Bid from contractors for Pre -qualification with tenders are invited for the following project on behalf of the Governor ofKerala.

Re-surfacing work of Kallai -Marad Beypare Police Station rood K. M. 0/000 to 7/700 and Marad-Marad Beach road K. M. 0/000 to1/000

I p . m. Last date of receipt of tender on 21-8-2007 upto4 p. m The technical bids will be opened with the at4.30 p.m. on 21-8-2007 . The contraccontractor having'A' Class Registration in PWD/ IrrigationDepartment of Kerala State and who have completed at least one work of similar nature having a magnitude of 40% of the estimate cost of above work within 5 years or he should be Satisfactorily executing at present at least one work of similar nature and having completed billing not less than 40% of the value of the work for which pre-qualification invited. The documents in proof of this shall be produced along application for tender documents . The E. M. D. and preliminary agreement should be enclosed with the Technicalbid . All other conditions prevailing in P. W. D. regarding pre- qualification bids and tenders and these laid down in G.O. (P) 84/97/PW&T dated 19-8-1997 willbe applicable . Concession which are allowed Co -operative Societies as per rules in force will be applicable All photostat copies produced such as certificates and financial Statement should be clear copies failing which tender will be rejected. Tender documents will be accepted by this office only through Registered Post/Speed Post . Further details can b had from this office on all working days.
