ORDER PORTION
In the result on the finding of this point No. 1 and 2 this petition is allowed, and thereby the first respondent is declared and adjudged as on insolvent person and sale deed No. 7293/96 is cancelled the said property shall be west in the Official Receiver to be divided among the creditors as per law. The order of adjudication to be published in the official gazette as per rules with the law.

K. George, Chakalayil House, Thrikkalathoor Kara, Mulavoor Village, Muvattupuzha Taluk is posted to 10-8-2007 at 11 A. M. If anybody has got objection for the same may appear before this Court in person as through counsel on that said day.
