(1) Should be an automatic micro processor base Electro Surgical Unit with digital display for all power settings.
Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply and installation of following items at ESI Hospital, Feroke.
1. Pulse Oxymeter
(2) Should have separate programme for Gastro enteric, cardiovascular, Trans Urethral, Neuro Surgical and Laparoscopic Surgeries with required internal adjustments in the quality of CUT & COAGULATION.

The number and date of opening of the tender should be superscribed on the envelope containing the tender.

Tenders received after the prescribed date and time will not be accepted. The maximum period required for delivery of the equipment should also be mentioned.
Tender forms can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on payment of cost by cash/money order from 25-6-2007. An amount of Rs. 50 (Rupees Fifty only) is to be paid extra for tender form by post. Earnest money deposit of 1% of the total cost will have to be produced in the form of Demand Draft taken in favour of the Director of Insurance Medical Services along with the filled tender form.
Tenders will be opened on the prescribed date in the presence of the tenderer at the appointed date and time.
The equipment tendered should confirm ISI specification. The prices quoted should be inclusive of The successful tenderer should be made Annual Repair and Maintenance Contract before the purchase subject to the terms and conditions of ESI Corporation.
