be Tender forms and other conditions can obtained from the office of the undersigned on appli- cation in writing and on payment of the cost of tender form either in cash or by money order (not refundable) upto 1 p. m. on 31-7-2007 and will be opened by the undersigned or his deputee on the same day at 3.30 p.m. in the prepresence of the applicants attending on that date. If the due date happens to be a holiday, the next working day will be the duc date . Cost of tender forms will not be refunded at any instances .
The tender forms are not transferable . The Earnest Money Deposit noted against the work should be paid along with the tenders by DD (Cheques or fixed deposit receipts will not be acceptable) in favour ofthe undersigned payable at any Nationalized Bank at Munnar. Incomplete tender or tenders without EMD are liable to be rejected. The preliminary agreement should be enclosed with stamp paper worth Rs. 50 with tender . The undersigned reserves the right to reject to any tender without assigning any reason. All other conditions prevailing in the Kerala Public Works Department and Forest Department are applicable to this tender also.
താഴെ വിവരിക്കുന്ന ജോലികൾ കരാറെടുത്ത ചെയ്തുതീർക്കുന്നതിനായി താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ള രജിസ്ട്രേഡ് PWD കോൺട്രാക്ടർമാരിൽനിന്നും സീൽ ചെയ്ത് ദർഘാസ് ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് കേരള ഗവർണ്ണർക്കു വേണ്ടി അഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്നയാൾ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു .
