The envelope containing the tenders superscribed with the number , name of tender and due date for the tender must be addressed to the Principal, Govt. Engineering College, Painavu , Idukki .

The tender forms which are not accompanied with the agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth an addi- Rs. 50. and an Earnest Money Deposit of 1% of the total cost of the items offereoffered will be rejected. Outside firms , who desire to be supplied with Kerala Stamp Paper should send tional amount of Rs . 50 along with the cost of tender form. The tender forms can be obtained from the undersigned upto 3 p.m. on 23-7-2007 by cash and by money order upto 3 p.m. 17-7-2007.

വൈകി ഒറിജിനൽ ദർഘാസുകളുടെ വില 4440 രൂപയും ഡ്യൂപ്പിക്കോം" ദർഘാസുകൾക്ക് 220 രൂപയുമായി രിക്കും , തപാൽ വഴി ലഭിക്കാൻ യഥാക്രമം 480 രൂപയും 250 രൂപയും അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . അപൂർണ്ണവും വൈ കിട്ടുന്നതുമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദര്ഘാസുകൾ സന്നിഹിതരായി രിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തി യിരിക്കുന്ന പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും , സാധനങ്ങളുടെ മൊത്തം വില യുടെഒരു ശതമാനം നിരതദ്രവ്യവും കേരള സർക്കാരിന്റെ 50 രൂപ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഒപ്പിട്ട ഉടമ്പടിയും ദർഘാസിൻറെ കൂടെ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ത്തിനുപുറത്തുള സഥാപനങ്ങൾ ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നപക്ഷം ദർഘാസ് വിലയ്ക്കുപുറമെ കേരള സർക്കാരിന്റെ മുദ്രപ്പത വിലയായ 50 രൂപ കൂടി (বার ৫.০৯ ദർഘാസുകൾ 23-7-2007 പകൽ 3 മണിവരെ നേരിട്ടും 17-7-2007 പകൽ 5 മണിവരെ മണിഓർഡർ അയച്ചാൽ തപാൽവഴിയും താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ആളിന്റെ ഓഫീ സിൽനിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . Tenders should be superscribed as Tender No.D3-15/2007-08 for the supplysupply of equipmentsequipmen for Production Engineering DepartineEngineering Department and addressed to the Principal, Government Engineering College, Thrissur, Kerala . The last date for the receipt of tender is 31-7-2007, 2 p . m . The tenders will be opened at 11 a.m. on 1-8-2007 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who maybe present at that time.

Cost of tender forms should be remitted either in cash No other or order Rs. 169 . by money payments through Cheques , Postage Stamps, Postal Orders or Demand Drafts will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . The forms will not be send by VPP .
The offer shouldbe valid for a minimum period of six months from the date of opening the tenders . No advance payments will be given. Tenders without EMD will not be accepted .
