He has now requested extension of the permission for a further periodof on year . The Registrar of Medical Council has recommended the request .

In the Government Order read above , permission was granted to Shri A. A. Joseph Alias Basheer to practise Homoeopathic System of Medicine in the State for a period of one year from 12-4-2006 . He has now requested extension of the permission for a further period of one year . The Registrar of Medical Council has recommended the request .
Palakkad Whereas , the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between (1) Sri O. R.R. Arumughan , Alinkal House , Oduvan- gadu, Mundoor , Nochippully P. 0 . (2) Smt . Swayam Prabha w/o . O. R. Arumughan, Alinkal Veedu , Oduvang du , Mundoor , Nochippully P. O. , Palakkad and the workmen of the above referred establishment Sri James Mathew, Vadakke- thadathil Veedu , Oduvangadu, Mundoor, Nochippully P. O. , Palakkad in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order;
Andwhereas , in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication;
Based on the recommendation of the Registrar of Medical Council , extension of permission is granted to Shri A. A. Joseph Alias Basheer, Paravananakam (via) Kalanad, Kasargod to practise Homoeopathic System of Medicine in the State for a period of one year from 12-4-2007 under Section 26 (2 ) of the Homoeopathic Central Council Act , 1973.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 ( 1 ) (d) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Industrial Tribunal, Palakkad. The Industrial Tribunal will pass the award within a period of three months .

He has now requested extension ofthe permission for a further period of one year . The Registrar of Medical Council has recommended the request .
Whereas, the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exist between The Chief Executive M/ sPastpin India Ltd. , Pattodi Nagar , Kanjikode , Palakkad and the workman of the above referred establishment Sri U. Krishna Kumar, sfo . Veluswamy P , Krishna Nivas , Uthuvakkad, Pallatheri P. O. , Palakkad in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 ( 1) ( c) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 ( Central Act XIV of 1947 ) the Govern- ment hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Labour Court , Ernakulam. The Labour Court will pass the award within a period of three months .

O. , Koodal and the workmen of the above referred establishment represented by the General Secretary, Pathanamthitta Jilla Plantation Workers Union ( CITU) , Regn . No.578/85, Pathanamthitta P. O. in respect of mentioned in the annexure to this order ; matters
And whereas, in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication;
Whereas, the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between the General Manager , (Administration & Corporate Affairs ) , SDF Industries Ltd., Pampady , Thrissur and the workman of the above referred establishment Sri A. Rajeshkumar, Pallipatta House , Kaniyarkode , P.O. , Thiruvilwamala , Thrissur in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order;
And whereas , in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 ( 1) (c) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 ( Central Act XIV of 1947) theGovernment hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Labour Court , Kollam .
