Harbour Engineering Department TENDER NOTICE
16th July 2007.
No. D1/ 134/2007/Α ΕΕ (1 ) .
Sealed competitive tenders are invited by the undersigned for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala from the manufacturers or from their approved agents for the supply of the following items for Harbour Engineering Department .
Tender No. 1 /HED/AEE ( 1 ) / 2007-08 .
Details of equipments to be supplied-Rotary cup type current velocity meter with electronic digital display unit .
Cost of tender form-Rs . 400 + VAT
The instrument shall be new and be of sturdy design and in good working condition as well as in ready to operate condition . The period ofwarranty shall be shown .
The tenders should be superscribed "Tender for current velocity meter " and addressed to the Assistant Executive Engineer , Harbour Engineering Investigation Sub -Division, Beypore , Kozhikode-15. The tenderers will have to furnish an Earnest Money Deposit of 1 % of the total amount quoted for the above supply along with their tender in the form ofD. D. drawn at any Nationalised Bank . The last date of receipt of tenders is up to 3 p.m. on 25-8-2007. Late tenders and tenders without EMD will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p . m , on 25-8-2007 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised represen- tatives who may be present at that time .
Intending tenderers may make an application. to the Assistant Executive Engineer , Harbour Engineering Investigation Sub-Division , Beypore to obtain thethe requisite tender forms on which tender should be submitted . Application for the tender forms should be accompanied by the remittance of Rs . 400+ VAT in cash or D.D. in favour of the Assistant Executive Engineer , Harbour Engineering Investi- gation Sub-Division , Beypore , which is the price fixed for a set of tender forms and which is not refundable under any circumstances . Duplicate copy of tender forms can be had on payment of Rs . 200+ VAT . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 5 p . m . on 17-8-2007. Cheques , Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor be sent by V. P. P. If required tender forms will be sent by registered post . A self addressed stamped (Rs. 25) envelop of size 28x12 cm . is also to be enclosed along with the application for the purpose. Application for tender forms by post will be entertained only upto 9-8-2007 . All the rules under Govern- ment of Kerala Store Purchase will be binding on the tender.

മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ ഉപകരണം പുതിയതും നല്ല വർക്കിംഗ് കണ്ടിഷൻ ഉളളതും ഉദ്ദേശിച്ച അളവുകൾ എടുക്കുന്നതിന് അനായാസേന കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യുവാൻ സാധിക്കുന്നതും ഉടൻ ഉപയോഗയോഗ്യവുമായിരിക്കണം . ഉപകരണത്തിൻറെ വാറൻറി കാലാവധിയും കാണിച്ചിരി ക്കണം .
ദർഘാസുകൾ മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകളിൽ വെലോസിററി മീറററിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ 33 ആലേഖനം ചെയ്ത് അസിസ്ററൻറ് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് പേരിൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ അവയോടൊപ്പം ചെയ്ത തുകയുടെ 1% വരുന്ന തുകയ്ക്കുളള ഏതെങ്കിലും ദേശസാൽകൃത ബാങ്കിൽ നിന്നും എടുത്ത അസിസ്ററൻറ് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ പേരിൽ മാറാവുന്ന ഡിമാൻറ് ഡ്രാഫ്ററ് നിരതദ്രവ്യ ദർഘാസുകൾ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ് . ലഭിക്കേണ്ട അവസാന തീയതി 25-8-2007 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണി വരെയാണ് . നിശ്ചിത സമയത്തിനുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്നതോ ആവശ്യമായ നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തോടുകൂടി അല്ലാത്തതോ ആയ ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ 25-8-2007 - ന് വൈകുന്നേരം 3.30 -ന അപ്പോൾ സന്നിഹിതരായിട്ടുള്ള ദർഘാസുകാരൻറയോ അയാളുടെ അംഗീകൃത ഏജൻറിൻറയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യ ത്തിൽ തുറന്നു പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
നിർദ്ദിഷ ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനായി അസിസ്ററൻറ് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയർക്ക് സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . നിർദ്ദിഷ്‌ട ഫോറത്തിലല്ലാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണ വശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസിനുള്ള അപേക്ഷ യോടൊപ്പം ഫോറത്തിൻറ വിലയായ 400+ രൊക്കം പണമായോ അസിസ്‌റാതാ എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ പേരിൽ മാറാവുന്ന ഡിമാൻറ്റ ഒർഘാസ് ெெக 00 .
