The tenders should be superscribed with tender number and name of work in sealed cover and addressed to the District Officer , Ground Water Department, Pazhaveedu P.O. , Alappuzha -9, Kerala State.Late tenders will not be accepted. TendeTender form will not be sendby VPP. The tender forms are not transferable . Cost of tender forms will refunded. Sale of tender form will be closed at 1 p. m. on 30-7-2007. not be Sealed tenders are invited from Experienced contractors for the construction of tube wells at following places in Veeyapuram Panchayat of HarippaduDivision under Alappuzha District Panchayat Kerala Vikasanam-2006-07.

Thetenderers should be executing a preliminary agreement in Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 with each tender. Stamp paper will be supplied to the firms outsideKerala along with the tender form on payment ofRs. 100 (Rupees hundred only ) including the postalpost charge, which may be remitted as money orders or in cash directly along with the cost of tender form. EMD along with the tender form as Demand Draft in favour of the District Officer , Ground Water Department , Pazhaveedu Р. О. , Alappuzha-9 payable at Alappuzha . If the last day of the date of opening of the tender turns to be a holiday, the next working day will be taken as the lastworking day of opening of tender . The tenderers should submit the experience certificates at the time of receipt of tenders . The works should be completed within one month after the receipt of the work order.

لعاية mom വൈകി എത്തുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതാരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാവുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസിന്റെ തിരിച്ചു നൽകുന്നതല്ല . 30-7-2007 - ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിവരെ ദർഘാസ് പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ഫാറങ്ങൾ 30-7-2007 -ന് ഉച്ചകഴിഞ്ഞ 3 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേ ദിവസം വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക് ഹാജരാകുന്ന കരാറുകാരു ടെയോ അവരുടെ അംഗീക ഏജൻറുമാരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറന്ന് പരിശോധിച്ച് പ്പെടുത്തുന്നതുമാണ് ,

നിർമ്മാണം കുഴൽകിണർ നടത്തുന്നതിന് അനുവദിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുള്ള ഉത്തരവ് നൽകിക്കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ അന്നുമുതൽ നിർമ്മാണ ജോലി പൂർത്തിയാക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . മാസത്തിനകം
