TENDER/AUCTION NOTICE

in The following serviceable vehicles owned by the Health Services Department will be sold Public auction- cum-tender basis as is where in condition at the premises ofthe Health Transport Central Workshop, Thiruvananthapuram at 11 a.m. on the date mentimentioned against the District . Those who intend to participate in the auction should submit their request with EMDR . 5,000 per Vehicle on 22-8-2007 . " Sealed Tendera" should besubmitted on or before 4 p.m. on 21-8-2007 to the State Health Transport Officer, Directorate of Health Services, Thiruvananthapuram. The envelope shouldbe superseribed as " Tender for anserviceable Motor Vehiales" .Vehicles ". Separate rate should be quoted for each vehicle. Tenders without EMD will not be considered at any rate.

CONDITIONS
1. Each tenders shouldbe accompanied with aDemand Draft worth Rs . 5,000 (Rupees Five thousand only) in favour of Director of Health Services,Directorate ofHealthServices , Thiruvanantha puram for each vehicic.

2. Auction will be conducted on the specified date itself even ifthe day is being declared as a hoilday by the Government .
3. Those who intend to participate in auction should also submit dem ad draft worth Rs. 5,000 (Rupees Five thousand only) for each vehicle drawn in favour of the Director of Health Services, Thiruvananthapuram. The auction should be con- firmed in the name of the highest bidder subject to the decision of the auction committee .
4. The highest bidder will deposit 25% of the auctioned amount immediately after confirmation of the auction .
5. The tanderer who submit the tender should bepresent at the time of auction without fail . However if the tenderer did not turn up during the auction and if it is seen that the rate quotedby him is the highest, he should deposit the full amount of the vehicle with VAT within a period of ten days from the date of auction, on receipt of orders from this office.
6. Full amount with VAT and other charges if any shouldbe remitted within ten days from the date of auction sale and should remove the vehicle from the premises at the bidder's risk and cost.
7. In case of the default on the part ofthe highest bidder to do so, the EMD + 25 % of the amount of the cost renitted will be farfaited to the Gaver vacat Account.
8. In the event ofdelay on the part of the highest bidder to remove the vehicle from the premises, Governmeat will not be held responsible for any loss or damages ifany co the vehicles.
9. The auction committee will reserve the right to potpane , reject or cancel the auction sale without assigning any reason there off.
The vehicle can be inspected with the Permission of the State Health Transport Officer , Directorate of Health Services ,Thiruvananthapuram between 111.m. to 4 p.m. on any working day before 21-8-2007 and further details can be had from the State Health Transport Officer on all working day during office working hours.

ക്കാതെ തന്നെ ലേലം ദമാക്കുന്നതിനും മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കു ന്നതിനും അസ്ഥിടടുത്തുന്നതിനും ഉമ്മ പൂർണ്ണ അധികാരം വാഹനലേപത്തിനായി നിയോഗിച്ചിട്ടു കമ്മിററിയിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്ത‌മാണ് .
9. വാഹനങ്ങളുടെ ലേലത്തിന് നിശ്ചയിച്ചിയി ക്കുന്ന വിവാദം അവിചാരിതമായി സർക്കാർ അവധി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുകയാണങ്കിൽകൂടി ലേലം നിർദ്ധിഷ്ട ദിവസം തന്നെ നടത്തുന്നതാണ് .
