The EMD noted against the works should be paid along with the tender forms by Dernand Draft (cheques will not be acceptable) in favour of the undersigned payable at any Nationalized Bank at Mannarkkad. Incomplete tender or tenders withoutwithout EMD are liable to be rejected. The undersigned resume the right to reject any tender without assigning any reason and change the estimate amount marginally thereof. ഓരോ പ്രവൃത്തികൾക്കും പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ പേര ആലേഖനം ചെയ്ത് മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകളിൽ പ്രത്യേകം ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേ ദിവസം തന്നെ ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3 മണി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേ ദിവസം ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3.30-ന് തൽസമയം ഹാജരുള്ള കരാറുകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്യത്തിൽ മണ്ണാർക്കാട് ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്ററ് ഓഫീസറോ അദ്ദേഹം അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥ‌നേ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . ടെണ്ടർ നടത്തുന്ന อาณาจ പൊതു അവധിയായി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം നിശ്ചിത സ്ഥലത്തും സമയത്തും ടെണ്ടർ നടത്തുന്നതാണ് . ഏതെങ്കിലും സാങ്കേതിക കാരണവശാൽ ആദ്യ ടെണ്ടർഭർ ദിവസം ടെണ്ടർ നടത്തിയില്ലെങ്കിൽ രണ്ടാമത്തെ തീയതിയായ 16-8-2007-m" മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ പ്രകാരം ടെണ്ടർ നടത്തുന്ന താണ് . കേരള പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിലും കേരള വനം വകുപ്പിലും ദർഘാസുകളെ സംബന്ധിച്ച് നിലവിലുള്ള എല്ലാ വ്യവസ്‌ഥകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും . നിശ്ചിത തീയതി ഒരു പൊതു ഒഴിവുദിവസമായി വരികയാണെങ്കിൽ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം ത സ്ഥലത്തും സമയത്തും വച്ച് ടെണ്ടർ നടത്തുന്നതാണ് . നിരതദ്രവ്യം മണ്ണാർക്കാട് ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റം" മാഫീസറുടെ പേരിൽ Tender forms and other conditions can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on application and on payment of the cost of the tender forms either in cash or in moncy order ( not refunda- ble) upto 1 p.m. on 8-8-2007 scaled tenders should be submitted before 3 p. m on the same day and this willbe opened by the undersigned, or his deputed on the same day at 3.30 p.m. in the presence of the tenderers attending at that time .
