It is hereby notified for the information of the public that the Tender Cum Auction Sale of Timber etc. mentioned in the schedule will be conducted at 10 a.m. by the Divisional Forest Officer, Timber Sales Division, Palakkad or any other Officer authorized by him subject to the sale conditions publised in Kerala Gazette No. 50 dated 19-12-2006 by the Chief Conservator of Forests ( P) , Thiruvananthapuram vide Pro . (5 ) 5427/06 dated 18-11-2006 . If the date of Auction happens to be a day of strike or a public holiday the sale will be conducted next working day at the same place and time . These who intend to offer tenders should submit the tenders in Sealed covers before 3 p.m. on the previous day to the Divisional Forest Officer, Timber Sales Division, Palakkad . Iender forms can be had from this office on payment of Rs . 100+ VAT towards its value. Tender received after the stipulated times are liable to be rejected. Post offers if any will be considered as per rules within 7 days of auction. Further details can be had from the Depot Officer and from this office during office hours .

( 5 ) 5427/06 തീയതി 18-11-2006 പ്രകാരം പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള വിശദമായ ടെണ്ട . ലേല വ്യവസ്ഥകൾക്ക് വിധേയമായി പട്ടികയിൽ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന സ്ഥ‌ലത്തും തീയതിയിലും രാവിലെ 10 മണിക്ക് പാലക്കാട് തടി വില്പന വിഭാഗം ഡിവിഷൻ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസറോ അദ്ദേഹം അധികാര പ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്‌ഥനോ പരസ്യമായി ലേലം ചെയ്ത‌ത് വില്ല്ക്കുന്നതാണ് . പ്രസ്തുത ദിവസം പൊതു പണിമുടക്കോ പൊതുഅവധിയോ ആയി വന്നാൽ അടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തിദിവസം നിശ്ചിത സ്ഥ‌ലത്തും സമയത്തും ലേലം നടത്തുന്നതാണ് . ലേലത്തിന് നിശ്‌ചയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള തീയതിയുടെ തലേദിവസം ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3 മണിവരെ സീൽ ചെയ്ത മാ‌ഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ ബന്‌ധപ്പെട്ട ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ് ഓഫീസറിൽനിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . നിശ്ചിത ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി 100 ( നും " രൂപ മാത്രം) രൂപയും അതിനുള്ള വാറും ഈടാക്കുന്നതാണ് . നിശ്ചിത സമയത്തിനുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണി , 2100-00 ഓഫറുകൾ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ നിബ്‌ധനകൾക്ക് വിധേയമായി வே.
