In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 ( Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub -rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules , 1956 , the Government of Kerala hereby re-appoint Sri George M.George, Karikattu House , J. P. Nagar , Muthoor P.O., Thiruvalla - 7 as a Notary for a further period of five years with effect from 7-1-2007 in the area comprising Thiruvalla Taluk in the Revenue District of Pathanamthitta with Register No. 2 /99/PTA .

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Notaries Act, 1952 ( Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub- rule (4) of rule 8 and rule 8 A of the Notaries Rules, 1956, the Government of Kerala hereby extend the area of practice already assigned to Smt. C. S. Sreelatha , Advocate & Notary , Vijaya- vilas, Mukkola, Karakulam P. O. , Thiruvanantha- puram in the jurisdiction of ThiruvanThiruvananthapuram Taluk in the Revenue District of Thiruvananthapuram as per Notification No. 916 /H4/ 2006/Law datedated 17-2-2006 to the entire Revenue District of Thiruvananthapuram with effect from 17-5-2007 and upto 15-2-2011 with Register No. 4/2001 /TVPM.

Inexercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Notaries Act , 1952 ( Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub- rule (4) of rule 8 and ruel 8A of the Notaries Rules, 1956, the Government of Kerala hereby extend the area of practice already assigned to Sri N. Raphy Raj , Advocate & Notary Kambisserit. Rani Bhavan, Kaduvinal P. O .. Vallikkunnam, Pin-690 501 in Vallikkunnam Panchayat area in Mavelikkara Taluk in the Revenue District of Alappuzha for five years with effect from 30-3-2003 vide Notification No. 8526/H4 /06/Law dated 30-8-2006 to the jurisdiction of Additional District Courts, Mavelikkara in the Revenue District of Alappuzha with effect from 18-5-2007 and upto 29-3-2008 .
