfe- rable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at p . m . on 23-7-2007. An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 should be executed along with the tenders . Money Orders will be entertained only upto 17-7-2007 and the purpose of sending Money Order should be specified in M. 0 . coupon clearly . Late tenders , tenders accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit @ 1% of total cost and preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 15 will not be accepted on any account . not സർക്കാർ അച്ചുക്കൂടങ്ങളിലെ ആവശ്യത്തിന് റണ്ണിംഗ് കോൺട്രാക്‌ടിലോ മൊത്തമായ അടിസ്ഥാന ത്തിലോ ഈ വർഷത്തേക്ക് കളർ ഇങ്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന" മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊളളുന്നു. ദർഘാസുകൾ 23-7-2007 , 1 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേ ദിവസം 4 മണിക്ക ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയാ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഏജൻറുമാരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതു മാണ്. ദർഘാസ് അയയ്ക്കുന്ന കവറിനു മുകളിൽ " ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ 11 / 2007-08 വിതരണം സംബന്‌ധിച്ചു. എന്ന് ഉപലേഖനം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം , താമസിച്ച കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
ഭർഘാസുകൾ നിർമ്മിഷ് ഫാറത്തിൽ സാമ്പിൽ സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് , ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ 700 രൂപ മൂല്യവർദ്ധിത നികുതി 4% നിരക്കിലും ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ" 400 രൂപ മൂല്യവർദ്ധിത നികുനികുതി 4% നിരക്കിലും തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെൻറ് സെൻട്രൽ പ്രസ്സിൽനിന്നും ജനകീട്ട് വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിൻറെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക്, ഡിമാൻറ് (ഡാഫ്ററ്, പോസ്ററൻ ഓർഡർ , തപാൻ സ്റാമ്പ് എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ഫാറം വി.പി.പി , ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല . എന്നാൽ മണിയോർഡർ മുഖാന്തിനും പോസ്റോജ " ചിലവിനുള്ള 32 രൂപ സഹിതം അയയ്ക്കുകയാരണങ്കിൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം വളിസ്റോർഡ് തപാലിൽ അയച്ചു കൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ്" . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാററം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടില്ലാ ത്തതാണ് . 50 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ എഗ്രിമെൻറും മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പി ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . അല്ലാത്തവ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . മണിയോർഡർ 17-7-2007 മാത്രാൻ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളു . മണിമാർഡർ കൂപ്പണിൽ ആവശ്യകതയുടെ വിവരങ്ങൾ വ്യക‌തമായി സൂചിപ്പി ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
