Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Water purification System for HPLC/GC /IC Grade water and its accessories ( Imported) for the use of Government Analyst's Laboratory , Thiruvanantha- puram, Regional Analytical Laboratory , Ernakulam and Kozhikode and District Food Testing Laboratory Pathanamthitta for supply of the above places .
ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഡിസ്ട്രിക്‌ട പത്തനംതിട്ട അനലിസ്ററ് തിരുവനന്തപുരം ലബോറട്ടറിയിലേയും എറണാകുളം , കോഴിക്കോ എന്നീ റീജിയണൽ അനലിറ്റിക്കൽ ലബോറട്ടറികളിലേയും ക‌ടം ഫുഡ് ടെസ്ററിംഗ് ലബോറട്ടറിയിലേയും ആവശ്യത്തിനായി അതാതു സ്ഥലങ്ങളിൽ നൽകത്തക്കവിധം എച്ച്.പി . എൽ . സി . / ജി.സി.ഐ.സി. ഗ്രേഡ് ജലം ലഭിക്കുന്ന വാട്ടർ പ്യൂരിഫിക്കേഷൻ സിസ്ററവും അതിനോടനുബന്ധിച്ച ഉപകരണങ്ങൾക്കും വേണ്ടി ( വിദേശ നിർമ്മിതം ) മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. ദർഘാസു കളിൽ ടെണ്ടർ നമ്പർ 3 / 2007-08 /ജി . എ .എൽ . എന്ന രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി പീഫ് ഗവൺമെൻറ് അനലിസ്‌റ് ഗവൺമെൻറ ലബോറട്ടറി , തിരുവനന്തപുരം- 37 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 19-9-2007 പകൽ 4 മണിക്കോ അതിനുമുൻപായോ നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് . സ്വീകാര്യമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ குலவல் നൽകിയവരുടെയോ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയവരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യ ത്തിൽ 20-9-2007 പകൽ 11 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .
The tenders should be superscribed "Tender No. 3/2007-08 /GAL " for Water Purification System for HPLC /GC/ IG Grade water and its accessories (Imported) and addressed to the Chief Government Analyst, Government Analyst's Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram -37, so as to reach the Chief Government Analyst on or before 4 p . m . on 19-9-2007. Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at 11 a.m. on 20- in the presence of such tenderers , or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. 20-9-2007
ദർഘാസ് ഫാറം ആവശ്യമുളളവർ അസ്‌സലിന് 788 രൂപയും കോപ്പികൂടി ആവശ്യമുളളവർ കോപ്പി ഒന്നിന് 150 രൂപയും മണിയോർഡറായോ നേരിട്ടോ അടച്ച് ചീഫ് ഗവൺമെൻറ് അനലിസ്ററ് , ഗവൺ മെൻറ് അനലിസ്ററ്സ ലബോറട്ടറി , തിരുവനന്ത പുരം -37 എന്ന് രേഖാമൂലം അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറ വില അടച്ചുകഴിഞ്ഞാൽ മടക്കിക്കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറം കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിൻ്റെ വിൽപ്പന 18-9-2007 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് വയ്ക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് നിർത്തി ഫാറത്തിൻറ വില Intending tenderers may sent an application to the ChiefGovernment Analyst for obtaining the requi- site tender forms on which the tenders should be mitted. Application for tender forms should be accompanied by cash remittance or Money Order ofRs . 788 (Including VAT) which is the price fixed for tender forms . This is not transferable . Sale of tender forms willbe closed at 3 p.m. on 18-9-2007. Cheques, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms will not be sent by V.P.P. Duplicate forms , if required willbe issued at Rs. 450 per copy .
