and a total width of 7 cms. and the top of the marks shall be 7 cms. below the top level of the stones. All stones must be roughly squared to one third of their length from the top.
Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Survey stones in the specifications and quality as described below:—
The survey stones which are required for the Khandom boundary, Block boundary, Tri junction points, Town survey etc. must have the appropriate symbols as per rules which will be specified in the intendent.
The Tender should be superscribed as "Tender for the supply of survey stones for the re-survey of Palakkad District" so as to reach on or before 2 p.m. on 28-7-2007. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p.m. on the same date in the presence of such of the tendereres or their authorised representative who may be present at that time.
Each tenderer should deposit 1% of the estimate amount towards the earnest money before 1p.m. on 28-7-2007 and the receipt attached with the tender. Earnest Money Deposit may be either in the form of crossed draft Bank from a Nationalize Bank or Treasury Savings Bank deposit.
An agreement in the prescribed form on stamp paper worth Rs.50 duly executed should also be enclosed with the tender. Tenders received without the earnest money deposit and the agreement will not be considered.
The Stones are to be supplied with 15 days from the date of indent at the place which will be mentioned in the indents. The persons submitting tenders should produce an original solvency certificate on a Stamp Paper worth Rs.50 (Rupees Fifty only) obtained from the Tahsildar of the Taluk within a period of six months from the date of contract clearly indicating the details of the properties which should not be to an amount of less than 10% of the estimated cost (subject to a minimum of Rs. 25,000) of the tender along with their tenders.

പാലക്കാട് ജില്ലയിൽ റീസർവ്വെ ആവശ്യത്തിലേക്ക് താഴെ വിവരിച്ചിട്ടുളള രീതിയിലും അളവിലുമുളള സർവ്വെ ക്കല്ലുകൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മത്സര സ്വഭാവത്തിലു ളള മുദ്രവച്ച ടെ≠റുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു.
In the case of successful tenders they should pledge the properties to the value of 50% (fifty percent only) of the total value, shown in the solvency certificate with the Government, till the enquiry of the contract or other should pledge the Bank Draft/Bank guarantee for the remittance of an amount of not less than 5% of the value of the contract with the Government till the enquiry of the contract. This is in addition to the security deposit of 5% of the value of the contract.
Intending tenderers may an application to the Assistant Director of Survey of Land Records, Re-survey, Palakkad obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted.
ടെ≠ർ അടക്കം ചെയ്ത കവറിനുമേൽ "പാലക്കാട് ജില്ലയിലെ റീ സർവ്വെക്ക് സർവ്വെക്കല്ലുകൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ടെ≠ർ" എന്നെഴുതി അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ഡയറക്ടർ ഓഫ് സർവ്വെ ആൻറ് ലാന്റ ് റിക്കാർഡ്സ്, റീസർവ്വെ, പാലക്കാട് ജില്ല എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ 2007 ജൂലൈ 28-ാം തീയതി ഉച്ചകഴിഞ്ഞ് 2 മണിക്കോ അതിനുമുൻപോ കിട്ടത്തക്കവണ്ണം അയച്ചിരിക്കണം. വൈ കിക്കിട്ടുന്ന ടെ≠റുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ടെ≠റുകൾ അന്നുതന്നെ 3 മണിക്ക് തൽസമയം ഹാജരുള്ള ടെ≠റുകാ രുടെയോ അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന പ്രതിനിധികളു ടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.
An application for the tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs.700 with 10% sales tax and additional sales tax which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 12 Noon on 28-7-2007. Cheques/Postal orders, Demand draft etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor will the forms be sent by V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued at Rs. 400 per copy.

മൊത്തം അടങ്കൽ തുക—20,00,000 രൂപ (ഇരുപത് ലക്ഷം മാത്രം).സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന കരാറുകാരൻ തന്റെ "സോൾവൻസി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിൽ" കാണിച്ച സ്വകാര്യ സ്വത്തുക്കളുടെ പകുതി വിലയ്ക്ക് തുല്യമായ വസ്തുക്കൾ കരാർ അവസാനി ക്കുന്നതുവരെ ഗവൺമെന്റ ിലേക്ക് ഈടുവയ്ക്കുകയോ അതല്ലെങ്കിൽ കരാറിന്റെ അടങ്കൽ തുകയുടെ 5% വരുന്ന തുക ബാങ്ക് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റോ, ഗ്യാര≠ിയോ ആയി കരാർ അവസാനിക്കുന്നതുവരെ ഈട് നൽകേ≠താണ്. ഇത് കരാർ എടുക്കുമ്പോൾ അടങ്കൽ തുകയുടെ 5% ജാമ്യത്തുകയായി വയ്ക്കുന്നതിനു പുറമേയുള്ളതാണ്.
