In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub -rulerule ( 4) of rule 8 and rule 8A of the Notaries Rules, 1956 , the Government of Kerala hereby extend the area of practice already assigned to Sri A.
