QUOTATION - CUM-AUCTION NOTICE

on 24-8-2007. Separate tenders are to be submitted for each vehicle. Those who are desires to participate in the auction should physically be presented at the time of auction .
Is is proposed to conduct the auction sale of the following departmental vehicles at SBCID Head- quarters, Pattom , Thiruvananthapuramby 11 hours να 25-8-2007.

The sealed tenders , if any will be opened and auction will be fixed provisionally in the name of the highest bidder after auction sale. The successful bidder should deposit 50% of the bid amount excluding EMD and obtain receipts . The balance amount including admissible sale tax should be paid on receipt of the order of confirmation of the auction and he should sake the delivery of the vehicle from the auction place at his own expenses. If the succesful bidder fails to satisfy the terms and conditions of the auction , the amount deposited by him as the time of the auction willbe forfeited to the Governmens .
Those who intend to participate in the auction sale must obtain the receipt after remitting the stipulated EMD for cach vehicle separately as specified above before the commencement of the auction . The deposit will be refunded to the unsuccesful bidders immediately after the auction.
The sealed tendens with the superscription on the cover "Tender for auction of vehicle No ..... " enclosing the DD at the rate of EMD obtained from any Nationalised Bank drawn in favour of the Superintendent of Police (Admm.) , SBCID Head- quarters, Thiruvananthapuram willbe received in the office ofSuprintendent of Police , SBCID Head- quarters, Thiruvananthapuram on or before 3 p.m.
The re-auction will be conducted at the risk and cost of the original bidder . Ifthere is any loss in the re-auction the whole responsibility wilt rest on the defaulting bidder . The defaulter will have no right to claim any profit if any. The vehicles can be inspected during the working hours from 11 a.m. to 4 p . m. in the office premises of the SBCID Headquarters by contacting ADI . SBOID Head- quarters, Thiruvananthapuram subject to the permission of Superintendent of Police (Admn ) , SBCID Headquarters Thiruvananthapuram .
പേരിൽ വാങ്ങിയിട്ടുള്ള നിശ്‌ചിത നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തിനുള്ള ഡിമാൻറ് ഡ്രാഫ്‌റ അടക്കം ചെയ്തതിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . കവറിനുമുകളിൽ വാഹന ലേലത്തിനുള്ള ബർ വാഹന നമ്പർ ... " എന്ന് പ്രത്യേകം രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി യിരിക്കണം . ദർഘാസുകൾ നൽകിയിട്ടുളളവർ സ്ഥലത്ത് നിർദ്‌ദിഷ്‌ സമയത്ത് ഹാജരാകേണ്ടനാണ് , Superintendent of Police (Admn.) , SBCID Head- quarters , Thiruvananthapuram will have the right to stop the auction proceedings or to postpone the auction at any stage without assigning any reason there of and the decision of the Superintendent of Police willbe final .
