transferable . Cost of tender forms will not be refunded. Sale of tender form will be closed at 1 p. m. on 10-8-2007.
The tenders daly filled should reach the undersigned on or before 10-3-2007, 3 p . m. and it will be opened on the same day at 4 p. m. in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised agents.
Sealed tenders are invited from Experienced Contractors for the construction of R.C.C. overhead water tank at Varenikkal Ambedkar Colony in Mavelikkara Thekkekara Panchayat under Alappuzha District Panchayat Kerala Vikasanam-2006-07.
Tender No.-GWA/1401 /2006/(T-1 ) .
Description of work-Construction of75000 liters capacity R.C.C. overhead water tank at Varenikkal Ambedar Colony in Mavelikkara, Thekkekkara Panchayat as per sketch and specification.
Estimated amount (PAC ) Rs . 6,00,000.

The tenderers should be executing a preliminary agreement in Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 with each tender. Stamp paper will be supplied to the firms outsideKerala along with the tender form on payment of Rs. 100 (Rupees hundred only) including the postal charge, which may be remitted as money orders or in cash directly along with the cost of tender form. EMD along with the tender form as Demand Draft in favour of the District Officer , Ground Water Department, Pazhaveedu P.O.. Vappuzha- payable at Alappuzha. Ifthe last day ef the date of opening of the tender turns to be a holiday, the next working day will be taken as tho last working day of opening ofof tender . The tenderers should submit the experince ertificates at the time of receipt of tenders . The works shouldbe completed within two months after the receipt of the work order.
The District Officer is empowered to cancel or reject the tender without asigning any reason thereof. All the conditions applicable to the Government tanier willbe applicable to this tondar also.
The tenders should be superscribed with tender number and name of work in sealed cover and addressed to the District Officer , Ground Water Department , Pazhaveedu P.O. , Alappuzha- 9, Kerala State.Late tenders will not be accepted. Tender forms willnotbe sendby VPP . കേരള സർക്കാരിന്റെ 50 രൂപ (അൻപത് രൂപ മാത്രം) മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഒരു പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടി ദർഘാ സിനൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് , കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തു നിന്നുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്കും വ്യക്‌‌തികൾക്കും ശ പത്രം ആവശ്യമെങ്കിൽ പത്ര വിലയും അപപാൻ ചാർജ് bes 100 ఇం ദർഘാസ് വിലയോലപ്പം അടയ്ക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ മുദ്രപ്പത്രം ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതാണ് .
ദർഘാസി പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി അടങ്കൽ തുകയുടെ 2.5 % ജില്ലാ ആഫീസർ , മുല പരുപ്പ് , ആലപ്പുഴ എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ആലപ്പുഴയിൽ മാറാവുന്നവിധം ഡിമാൻറ് ഡ്രാഫ്ററായി ദർഘാസി നരികേണ്ടതാണ് . ഘാസ് ദിവസം അവധിയാകുന്നപക്ഷം തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .
ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള കഴിഞ്ഞാലി അന്നുമുതൽ രണ്ട് മാസത്തിനകം പ്രസ്തു‌ത നീർമ്മാണ ജോലി പൂർത്തിയാക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
വിഘാസുകൾ റദ്‌ദുചെയ്യുന്നതിനോ നിരസിക്കുന്ന തിനോ ഉള്ള അവകാശം ജില്ലാ ആഫീസറിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്‌ത കേരള സർക്കാറിന്റെ ഘം സുകളെ സംബന്ധിച്ച എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും

പറയുന്ന പ്രവൃത്തിക്ക് ديماويه സമ്പന്നരായ കരാറുകാരിൽ നിന്നും മമൽസരാടിസ്ഥ‌ാന ത്തിലുള്ള പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ പേരെഴുതി മുദ്രവെച്ചതുമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു .
ദർഘാസ് നമ്പരും ജോലിയുടെ വിവരങ്ങളു 8/2007 കാസറഗോഡ് ജില്ലയിലെ വിവിധ സ്‌ഥലങ്ങളിൽ 150 മില്ലീമീറ്റർ വ്യാസമുള്ള കുഴൽ കിണർ കുഴിക്കലും. അതിൽ ഇൻഡ്യ മാർക്ക് 2 ടൈപ്പമ്പ് സ്ഥ‌ാപിക്കലും . .

1. പൂരിപ്പിച്ചച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ15ഘാസുകൾ ജില്ലാ ഓഫീസർ , ഭൂജലവകുപ്പ്, വിദ്യാനഗർ , കാസറഗോഡ എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ മുകളിൽ സൂചിപ്പിച്ച സമയത്തിനുമുൻപ് ലഭിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
2. പ്രവൃത്തി സംബന്ധിച്ച കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ പ്രവൃത്തി സമയങ്ങളിൽ വിദ്യാനഗറിലുള്ള ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും അറിയാവുന്നതാണ് .
1. സർക്കാർ വൈറുകളെ സംബന്ധിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ നിയമങ്ങളും ഈ മറയിരിക്കും .
