Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Various Surgical Items for the use of Government Homoeo Medical College Hospital , Calicut-10 . The list of surgicals shall be obtained along with the tender form.

കോഴിക്കോട് ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഹോമിയോപ്പതിക് മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ് ആശുപത്രിയിലേക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ സർജിക്കൽ ഇനങ്ങൾ സപ്ലൈ ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് തയ്യാറുളള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു . സപ്ലൈ ചെയ്യുവാനുള്ള സർജി ക്കൽ ഇനങ്ങളുടെ പട്ടിക ദർഘാസ ' ഫോറത്തിൻറെ കൂടെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് .

to The tender should be the superscribed "Tender for the supply of Various Surgical Items" and should be addressed the Superintendent, Government Homoeo Pahic Medical College Hospital , Karaparamba, Calicut- 10 . The last date for receipt of teader is at 12 Noon on 5-9-2007 . Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 12.30 p . m on the same day in presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may present be atthat time.
ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കുവാനുള്ള കവറിന് മുകളിൽ "വിവിധതരം സർജിക്കലുകൾ സപ്ലൈ ചെയ്യുവാനുളള ദർഘാസ‌ം എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതും സൂപ്രണ്ട് , ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഹോമിയോപ്പതിക് മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ ആശുപത്രി , കാരപ്പറമ്പ്, കോഴിക്കോട്-10 എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ 5-9-2007 - ന് പകൽ 12 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പ " ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . വൈകി ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദദ്ഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും പരിഗണിക്കു ന്നതല്ല . ലഭിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേദിവസം 12.30 ดาวไล ദർഘാസുകാരൻെറയോ അയാൾ അധികാര പ്പെടുത്തുന്ന വ്യക്തിയുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറന്നു പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതും ഏററവും കുറഞ്ഞ Intending tenderers may on application to the Superintendent, Govt. Homocopathic Medical College Hospital. Calicut- 10 to obtain the requisite tender forms inwhich tender should be submitted . Application for tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs. 450 (inclusive ST) by direct payment or by M.O. only . Which is the price fixed for a form which is pot refundable . Tender torms are not transferable .
