തിരുവനന്തപുരം മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ് ആശുപത്രി, എസ്. എ. റ്റി. ആശുപത്രി, ഗവൺമെന്റ ് കണ്ണാശുപത്രി എന്നീ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ 2007-08 വർഷത്തിൽ അഡ്മിറ്റ് ചെയ്യപ്പെടുന്ന രോഗികൾക്ക് ആഹാരസാധനങ്ങൾ (ബ്രെഡ്, ബിസ്ക്കറ്റ് എന്നിവ) വിതരണം ചെയ്യുവാൻ താൽപര്യമുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങ ളിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. ബ്രെഡ്, ബിസ്ക്കറ്റ് എന്നിവ മുതിർന്നവർക്കും കുട്ടികൾക്കും പ്രത്യേകം വിതരണം ചെയ്യത്തക്കവിധത്തിൽ അതാത് ആശുപത്രി സൂപ്ര≠ുമാരുടെ നിർദ്ദേശമനുസരിച്ച് നി›ിത അളവുകളുള്ള പായ്ക്കറ്റുകളിലാക്കി വേണം വിതരണം ചെയ്യേ≠ത്.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the purchase of Books for Medical College, Kottayam.
Tender forms can be had from this office on payment of Rs. 169 prescribed cost in cash or by money order till 31-7-2007. No other modes of remittance will be entertained. Those who require tender forms by post, a sum of Rs. 40 will be added towards postage charges. Money orders should reach this office at least 10 days prior to the closing date of tender sales. Sealed competitive tenders in the prescribed forms are invited for the supply of Sternotomy Saw System for the Department of Cardio Thoracic Surgery, Medical College, Kozhikode. Tender forms can be had from the Office of the Principal, Medical College, Kozhikode directly on payment of Rs. 416 and by registered post on payment of Rs. 460 by money order. The last date for receipt of tender is 11 a.m. on 20-8-2007. Tenders will be opened at 11.30 a.m. on 20-8-2007 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. Belated tenders will not be accepted.
Tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms by post will be closed on 10-8-2007, 3 p. m. Neither Cheque, Draft, Postage stamps etc. will be accepted towards the cost of tender form nor will the forms be sent by V. P. P. Duplicate copy of tender form can be had on payment of Rs. 208.
IMPORTANT
The Tender should be sent along with an agreement executed in Kerala Government Stamp paper worth Rs. 50 (Rupees Fifty only) and EMD @ 1% of the total cost of the items tendered for. Rate should be
quoted against Indian Rupee payment only. The tender without the required agreement and EMD and tender not quoted against Indian Rupees payment are liable to be rejected. Specimen copy of the agreement is annexed to the prescribed tender form. Stamp paper will be supplied to the firm outside Kerala on request along with remittance of Rs. 87 (Rupees eighty seven only) (Rs. 50 towards the cost of stamp paper and Rs. 37 as incidental charge) by money order. Tenderers should quote the AMC (comprehensive) rate for 5 years after warranty also along with their tender.