ടെ≠ർ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള നി›ിത ഫോറം അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ഡയറക്ടർ ഓഫ് സർവ്വെ ആന്റ ് ലാന്റ ് റിക്കോർഡ്സ്, റീസർവ്വെ, പാലക്കാട് ജില്ല എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷ കൊടുത്ത് ടെ≠ർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായ 700 രൂപയും (എഴുന്നൂറ് രൂപ മാത്രം) 10% വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയും അധിക വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയും പണമായി ഒടുക്കി വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ്. ഏതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ടെ≠ർ ഫോറം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ടെ≠ർ ഫാറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 28-7-2007-ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ചെക്കുകൾ പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡർ മുതലായവ ടെ≠ർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ടെ≠ർ ഫോറം വി. പി. പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല. ആവശ്യ മുള്ളവർക്ക് ടെ≠ർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് 400 രൂപയും (നാനൂറ് രൂപ മാത്രം) 10% വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയും ഒടുക്കിയാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ആവശ്യമുള്ള കല്ലുകളുടെ എണ്ണം—60000 (അറുപതിനായിരം).
സർവ്വേക്കല്ലുകളുടെ വിവരണം—നല്ല ഉറപ്പുള്ള കരിങ്കല്ലിൽ 60 × 15 ×15 സെ. മീ. അളവിലുള്ള കല്ലുകൾ.
ഓരോ കല്ലുകളും ഉറപ്പുള്ള കരിങ്കല്ലിൽ ഉള്ളവയും ഓരോ കല്ലിന്റെ മുകളിൽനിന്ന് മൂന്നിൽ ഒരുഭാഗം ചതുരപ്പെടുത്തി യവയും അവയുടെ ഒരുവശത്ത് മൊത്തം 12 സെ. മീ. നീളത്തിലും 7 സെ. മീ. വീതിയിലും ഓരോ തെങ്ങ് അടയാളം 1 സെ. മീ. താഴത്തിൽ കൊത്തിയിരിക്കുകയും വേണം. തെങ്ങടയാളത്തിന്റെ മുകളറ്റം കല്ലിന്റെ മുകളിൽ നിന്നും 7 സെ. മീ. താഴെയായിരിക്കണം. ബ്ലോക്ക് അതിർത്തിയിലും ഖണ്ഡം അതിർത്തിയിലും ട്രൈജംഗ്ഷൻ പോയിന്റുകളിലും ടൗൺ സർവ്വെക്കും സ്ഥാപിക്കേ≠ിവരുന്ന കല്ലുകൾക്ക് നിയമാനുസൃതമായ അടയാളം ഇൻഡന്റിൽ പറയും പ്രകാരം കൊത്തിയിരിക്കണം.
ഓരോ ടെ≠റിന്റെയുംകൂടെ 2007 ജൂലൈ മാസം 28-ാം തീയതി ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ഒരു മണിക്കുമുമ്പായി അടങ്കൽ തുകയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം വരുന്ന തുകയ്ക്ക് ദേശസാൽകൃത ബാങ്കിൽനിന്നും എടുത്ത ഡെപ്പോസിറ്റിന്റെ ഒറിജിനൽ നിരതദ്രവ്യം കെട്ടിവച്ചതിനുള്ള രശീത് ടെ≠റിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കണം. നിരതദ്രവ്യം ബാങ്ക് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റായോ ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ട്രഷറി സേവിംഗ്സ് ബാങ്ക് ഡെപ്പോസിറ്റായോ നൽകാവുന്ന താണ്. ടെ≠റിന്റെ പൊതു നിബന്ധനകളിൽ 33-ാം ഖണ്ഡികയിൽ നിർദ്ദേശിച്ച പ്രകാരം 50 രൂപ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ നി›ിത ഫോറത്തിലുള്ള എഗ്രിമെന്റ ്കൂടി ഒപ്പിട്ട് ടെ≠റിനോടൊപ്പം അടക്കംചെയ്തിരിക്കണം. മേൽ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ പാലിക്കാതെയുള്ള ടെ≠റുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
ആവശ്യമെന്ന് കാണുന്ന കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾക്ക് താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിട്ടുള്ളവരുടെ ഓഫീസിൽ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ഓഫീസ് സമയങ്ങളിൽ അന്വേഷിച്ചാൽ അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്.
