The Superintending Engineer, Minor Irrigation Circle, Thiruvananthapuram behalf of the Governor of Kerala invited competitive tenders for the following works in sealed cover superscribing the name of work from the Registered Contractors of Irrigation and P.W.D. Departments .
The firm period of the tender will be four months from the date of receipt of tender.
Tender No. 2/ SEMI /2007-03
Tender documents and other particulars canbe obtained from the office of the undersigned on all working days commencing from 28-7-2007 upto 4 p.m. 01 31-7-2007. A preliminary agreement in the prescribed form in stamp paper worth Rs . 50 should alsobe executed and submitted along with the tender . Tenders received without preliminary agreement will be summarily rejected. According to the provision of Kerala Construction Workers Welfare Fund Act 8(2 ) 1984, the Contractor who is undertaking construction of work has to remit 1 % of total cost of con- struction as contribution towards the Kerala Construction Workers Welfare Fund.

The sealed tenders should reach the office of the undersigned by post/ speed post on or before 4.00 p.m. on 2-8-2007. Under any circumstances the tenders received directly or by courier will not be accepted. The tender willbe opened at 4.30 p.m. on 2-8-2007 by the undersigned or an authorized person in the presence of tenderers who are persent at that time. The tenders will not received in person direct under any circumstances . ( പി ) നമ്പർ 84/97 പി ഡബ്ല്യു ആൻറ് ററി പ്രകാരമുള്ള നിബന്ധനകൾ ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമാണ് .
ദർഘാസിൻറെ കാലാവധി അത് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന ദിവസം മുതൽ നാല് മാസംവരെയായിരിക്കും .
